Awesome! I have marble countertops and was worried but they listened and didn't use acidic cleaner on them. They were very thorough. I have a biweekly cleaning service but would love to have THA back quarterly to do the stuff my regular cleaner does not do. I would definitely recommend THA.

I called and left a message asking for a bid for house cleaning. They never called back. I specifically joined Angie's List so that I could find pseudo pre-qualified contractors and not waste my time. This was a dud.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with this company and the work they did (described above). They brought over two women who worked non-stop for 5 1/2 hours until the job was done. Furthermore, their prices were the most competitive of the companies we initially contacted and they were willing to do all of the cleaning tasks we asked them to do (such as cleaning the refrigerator) without adding extra fees. Overall, they cleaned our house so it looked like the day we moved in. We would highly recommend THA House Cleaning LLC to anyone looking for a housecleaning service and we intend to hire them for any future housecleaning needs.

THA Cleaning has been taking care of house that I manage since October 2014. A regular every other week cleaning. Also a deep cleaning after a remodel at another house, it was a real mess. I am very pleased with the 2 teams that have come to work. They are careful, thorough, and work at a good pace, they work calm and quietly and focus on the job at hand at times finding things that need cleaing that I did not realize needed cleaning, also open to requests I make during the cleaning. They have helped me with unusual requests such a rehanging a door that was left off it's hinges after new carpet install and moving boxes. I feel safe and at ease when they are working. I have recommended them to my friends. I will stay with Tanya @ THA cleaning because she always works to facilitate the best cleaning and her teams are good hardworking people that are pleasant to be with.

Communication was great, showed up when they said they would. My kids were home, she was kind and pleasant to have in my home. We will hire them again and get on a regular cleaning schedule.

Tanya was very responsive, came over within a couple of days and had a crew to deep clean there in two days. I asked to have my house deep cleaned, including the stove and fridge. I work from home and asked that care be taken not to clean my office desk, my make up counter or my dresser. She also said she would clean the blinds. When I got home the kitchen and downstairs were clean, although the oven was not cleaned. One of the blinds had a number of broken slats, two others were smeared with grime. Three large pieces of furniture had been moved and not replaced. A large houseplant was broken. Worst of all, personal correspondence, handwritten notes in a pile on top of my fridge - had been thrown away! Only two were left, the others weren't in the trash or anywhere to be found. They were obviously personal notes, and they were gone. All of my makeup was dumped in a box, although I had asked for that area not to be cleaned. More personal correspondence thrown away. The floors had not been rinsed, and there were streaks and dust on the wood floors and the kitchen floor was not clean. For this amount of money I would expect better cleaning, and i would have liked an acknowledgement that blinds and plants had been broken. It did not occur to me that I would have to hide a pile of love notes, written in english. Do not assume that instructions given in person will be followed if you have any special requests or needs.

The woman who came to clean was great - very thorough and detailed. She was kind enough to work around the repairs I was making , filling in nail holes, touch up painting. The place looked fantastic when she finished - so much so that I received lots more of my deposit back than I expected! They seem pricy to me - but it has been a long time since I hired anyone to clean.

Prior to moving into our new house, we hired THA House Cleaning to clean the entire house. The previous owner did an underwhelming job with the cleaning and we wanted to make sure the everything was clean. THA sent two pleasant individuals over to clean. The only challenge was that we wanted them to just clean the whole house but they were looking for more specific guidance. I appreciate that they wanted to do things our way but would have preferred it if they could have worked a smidge more independently. Tanya, the owner, was a joy to work with. Very responsive and accommodating.

Services went well, they were very professional and did a very good job. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge but Tanya was very responsive and prompt in communicating. It is apparently normal that the client pays for parking which I had no problem with but I wasn't expecting it.

The housekeeper arrived on time and requested a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. After, that she took matters in her own hands and did a beautiful job of cleaning. She was a very pleasant person and communication with her was easy. The house was most definitely cleaned to our satisfaction.

They cleaned very well, but I had some scheduling issues with them. They would always change the time and day before the appointment. I work, so I need more consistency.

She is very professional, kind, friendly and follows directions. She is very accommodating.

I've been very happy with the service provided by THA House Cleaning. The same person has cleaned my home the entire time which I appreciate because I get to know her and she gets to know my home. The owner, Tanya, came in person to initially give an price estimate. Again, I really appreciated this as I like to know who I'm working with. Tanya is also a great communicator and always lets me know if there are any changes. The quality of the cleaning is also top notch. I would definitely recommend them.

We have used THA since May 2013 for an initial deep cleaning and then every 2 weeks since then. Tanya, the owner, provided the initial assessment which was accurate and also completed the initial deep cleaning with another person. We have had the same person for about a year and a half and she provides great and thorough service (only the second person since beginning). She is also okay working in the house with our very large and sometimes hyper dog which was a must have. We appreciate having the same person clean our house and knowing that we will receive great service and a safe experience. Tanya also emails the day before service to confirm the time for the cleaning which serves as s great reminder and checks in to see if we need anything else. I have referred THA to colleagues and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great housecleaning service.

They now come every other week and always arrive promptly, work quickly - and do an absolutely fantastic job! I love coming home on the days they have been here!! We asked to stick to four total hours (2 people, 2 hours each) and said "just do what you're able to get to in that amount of time" and were amazed that they were able to do so much in that short amount of time! We are thrilled with the work they do!

Exceptional work. We have used THA for nearly a year. Prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough, flexible with schedule. We found THA on Angies list and all the stellar reviews are accurate. Tanya, the principal, takes a personal interest in the cleaning of every home. The staff is trained and responsible. HIghly recommend them.

Price wise, THA was most affordable at $35/hr and had great Angie's List reviews so we decided to move forward with them. Angelica was our main cleaner and she seemed very thorough with her work and estimated about 7 hours needed to clean the entire house on her own which sounded great to me. However, due to the greasy cabinet walls and the fact that she had to leave soon, she ended up requiring assistance from another two co-workers who showed up around 6/6:30 pm. I ended up having to limit their time since since it was getting late, since double the people meant double the cost, and enough was done that I could do the rest myself. The reason for the B rating is for the fact that there were some spots that were not as clean as I expected. Though it was simple enough to clean them down myself when I found them. In addition, I wasn't the best experience having my expectations set at 7 hours for a total cost of $245 only to end up at 9.5 hours at $332.50. I would have rather they had estimated high and finished earlier. Though next time, I think I should require a flat rate estimate for everything I need done, that way I can better plan for the exact cost rather than leaving it up in the air.

We had just purchased a home that had been fully renovated inside. Tanya was fantastic! She arrived right on time, and didn't take a break or stop until the job was completed. Cleaned everything! Floors, bathroom, windows, kitchen cabinets...top to bottom. Everything sparkled by the end of the day!!! HIGHLY recommend THA House Cleaning, and will definitely use their services again.

Fast and meticulous cleaning. Tetyana and her employee made moving so much easier. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with their work and will hire THA Cleaning again.
