Great! David is very thorough and professional. He did a great job and showed me before and after pictures of our HVAC ducts. They were disgusting! He left them sparkling clean. No hard up sell. I would highly recommend his services.

The quality of the work itself was probably okay (hard to tell, since I couldn't verify how much cleaner the ducts were). The coupons includes cleaning for "unlimited vents". I have two levels in my house, and the technician tried to tell me that he would clean only one level, and that would be sufficient as the vents were connected. He eventually cleaned all vents, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I also bought an upgrade for deep cleaning. The technician told me that he'd show me before and after pictures of all vents, but he ended up showing me pictures only for 1 vent. His description of what I'd get as part of the upgrade was not clear, and it felt like the upgrade included things that should be included in the coupon.

David was great! He was prompt in scheduling my appointment, called a day ahead to confirmed, and was early to appointment but made sure to call beforehand to confirm that it would be okay for him to arrive early. He fast and efficient. When he arrived, he found that his machine was too large to get into my condo so he vacuumed by hand and honored the Angie's List price. Would highly recommend David and his company.

David went above and beyond in giving us a clean system. He had to remove the dryer and then crawl under the house when we discovered the venting was not attached. David called to confirm the day before, arrived on time and did an excellent job. The entire house is now free of all drywall dust.

First, the positives: Davie was very responsive, was able to accommodate my schedule, and arrived timely. He took photos of before and after to show me the difference, and explained things clearly. The negatives: He told me there was an intake which was not part of the deal, and he'd charge me $45 to clean it. I said ok. He then told me that the dryer-vent was longer than 5-feet (5-feet was what was included in the Deal), and he'd charge me $50 to clean it. He went to the crawlspace and came back again, said that the dryer-vent and the vent pipe was not connected, so he couldn't clean it. However, he could on Monday bring a new one to connect to the dryer-vent, and that would cost $150. Since I am planning on relocating the washer/dryer to the main-floor in coming months, I declined it. He then said he could just clean the dryer-vent (portion connected to the dryer), for $50. I was thinking to myself, "But the dryer-vent up to 5-feet was already included in this deal." However, I didn't challenge him - I figured if he was willing to go back and forth in and out of crawl space which he had crawl under the deck to enter, he must really needed that extra $50. So in total, I ended up paying $267 for cleaning 1 dryer-vent, 5 air duct vents, 1 intake. The deal included furnace inspection, which he didn't do - he said it looked fine.

I purchased a promotion for $65 that includes all the service. After the guys came in and did the quick inspection he let me know that due to lack of routine cleaning most of my vents required "deep cleaning". Also my dryer vent is longer than 3 or 6 feet so I need to pay more to perform the cleaning. I ended up paying additional $110 on top of the $65 promotion purchased on Angies. The gentleman worked very hard and walked me through everything that I didn't understand. With the service this guy performed and the amount of time for all the cleaning took, I think it's worth it.

They showed up on time, very professional and completed all work quickly. My wife forgot we had two furnaces and they agreed to come back and take care of the second system for a very reasonable price. Definitely impressed.

David was very responsive to a couple of questions I had before my appointment. He arrived when he had told me he would be at my house. He was both professional and friendly. I was concerned that my dryer vent may have been clogged because I was having problems with the dryer. David inspected the vent and took photos to show me that the vent was not blocked. He clearly explained to me just what he was doing as he preformed the job. He showed me a before and after photo of another vent. It was nice to get the job done efficiently. I also appreciated having someone who was friendly and knew what he was doing in my house. I would definitely use WA Duct Cleaners again.

David not only did that work but took photos of the inside of them to show how bad they were. We worked out a deal to do the extra work. He went above and beyond and got everything in tip-top order and safe. He even repaired a hole in my dryer vent and tightened up the fittings at no charge. He cleaned everything up and took after photos for me. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had a discount because we had paid $35 ahead of time for duct cleaning. That was just surface cleaning, but to actually have them sanitize them. They were ok. The price was high. They were quick. It took a couple of hours, it wasn't bad. The worker was very nice.

David was on time and very professional. Kept me updated with everything he was doing and kept my home neat as he went along. I didn't even have to vacuum after he was done! I would definitely refer him to family and friends. Thank you very much!

It went well. As I expected part of providing the cleaning involved looking at other areas that services may be charged as well, such as dryer hose replacement, furnace cleaning, and cold air return cleanings which would have been extra. I appreciated the work done, but didn't need to feel like I was being sold on other services.

Since the ducts were not cleaned in over 8 years by previous home owner, David took pictures of the ducts and showed us how bad they were. He recommended deep cleaning for an additional amount and gave us a really good deal, so we went with it. He cleaned all our ducts and did some additional cleaning and inspection without charging us. He took pictures inside the ducts and showed us how clean everything was after the cleaning. David from WA Duct Cleaners came on the scheduled time window. He worked very fast, removed a lot of lint and cleaned up after the work was done. The entire job took 30 minutes. David was very friendly and definitely professional !

The service was great, David was on time, the company called the day before to confirm my appointment. He was very polite and told me step by step the process he was providing and recommended a better filter that would perform better. Highly recommend!

Over $300 later on a $60 something coupon. A shop vac, cordless drill with a flexible extension with some bristles on the end, a rag to go over the bristles and a spray bottle. The coupon was good for 5 ft of dryer vent line. Mine was 10 feet. That will be $75 dollars after talking him down from $150. The dust and debris that collects above the furnace even though it's within reach, not part of the coupon. Another $150, which I refused to pay. I already own a shop vac and can go to Harbor Freight tools and pick up the line snake for my drill. He stripped most of the screws with his dull phillips bit for his drill and didn't lay down any cloths to collect the dust & debris from his work. Save your money and hire professionals that don't rely on coupons for business. Just did a visual inspection of furnace. I'm pretty sure he had no working knowledge of furnaces.

I purchased the offer from Angie's List and scheduled the appointment. They confirmed the booking and booked appointment after a week based on technician's ability. A day or two before the day of arrival, they called and asked to reschedule because the technician was planning to be out of town on that day. Even though it seemed unprofessional, I understand things like these can happen and emergency situations come up. Hence, I agreed to reschedule with them but they could not provide me a weekend availability anytime soon and so the rescheduled appointment was again 2 weeks out. The next time again few days within the appointment timeline, they called and said technician cannot make it and we needed to reschedule. I just choose to cancel the appointment this time as it seemed like this unprofessionalism of cancelling before the appointment date was more a pattern than a one time thing!

Excellent! David did an super job. Was very careful, attentive to the job at hand. He ensured everything was clean and returned to place. He was very careful ensuring the dryer vent hose was properly reconnected. Very good ambassador for the company!
