 + -1 moreOverall, both projects went well. Re-models are never fun and there are always problems/delays/difficulties. The key is how the contractor reacts to the problems. Luis was responsive when things went wrong. He was professional regarding the scope of supply (in other words, he didn't use cheap materials to lower his cost and improve his margin). I don't like to deal with contractors because most of them are snakes. But, I used Luis again for a project at my duplex as well. This speaks volumes about the quality job he does.
Description of Work: Luis and his team re-modeled my unfinished basement in Wallingford. They added two bedrooms and a bathroom and added a common area room. He did the framing, electrical, flooring, painting, etc. I also used Luis to re-model my duplex in Ballard. They updated the bathroom and kitchen here.
