We bought the house which was inspected by Titan, and it was done by seller so we were not present. Jaime’s inspection report was very very thorough and really helpful as a buyer. They are very sincere and serious about their job and it shows in their work and commitment to their customers. They don’t miss a tiniest spot and they go above and beyond in satisfying their customer and resolving their queries. I really appreciate their commitment and thoroughness.

He was nice but did not do his job as far as really looking in crawl space, I had so much rat and mice fececes all in insulation and on floor of crawl space how did he not see it
