They were great. Prompt and responsive to my initial inquiries. A cleaning appointment was set up within a week and a half of first contact about pricing. Two women showed up on time and provided 8+ hours of deep cleaning including cleaning out the fridge, oven, microwave, appliances, outside of kitchen cupboards, inside of all windows, floors, baseboards, and walls. two bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room and a very large spare room. They even cleaned the tracks in the windows and sliding glass door. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

I hired THA House Cleaning to do my move-in cleaning for the house I was moving into. I was originally scheduled for two cleaners but a couple days before, was notified that there was a change of scheduling and I was only getting one. In any case, I was fine with that. The cleaner showed up a little earlier to open the door than the scheduled time frame but fortunately I'm pretty punctual and like to show up early too. I showed her around the place and told her what I wanted her to focus on and what to just leave alone. The previous owners were pretty neat people but still there were parts that needed cleaning. I had my husband come check up when she was done since I was still packing up on the rest of my old house. I was told she'd be no more than 4 hours, but she wasn't done til a little past 4.75 hours. When we moved in, I checked certain areas that I had talked to her about and noticed some of them weren't cleaned well. I had asked her to make sure to clean all the knobs everywhere and it seemed like some were and some weren't cleaned. There were even two grimy ones on cabinets next to the oven, yuck. Another area was the pantry shelf rack. When I checked, it looked the same as I had last cleaned it, somewhat dirty and dripping with detergent from the previous owner! I also looked inside some of the cabinets and noticed some spice splatter too - very basic move in cleaning areas I believe. The rest of the place I think were cleaned but I couldn't really tell that well. I wrote to tell the owner and she did offer to come check and do the cleaning herself which I think is good, but I did not want the hassle of rescheduling something while I had so many moving boxes all over the places and two young kids. So maybe I had an inexperienced cleaner, I'm not sure but I did not feel that for a move in cleaning, she cleaned what I had specifically asked her to clean and certainly did not go above and beyond my expectations either. I think I'm writing a fair review of this one experience. Perhaps the owner herself or other cleaners could've done a better job, but I feel I should write this review to keep it fair and unbiased. <<Update: I misread the owner's email wrong about the cleaning taking no more than 4 hours. It was "no less than 4 hours". In any case, this was minor for me and was not why the rating was a C. I based it on what the cleaner was able to do in the time frame she was there. My husband went there and did not rush her out. He just waited with my son until she was done.>>

Two ladies showed up on time, ready to work. Our house was lived in but not super dirty with the exception of a lot of dog hair from our golden retriever under furniture. These ladies did an excellent job. House glows better than the day we moved in. Cleaned the very hard to reach places and all the hard to clean slats on the blinds. Oven, fridge, cupboards, everything looks fantastic. Took them almost 7 hours. $455 total. Would recommend again, thanks Tanya!!!

I needed someone to do a deep clean because I'm moving out and renters are moving in next week, and I needed someone within about a week after first contacting them. I called Tanya with THA House Cleaning and left a message. She promptly called me back and scheduled the cleaning. She followed up the day before the cleaning to confirm. Also, the cleaners were on time. I also like that her rates are very reasonable. And the cleaners did a really good job. I went around the whole house trying to find something they missed. I could only find one kitchen cabinet (we have a lot) that wasn't wiped, but I found many things cleaned that I wasn't expecting them to notice or clean, like the heater vent and all the protective mats on the glass shelves in the cabinets. They cleaned all those things in addition to doing a really good job on the essentials like the floors. The only reason I give them a slightly below excellent rating on professionalism is because the cleaners seemed to not know their basic payment policy (e.g. write check before or after service), but they promptly took care of it by calling Tanya who told us she'd send an invoice after service. So overall I give them an excellent rating, and I'd highly recommend them.

Hiring a cleaner for our rental property, while being in another state, at first made me a little nervous. But I got a very good feeling about the way Tanya presents herself on the phone, right away. There is a reassuring, "can-do" attitude there that gave me confidence that the job would get done right, and at a fair price. She listed all the things that are usually included in a move-out (including inside of windows, base boards and all doors, oven, fridge etc. - I was impressed) and she took note my areas of concern. She called me the evening before her crew was to go out to the house, just to confirm, and we spoke at the end of the assignment. I asked our daughter to walk through after the work got done, as she had witnessed how it was left before. She noted that it looked and smelled really clean. There were just two little areas that got missed, the top of the fridge and some drawers in tone bathroom. So, when I pointed out those 2 things that needed improving, Tanya went out a few days later and took care of those without an extra charge. She even sent me pictures on her phone to show the work got done. If I had occasion to need house cleaning in the Seattle area in the future, I would definitely call THA house cleaning!

I usually clean my own home, but I was having houseguests and had other commitments, so I called Tanya at THA Housecleaners, listed here on Angies List. I called the Wednesday or Thursday before the Tuesday afternoon that i was requesting, so I knew that it might not be possible for them to do it. However, Tanya said they could! Yeah! THat was great for me because, not only did I not have time to do the cleaning myself, but I also didn't have much of a "window" when I could be at home to supervise someone else! In the end, the cleaning team arrived about an hour and a half later than we had first agreed, but Tanya emailed me the night before and then left me a message saying that the morning job that they were assigned to would take a bit longer than she had thought. Considering the tardiness of my own request, I really couldn't complain. When Lucia and Irina arrived, I gave them a quick tour of our place, and pointed out anything that I thought they might miss. But I should not have been at all concerned. They went immediately to work and did a complete and excellent job: two and a half baths spotless, 2 bedrooms and 2 offices, living, dining, family room all vacuumed, dusted, and wood floors wiped down, blinds and ceiling fan dusted. Our kitchen is small, but it sparkled when they were done! I really could not have been happier. I think that $35 per person per hour is a bit on the high side. But since these people are bonded and insured (and I assume that their employer has to pay all the social security taxes and so forth that are necessary!) I have given them an A on price as well. My money was well-spent. I did ask for an Angies discount even though there had not been any coupon shown, and Tanya granted me $10 off the $210 price. Well done! I see that she is currently offering a coupon now.

