Description of Work: They thatched put down new top soil and fertilizer and then grass seed and covered with mulch. We now have to water and wait for the grass to start growing. The had and 18 foot area. Van said he would check on us in a month and make sure it's all good. We are on week 2.

Description of Work: We needed our front yard and shrubs brought back into shape after the winter. Lawn care, trimming, dead shrub removal etc. Van's was the only lawn care company out of four that responded to our request for an estimate. They got the job! They were professional,m reasonable and willing to make suggestions and negotiate which was important to me. They were flexible and willing to suggest options without having to 'go the whole nine yards.' We will be using them this summer on a twice a month basis for a very reasonable rate. I'll write another review after we have worked with them for a while, but so far I am pleased with their response and the initial work they have already completed for us.

Description of Work: We agreed to 2 mow jobs of small front lawn per month @ $25. per job for total of $50./mo. Vans did one (1) mow job only. I completed their form, indicating I need one (1) more mow job only, then I will pay him his $50. for the 2 jobs. I called his number: 206.679.6125 several times for 2+ weeks - no reply. Or if he did call back, I got no message on my machine. Finally I gave up. My lawn looks bad. I will wait 1 more week and give him a final chance. If he reads this, he needs to LEAVE A VOICEMAIL stating his COMPANY NAME, and his name, and day/time for me to call back. His bus. phone is disconnected.
