Very well. David explained everything he would do ahead of time, even showing photos. He explained what services I may want to do in the future but was not pushy at all. He gave me an Angie's List discount and a senior discount so I was very pleased with the prices and the work done.

Positive experience. The person doing the work was very professional, explaining each step, consulting me about cost of additional work needed beyond the coupon, and offering some substantial discounts. He was fast and thorough. Took photos to show before and after conditions. Added costs: dryer vent to outside and furnace filter and vents cleaning. Reasonable price.

It went very well. Because I had a problem with some smell in my vents, David cleaned out all the vents with the deep clean. He explained what he was doing all along, and let me know it was the best way to clean them. He was honest about what could be done, and what would be worth getting done, or wasn't really too much of a problem. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He even helped me with some caulking around the vent I was wanting to get done. I had a coupon for the work, thus the low price.

David was very prompt in scheduling the service. He arrived on time and did everything needed professionally. He took before and after pictures of the dryer vent, highlighting the need for annual cleaning. He also gave me some good tips on keeping the system clean. Would definitely use the company again.

I am so impressed by David's professionalism, thoroughness, and kindness. Immediately upon entering (and after every re-entry) he put on his shoe covers. He listened to my concerns and adjusted his original plan as necesary to accommodate. The vent cleaning went quickly and smoothly. The dryer vent was much more problematic as it had been several years since it had been cleaned. David discovered that my pipes were completely blocked and had become disconnected causing the dryer to vent directly into the crawl space. He took the time to go under the house, clean out the pipes, re-connect everything, and make sure my family was safe from vent fire! I will definitely be using this company for my (now) yearly vent cleaning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service!!

Very professional service. The ducts were vacuumed a few months ago by the furnace installers, however, they were still dirty. WA Duct Cleaners did an excellent job scrubbing and cleaning them. Their service was fast, thorough and efficient. I can't say enough about what an outstanding job they did. We just bought this house and the prior owners were not very clean, to say the least. The amount of material removed from the ducts was beyond belief, and I feel very good about how clean they are now.

My vents weren't as bad as I thought they might be except for the cold air return vents. Would definitely recommend him.....I felt the price was fair also.

I purchased the Angie's List coupon on Monday, was called to set up an appointment Tuesday and the job was done on Wednesday. David was polite, friendly and instilled confidence that he knew his business and what needed to be done. I was especially pleased to have the dryer vent cleaned out (big pile of lint into the garbage bag) and to hear that it is doing the right job for our dryer. The whole process was completed with little disruption and no mess left behind. David did not use pressure tactics and let me decide what I wanted to have done and carefully explained what he did and how/when to follow up for the next cleaning. I expected to pay more than the small introductory amount because our house is a large rambler. The price is fair for the amount of time he took and work that was done.

So-so. They were very responsive, came on time and there was not a long lead time to get an appointment. I expected a big powerful truck to blow/suck out all the dust in our system. They had a small truck and the guy said we had a lot of construction debris from our remodel in our air ducts, which I could see was true after he took photos. He said the truck mounted system would not work in this case, so he vacuumed out each vent register with a shop-vac and he had a snake with a circular brush on the end which he spun with a handheld drill. It was 10-20 feet long, can't remember exactly. He worked hard, but skipped a couple vents. One I caught before he left, the second I didn't see until after he left. He did come back promptly to take care of it. He also miscounted the number of vents that he was going to charge me for, 15 instead 13. He promptly changed it when I pointed it out and he recounted it himself. Original Angie's list promotional cost was $65. Because of the construction debris and he had to vacuum/brush each vent/duct individually he charged $325 and subtracted the original $65. I was hoping the amount of dust in the house would decrease, but I have not noticed any significant difference.
