 + -1 moreI worked with Marco Kronen who did a fabulous job. He was extremely responsive, pro-active and knowledgeable. Not only does he posses a vast array of information on the local market but he knows a number of excellent contacts within the real estate market. His company is full service and provides a number of services including design, cleaning, property management and green consulting. Marco really acted as my Real Estate investment strategist and the company should be your one stop shop if you're in the market or thinking of dipping your toe into it.
Description of Work: Showed me properties, kept me abreast of changing values in local neighborhoods vs. nationwide, sent daily updates of suitable properties, consulted with me from an investment strategy perspective and protected me against making the wrong decisions. Still looking for the right property. This was also happening all three weeks before his wedding and he was still incredibly responsive!
