+ -1 moreThere are a LOT of fly-by-night shops out there, but these folks have been around for a long time. I've been in IT for 25 years, so I know a competent shop when I see it. Their techs are professional and know what they're doing. Their prices and shop rates are fair, and I've never been billed for anything questionable. If I can't fix it, or I don't have the time, I take it to Up Time. I don't always like the bill, but it's always fair.
Description of Work: I have been a customer since the early 90's. I either buy parts from them or have computers fixed.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY IS QUITE PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY IN MINIMAL TIME. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN MORE CLEAR IN EXPLAINING WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. IT TURNED OUT THAT WHAT WAS DONE WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED, BUT THE RESULT WAS ADEQUATE.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE COMPUTERS WIRELESS CARD, INSTALLED AN UPGRADED OPERATING SYSTEM, AND INSTALLED A FIREWALL AND ANTIVIRAL PROTECTION.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND THOROUGH. MADE IT VERY EASY TO LEARN THE NEW SYSTEM AND HOW EVERYTHING WORKED. ALL THE PEOPLE I'VE WORKED WITH AT UP TIME HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND THE RESPONSE TIME HAS ALWAYS BEEN QUICK.
Description of Work: SET UP NEW COMPUTER & TRANSFERRED DATA. SET UP MSN, QUICKEN, PRINTERS AND INSTRUCTED ON HOW TO BACK-UP QUICKEN ONTO NEW PEN DRIVE.
