He is very thorough. We are just very pleased with his punctuality, professionalism, cleanup and everything. He is great. I would schedule them to come and do the post for us. I would use them in the future.

The experience with them was really good. They did a great job. They did exactly what they quoted. They showed up on time and they met their quote. They were very personable and friendly. It was a good experience. I will use their services again in the future.

He did an excellent job that met my standards. Midway through there were a few work statement issues that I had to clarify, but in each case he responded promptly. He's not inexpensive, but he does a thorough and quality job. I'll likely use him in the future.

Van takes care of my needs weekly and does additional work when requested.

In general, it went well. Van did go out of his way to get great sod. There was a minor issue of having several plants moved because they were not placed exactly where requested.

Gave him all the exact dimensions only to have him mis-measure it by 10% too small which would not work. He failed to pack any gravel down to make it level and simply added loose rock which will settle now and then dug out two small holes in the yard for posts without any support so the first rain we get they will collapse. He then added 20% to his bill to my wife who didn't know better and simply paid him for terrible work which we now have to pay again to have done correctly. I called him to get it corrected and "make it right" he said he was confused about the project and could not help us because his schedule was booked.

Van gave me an estimate on the Wednesday before the job and came out to do the job on the following Monday. He completed all the work in two days. He and his crew were polite, friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The retaining wall looks great. We plan to have him come back out to do some more work when we decide exactly what we want done.

Van was punctual and efficient. Clean work.

First used Van's 8 years ago and we were very pleased then. Found the receipt and called them for an estimate. Van came out the next day and gave a very reasonable estimate. He also gave us good advice about what to do in some challenging areas and when the best time would be to replant some trees. There was quite a bit of work to be done and Van thought it might take 3 days. Turns out they were able to work carefully and efficiently and do a fantastic job in just 2 days. They provided some nice extras that had not been discussed when the estimate was given like weeding and placing bark in an extra area that really needed it and cleaning out some existing rock areas. Everything looked so good and we are very pleased that we had them do the work for us. We intend to use them for regular maintenance so that we don't get into such a big job again.

Company failed to show up for estimate appointment. They may have attempted to contact as later as we got calls from an unknown number that night and the next day, but no messages were left. So, went with the landscaper who actually showed up.

We couldn't have been more pleased.

Van came out for an estimate a day after I left him my original message, gave me a bid on the spot, and returned the next week to do the work. He finished the job in the time he promised, one very long day. He promised there would be new grass in two weeks, but Northwest weather being its fickle self, it took several more weeks. Although my lawn was down to the soil for quite a while, I know that Van was doing the right thing for it, and now it is lush and green again - and no moss.

They did an EXCELLENT job. Their price was 50 to 100% lower than competitive bids. There were 4 guys working there rears off for about 7 days.

Needed a tall thick hedge trimmed. Called in morning, couldn't get through, no one called back. Called again , got through. They said they would come in the evening to look at the hedges and leave a quote. Never bothered call back. I bought a hedge trimmer and some tools and tried to do it myself, took a couple of days, and its not as neat. but it's a lot better than it was before

Overall extremely good. Van gave an on the spot estimate for the entire project. Finished earlier than projected. Excellent work both on the landscaping lawn installation and the decking. We also used Van for installing new Cedar shingle siding on the house and renovating a studio on the property. Excellent work in a tricky space. Stuck to his original quote and always finished on time.

NO WORK DONE/EST ONLY. Professional and knew his field. Gave bid that was reasonable, but decided to go with another company based on "gut instinct."

They were excellent. We have had him before and he has always done excellent work. Before he put in a retaining wall for us. He is very prompt. They are very professional, the whole crew is. He is trustworthy and he knows what he is doing. Our yard is beautiful. The work was done when they said it was going to be done.

They work to satisfy. If I don't like something, they fix it, no questions asked. We will continue to use them
