VERY prompt. Job completed within hours of initial call for bid. Since this was a relatively small job that I was able to fairly clearly scope, we worked from an initial verbal bid. Completed job was about 25% less $ than bid.

Stephen was wonderful to work with. He was patient and easy to communicate with. I had a lot of ideas and he gave me viable options for all of them. On the day that the work was being done, he called me with a couple of ideas he had that he felt might make the project better. He was correct and I truly appreciated him coming to me with ideas that I had not thought of. Clearly an honest company with integrity. Quick. Kind. I had an awesome experience and will use them again when I'm ready to do more updates on my home.

Steve gave a thorough explanation of what would be done to replace the old electrical panel. A portion of the wiring was not done the way Steve described it; a return trip remedied this. Steve continued working with us and Seattle City Light to get the final inspection and hookup. We met with some "new rules" the City put in place earlier this year, but with Steve's help everything was resolved...it just took 3 months! (not his fault) Electrice Company is professional, responsive and performed the work efficiently and quickly. Kathi M.

Came on time. Analyzed problem quickly. Fixed it. No problem and no BS. Very pleased with the service provided by their Master Electrician, Stephen Brandeis. Price was quite reasonable. Definitely would recommend to friends.

Stephen was prompt and was able to replace the electrical panel in our condo to our tenant's satisfaction earlier this year (3/30). I thought the price for the work was more than reasonable and would certainly give him a call should additional work be needed in our home. He was also timely with his email replies with is a plus.
