+ -1 moreThe Pest Store folks came out immediately and advised me on options, saying that if the first treatment didn't work, they'd come out for a second one. The first treatment did work, so that was it. The gentleman was efficient, polite, and reliable. Scheduling was fast and easy. I would hire them again for any pest problem.
Description of Work: We had bees living in the shingles of our house, as well as in the dryer vent.

I called one day with questions about my problem; after hearing about the do-it-yourself option vs. the "we'll come do it for you" option, I chose the latter. They came out that very day and treated the area, promising to check back to make sure it worked. I was warned that it could take more than one treatment. However, the one treatment seemed to work and we are bee-free, with no hassle. I would not hesitate to use The Pest Store again for my pest-control needs.
Description of Work: We had angry, swarming bees living in two different openings of our siding. The Pest Store treated both areas and the bees are gone.

+ -1 moreWe have yellow jackets in our rockery so they are in an easy to reach spot. Hardware store products did nothing. I was able to go into the store and discuss the problem. The guy was very helpful. I purchased a powder and he was very helpful in explaining the procedure. After a couple of applications the problem seems to have lessened, but if this doesn't work I would feel very comfortable calling them to have them come out to the house and do the job. The guy was very knowledgeable and it was nice to have a 'do-it-yourself' option with a professional product.

He answered all my questions and with no pressure to buy. He was extremely knowledgeable about all pests and extermination methods. I would definitely go there first with any concerns. Very Professional!
Description of Work: I went in to get clarification on whether I had termites. Turns out I didn't have anything to worry about so no need for services.

+ -1 moreRather than pay the $300 quoted by the big name pest guys I tried the do-it-yourself alternative. They gave me a 20 minute consultation and lesson on how to get rid of my yellow jackets in a crawlspace. The program did the trick. These folks teach and consult on all insects and critters, big and small. They even have smell eradicators.
Description of Work: Consultation, lesson, and materials to rid my crawlspace of bees.
