Description of Work: Exterior repair to fill woodpecker holes in second-floor wood siding. Job required ladder work, siding cleanup, fill, sealing, and paint. They were prepared with everything they needed for the job.

The first was to convert a former garage and utility room into a office/bedroom, a small bath with a shower, and a finished laundry, Before they finished we added a kitchen remodel, covering our brick fireplace with a marble fascia and painting the hall. Later. we hired them to add a railing to our front porch/ Finally, we hired them to paint the exterior, re-roof the house, and paint two bedrooms.

Description of Work: We hired Urban Remodeling and Renovation to take our utility room and create a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. The utility room had been converted from a garage some years previous and had cheap walls, floor, and ceiling. The driveway sloped toward the outside wall and water would puddle there and leak into the storage area. Our desire was to create a bedroom which would actually be an office. We wanted many electrical outlets in specific locations, hardwired co-axial cable to route the signal from the cable company to where the computer would be and to the wall near the TV. We also wanted an ethernet cable to run from where the modem and router were to a second computer in another room. The bathroom was to be complete with a shower stall, heated tile floor and the usual fixtures. The laundry room was to be completely enclosed. Both the laundry room and bathroom were to have exhaust fans. We also had some minor work done in the kitchen – a new backsplash on the counter, repairs to the cabinets, and LED worklights under the cabinets to light the counter.

Description of Work: Replaced the trim around an external vent. On his own initiative, Bill noticed a gap between siding and trim that needed re-caulking.

They took out everything because we had all new appliances and counter tops. There was nothing left of the old kitchen.

Description of Work: The guys added 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and a wine cellar. This included new windows, new doors, all new trim, new hardwood floors, tile in the bathroom, built in wine racks, painting and they completel;y finished the downstairs.

Description of Work: Bill Davis and his crew completely remodeled our garage by re-building walls, raising the roof, installing skylights, and re-pouring parts of the existing floor. They were open to add-ons, such as installing a skylight in the old study area. They stopped working for us shortly after sheetrocking the remodeled garage and roughed-in bathroom.

Description of Work: Bill and his crew remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, along with other general tasks around the house. In the kitchen they added a dishwasher, garbage disposal and instant hot water dispenser. In the bathroom they added double sinks and a jacuzzi tub with matching tile. They installed new windows and widened a doorway. My building was originally built in 1960. Bill made some great suggestions on how to update everything and still have it match the home and not look out of place.
