The technician was ahead of schedule and called in advance of arrival. He was courteous and professional. He recommended additional service and provided a quote, which we accepted. All went smoothly.

He came to my house and checked all my heating vents and determined that cleaning is not required and paid me back the amount for purchasing his service . He was punctual and so honest that about his finding that at the end I told him I wished we had more people like you instead of coming and charge house owners for work that wouldn't otherwise need to be done.

David was very professional and gave me some great pointers about how to use my furnace. I will definitely use WA Duct Cleaners again next year!

He did a good job but it was a little bit of "bait and switch". I guess I should have read the fine print but I didn't realize that the $55 Angie's List special only covered cleaning 6 feet of my dryer vent. Mine is about 15 feat so, unfortunately it cost me an extra $100 to clean the other 11 feet. There was one other vent that he said would cost be extra but I was on a conference call at the time so I couldn't really pay attention to what he was saying. So, just be aware that you'll probably have to pay extra to get the complete job done. I wasn't unhappy with the job he did, I just wasn't expecting the "up charges". Silly me . . .

I have already rated this work. There apparently are several persons associated with Washington Airducts, and each has a sub company, The company that did the work was called Starducts and I reviewed them on the 15th of September.

Very well. The basic Angies list pricing of $65 was reasonable but only covered 5 feet of dryer vent. Our dryer vent was 15-20 feet in total so an additional $100 was charged.

Ran into issue with our heating system being incompatible with their equipment. Was given a quote and work was done at that time. Friendly, efficient and thorough

The service provider was friendly, polite and took the time to explain exactly how the cleaning process would work. He was careful to put covers over his shoes so as to not track in any dirt. The process was thorough and finished in half an hour. I'll definitely use their services again

He gave me a discount because he added more than the $55.00 to clean the register in the ceiling.

It went well until I was faced with a decision about the returns. The advertisement stated that all vents,returns and dryer vent would be included in the $69 dollar deal. i was charged an additional $ 65 for the second return. The $69 deal cost me $109.50.

Serviceman called to adjust the schedule. We changed the time to 1:30 so I hurried to be there on time and he showed up at 2:00 without the proper equipment to do the work. He needed a hose to reach from his truck into the house and he didn't have one. He offered to use a shop vac. No, thanks.

David arrived on time and completed the service quickly. He also suggested additional things that needed to be done, but wasn't pushy.

Initially, I thought I was signing up for negative air cleaning for a great promotional price. The air ducts were very dusty, as shown by a photo taken, which required a hand cleaning at each air duct. The price was additional for this service but the provider was fair and honest. I appreciated his candid advice. Our home has never had air ducts cleaned...now I know I should do it more frequently!

I purchased a deal for vent/duct cleaning for $55 from Angie's list. After purchasing, the technician David called to set up an appointment. When I mentioned that we had just remodeled the home, he warned me that our vents/ducts may needed heavy cleaning, and that additional charges would apply if I wanted them to be left clean. At first, the conversation and up selling left me a little bit suspicious, but I also knew that our vents/ducts had not been cleaned at least since we had moved in a few years ago... So I figured I would decide the day David arrived about whether to purchase additional cleaning service. Anyway, David called a day before his scheduled arrival and the scheduled day to confirm the appointment. David arrived and inspected our vents/ducts, and took photos to show us. The vents and ducts were absolutely filthy! We have only lived in the home about 1.75 years, and David said that the previous owner probably never bothered to clean out the vents! At that point, David explained what he would do for a more thorough cleaning. I was hesitant, but after seeing the pictures and thinking about turning on the furnace soon for the first chilly Fall evenings and blowing out a bunch of dust and other crap, we went ahead and agreed to the more deep cleaning that David suggested. After over an hour over David really getting in a scrubbing all the vents and using his vacuum and machine to clean our ducts, he showed us pictures of the results, and we were extremely satisfied: David left our vents/ducts super pretty much spotless, and he even cleaned our dryer vents/ducts! Overall, we paid a very good price for the services performed, and would highly recommend David to others.