we originally booked THA because of a one-time Angie's List offer but have since contracted them to come every other week. they are very professional, prompt, & pleasant. they do a good job (some areas better than others - kitchen is immaculate, the bathroom merely very clean - what can i say, we're really ocd people). they always send a friendly email reminder of when they are coming to clean that, while not necessary, is a nice little extra. also they are very open to comments/concerns. for example, we requested they *not* take out the trash but to please give extra time to the shower & that's what they've done ever since. from talking to other people, i think they may be on the high end for pricing but we feel like the cleaning combined with reliability & customer service is worth it.

The cleaners showed up on time, were very responsive and so friendly! They did a fabulous job cleaning around our crazy house since our movers hadn't shown up yet--they still worked around the house full of stuff. They cleaned behind the fridge and the oven and did things I had never done. Plus, they were very friendly. I highly recommend them. They earned every cent of their hard work, if not more!

THA Cleaning did a great job on our house. Tanya was great to work with - very responsive via email, and sent two cleaners to our home. The two showed up within the scheduled time window, went straight to work, and did a great job in making our house shine. I would definitely use them again.

Two Russians came. I had trouble communicating with them, but they did a good job of cleaning. I used the coupon and paid for the rest in cash. I think it cost me $100 in addition to the coupon, which had expired but I got the amount I had paid as credit towards the job

they paid attention to the details and where very conscientious of all the nooks that can collect dust and pet hair

I am very pleased with the service THA House Cleaning provided. Quotation and scheduling communication was easy, Tanya is very responsive. Two cleaners arrived on time to perform a detailed pre-move-in cleaning. They did a great job deep cleaning throughout including focus areas I pointed out for them. They did a top-notch job cleaning. I will use THA again and recommend to others.

The service went fine. Two people came out for the service. They stayed within the 4 hour time frame. They cleaned the entire home and scheduling was easy. I did not dislike anything about them. I have since hired them again for housecleaning.

(After I posted this review, I engaged another cleaning service that is highly rated on Angie's List. That firm sent me a worker who did a very thorough job in cleaning my condo--not a superficial job like the one this cleaning service did. THA House Cleaning may do a better job elsewhere, but they did not do a good job for me. The other cleaning service is now cleaning my condo every other week.) When the worker finished, the overall appearance of my apartment was good but on closer inspection after she left I noticed several problems. The hard-for-me-to-get-to corners of the shower and the surround of the shower were not cleaned. The knobs on my electric range were scrambled, creating a problem when I went to cook dinner. The fringe on an Oriental rug were left twisted and ragged looking as if they had been run over by a vacuum cleaner. Lamp shades were not cleaned. Most of my Venetian blinds were not cleaned or even lowered for cleaning despite my special request that they be cleaned. I keep my home clean but I am now elderly and want somebody to do deep and detailed cleaning that I am no longer willing or able to do. This worker spent too much time answering personal calls and focussing on non-essential tasks (e.g., emptying wastebaskets) rather than doing the in-depth cleaning I was hoping for. When I reported this to Tanya she was very responsive and offered to correct anything that had not been done to my satisfaction. However, by the time we spoke I had either corrected some of the problems and reached the decision to give another cleaning service a try.

I found them on Angie's List. They are very professional. They come on time every time and they do their job pretty quickly. I wish I have time to communicate with them because there are some things I have in mind that I haven't told them. I wish I could have told them so that they would have done that as well. Overall they did what they promised and they were professional about it. They come every Thursday. The first time was about $230 and I believe two people came. They call it a deep cleaning for the first time and it was a must have as well as a requirement. I pay both of them $35 an hour for a total of $230 because that's how much time and how much labor they spend. Then the second time was a regular cleaning for $130 no matter how much time the maid spends in my house. She spent only two hours but I noticed a lot of clutters in my house in the bathroom, bedrooms and the kitchen. I feel like some organization could have done. They do call their company housekeeping and housecleaning after all so they could have done some organization but again I haven't told them specifically to do so. I just feel they could have done a better job. $130 for two hours is kind of expensive. She only did for two hours and then she left. I feel like if she is more responsible for herself and her company she could have stayed for at least an hour more. I didn't request her to stay so I can't blame her.

The cleaners do a great job, are professional, and thorough. The owner, Tanya, is very responsive and friendly, and flexible with scheduling, special requests, etc.

It went great! They showed up on time and worked for 3.5 hours straight. Had me look at their work and clean anything I found that they had maybe missed. The only issue I had, was that they didn't clean the oven - but that was maybe because I didn't specify! Also, Tanya was very responsive on text and phone and easy to work with.

Oksana did an amazing job! I was thrilled with her speedy and detailed cleaning work. They were able to come out within 24 hours of my email request.

I love when they come to clean our home. They are always on time and work so hard while they are there. Any feedback I have offered has been heard and fixed both by my house cleaners and Tayna. Irena and Alex always leave the house so clean and picked up I look forward to them coming. I love that Tanya emails me the night before even if it's on my calendar she also asks for feedback to take back to her crew. I have had no problems and hope to do another deep clean later in the summer.
