 + -1 moreI have used these guys in two houses, and they were amazing! The first time I worked with them the crew came in, prepped and prepped and prepped and then started sanding and worked for HOURS to get it ready for staining. They told me with advance notice that the fumes from the chemicals would be overwhelming so I was able to seal off my living space in the basement ahead of time. During the job they refinished a huge living room and two very large bedrooms and charged a very reasonable rate. They went above and beyond and even did some patch work for me! I was so pleased with the finished product that I hired them again for my second house where they refinished a large living room and bedroom in my basement and cleaned the hardwood in the two bedrooms and living room upstairs. Once again they worked tirelessly prepping before they stained. I would use these guys again and again because of their dedication and honesty, not to mention great service. I have already recommended them to several people as well.

Description of Work: Hard to get hold of, but they were prompt with the agreed time. Hard to get hold of to pay as well. Great job overall - happy with the floors - and they squeezed us into a very tight summer schedule.

 + -1 moreIt went great. Our floors were sanded in one day. They put on the first coat of swedish finish that night and then the second coat the next day. The water damaged floors came out great. They puttied where the boards had separated. The paint all came out. The floors look amazing. They finished in two days. They were very professional and really great. We thank you a lot!
Description of Work: We bought a house with wall to wall carpet and after repairing some damaged baseboard heaters, we found we had hardwood floors. But the floors looked awful, there was paint all over the floors and water damage in several areas. So we called out two or three places for estimates. Trufinish not only beat the competitors by several hundred dollars, they also were the most professional. They asked very good questions on the phone and understood exactly what they were in for. They then came in and looked at the floors and explained all of our options and which would be cheapest and gave us an estimate of $1687.73 that included paint removal and 2 coats of swedish finish on 619 square feet plus taxes.
