Description of Work: Did not use this service provider, due to his poor attitude and extremely overpriced bid. Also, this company (Urban Jungle) is also part of another landscape company which I had, a year and a half ago, contacted for similar work. It was the same person who came to do the bid then. The attitude was the same (disinterested, arrogant and somewhat rude), and the bid was very overpriced. I have had the work done for half the price from other acceptable providers. Unfortunately they were not available at this time. Had I know the person coming from Urban Jungle was the same person as before I would not have bothered.

Description of Work: Urban Jungle gave me an estimate to spruce up my entire yard including pruning, weeding, lawn mowing and edging but for now I can only afford to have them mow and edge my lawn on a bi-weekly basis. I have a very small front and back yard and the mowing cost is reasonable. The owner was courteous and on time when he came to give the estimate. Today was the first day of work and the lawn looks good.

Description of Work: They weeded and spread compost. What the crew did, they did well, but I expected a couple of other services that did not get done. The manager, Duy, used an electronic app to give a bid based on square footage, but the estimate was handwritten and listed only the price, not the services promised. So the really important stuff was done well, but the little stuff got lost. His fault; my fault. Get a more detailed estimate than I did and you'll be happy.

 + 1 moreThe crew was great. They gave us the best bid and we hired them. Duy was professional and punctual. Everything went smooth and the lawn looks great. I cant wait for summer. :) I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Description of Work: Fall clean up. The guys cleaned up my front and back hard. They trimmed the shrubs, pruned my Japanese maple, mowed and edged the lawn. They also raked a ton of leaves.
