+ 0 moreWe requested this at the last minute. Even with the pick season demand, they were very sincere and tried to accomodate the request. They kept all the promise and peformed the work even with very limited lead time provided. They were kind, responsive and reasonable in many ways.

Description of Work: Excellent service and quality of installation. Very responsive and flexible. Cost was on the higher end, but overall service and quality of both the lights and installation were very good. Would use them again.

+ -1 moreI believe I've covered this question in the narrative above. There were no gliches. I only wish I knew about this company before we had our house painted about one and a half years ago. I sure would have let them give us an estimate at the very least.
Description of Work: I called the company based on an article in one of the local neighborhead newspapers after checking with Angie's List too. They gave me a price for coming out to put up our outside Christmas Lights. Josh arrived at the house within a half of hour after I accepted the estimate. He replaced any missing, broken or lights which were burned out then hung the lights per our requests within 2 hours. He asked questions from time to time to make sure he was putting the lights in the trees and bushes. Hanging the lights on the house was easy to get correct. When he was done he asked if we wanted the company to remove them after the holidays. I had decided if the hanging went well I was going ask them to take them down also. He gave me a 20% discount if I paid for both visits at the same time. That was a very pleasant surprise and I paid him. I told him I would call them when we were ready to have them taken down. Josh the same employee came out the next day within 15 minutes of our agreed about time.
