Description of Work: Excellent service. One lady did in four hours what would have taken me a week or more. Just gave her a basic idea of what was needed and she ran with it, and even did stuff I hadn't thought of. She made a huge difference in my home and took a big stress out of my life. Would DEFINITELY use again.

Description of Work: They cleaned a family room and 1 bathroom, which had been rented as a studio apartment. |They ran over 1/2 hour late w/o a call letting us know what was happening, I called the business and was told they were almost at my home. They arrived shortly after I called and when they arrived, they were eating fast food... | However they got started and did a great job.

Description of Work: They arrived an hour late without communication. THA focused on non-common areas where my priority were the common areas. They spent the full 4 hours cleaning 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (two of which were just remodelled, therefore basically clean). I found later what took so much time - they pulled everything out of the closets to sweep/wash the floor (not needed) and scrubbed the grout residue from a construction project I was in the middle of (not needed). I paid for an extra 1/2 hour to quickly dust and sweep/vacuum the common areas; that was not enough time to sweep/vacuum the lower 8 stairs. | |If you work with THA, you need to be clear ahead of time what you're priority areas are. They do a great job with the deep clean, though my daughter (who was home) said they were slow (probably because she didn't see that they cleaned the construction project and the closet).

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning our home. The initial clean costs more, but it put my own cleaning to shame :). We will have them come bi-weekly, and the price bi-weekly is definitely worth it. Loved the owner that came out to do the initial pricing, and loved her crew, which came out to clean the house.

Description of Work: Tanya and her crew do a good job. They are a little pricey, however, and there are up charges for additional services that would be nice to work into the recurring charges. I would recommend their services.

Description of Work: I hired THA Housecleaning to come clean twice a month. They do a fantastic job of cleaning and tidying. I'm not super-organized so sometimes things I leave out just get put into neat piles but, all-in-all, I have no complaints about the work or its quality. I highly recommend THA Housecleaning.

Description of Work: This was for housecleaning. The service turned out just fine. The lady spoke Russian and of course I do not, but she brought her son and he was able to translate just fine.
