Went very well. He did an excellent job.

David was great. He is thorough and professional and I would definitely re-use him. He showed me pictures of inside the ducts and made recommendations about how to best clear them. The price was very reasonable.

My daughter was the one who is going to meet David. He gave us a window of 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. When he called to confirm I asked if he could calm the nearer the beginning of the window because it was my birthday and my daughter wanted to take me out to lunch. He laughed and said he'd do his best. He showed up at about 1045 and outright to work. He did every room and got out of there in time for my daughter to come meet me for lunch. He even told her to wish me a happy birthday. I would definitely use this service again.

Cleaned the forced and the dryer vents. I would recommend these guys to anyone... Great service n good value.

Fine except they were unable to perform the service due to the age of our house and the old oil system and furnace. Very nice and professional, I am sure they would have done a good job. Sent a refund right away.

He did and excellent job. He took pictures of the air ducts before and after. There was a major difference.

It went really well. They did not find any sign of an opossum, they looked in our crawl space for any signs of critter damage and found none thank goodness!! They also explained everything they did and why, was very thorough and efficient. I would definitely hire them again!

David was thorough and very professional. He made an attempt to clean a section of our furnace, but when he was unable to completely get in there to ensure it was totally clean, he cleaned what he could and did not charge me for that service.

Our house was in disarray, thinking we had to get to all the ducts and being truck drivers we are always coming and going etc.. David was very polite and courteous and put us at ease the moment he came thru the door. He spent extra time with our mother who is now looking for his photos in South America on National Geographic. What a pleasure to meet this man! Next year we will be deffinatly calling him back. The price I'm sure would have been more elsewhere and the company lousy.

Great. Very honest. Told us that we could do our heating vent ourselves due its simpleness and gave us a free dryer vent cleaning next year to make up for the cost. Also, very communicative and proactive in setting up the appointment and calling to let us know when he was on his way over. Would definitely work with him again.

The big vacuum hose couldn't reach my ducts but all the ducts were brushed and vacuumed so the service was different but the work was good.

It was fine but missed a couple of items.

The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. All work was quickly and well done. Our dryer vent was very long (over 20 feet) and had never been cleaned. We paid the fee since it was over 5 feet as described in the ad/coupon. It was well worth it! Our dryer now functions better and I have never seen such a collection of lint!

David was punctual, even calling to let me know exactly when he would arrive on the day of the service. David explained what he would be doing and how he would be doing the cleaning. He was very thorough, examining each air duct vent, etc. David was fast, clean, and did a great job, doing everything that he said that he would be doing. When he was done, he quickly completed the paperwork and honored the special offering through Angie's List without question. He seemed very happy to be of service and was extremely pleasant to have in our home. I would definitely recommend David and his strong work ethic to anyone. David is a professional whom you can trust. By the way, the price for the service was outstanding, as an offering through Angie's List.

David came to my house on time and began evaluating my system. I haven't lived there very long, so I really didn't know what condition the system would be in. Based on his evaluation, he told me the service I hired him for (based on an Angie's List promotion) didn't really need to be performed and he didn't want to charge me for something I didn't really need. He told me about a few other services he could do and I was interested in getting my house up-to-snuff, so I asked him to keep going. He assessed several parts of my house, the returns, furnace, dryer vent, etc.. His honesty throughout of what services I could really benefit from and what I should pass on was great. He treated me (and my $) with respect and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need (quite the opposite). At the end, I have confidence in my house's system and I have a great resource for next time it needs a cleaning. In addition to being honest, he was also pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend David.

Simon was very professional, he explained everything and did all we agreed on. They also fit me in earlier than planned which is always a plus.
