Description of Work: The first contact was an ask for credit card, without even scheduling a visit or providing an estimate after viewing the work needed. When i said I am not providing any payment details unless you visit the property and provide an estimate and complete the work, she put down the phone. Payment should be after the work is completed.

Description of Work: Needed my apartment cleaned as we were moving out. Scheduled someone to come for 4 hours and help me clean my empty apartment. They were scheduled to show between 9:30 and 10:00. Finally showed up at 11:20. No call, no contact. I had already started cleaning and just took care of it myself. This is why I don't hire people! Won't do that again!

Description of Work: Tetyana's team is punctual and very thorough. They were a life-saver when I returned to work full time this year. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: THA cleaned our apt so thoroughly that my husband commented on how the doors, handles and woodwork had all been wiped --they are wonderful!

Description of Work: Galina cleaned our wooden kitchen cupboards, inside and out, the oven and gas burners, the refrigerator ( emptied and put everything back), the dishwasher, sink, tile counters and slate kitchen floor. The white cupboard interiors were heavily stained and we could not get them clean - she did. The outside of the natural wood cupboards were heavily soiled - they look like new. The business texted the day before to confirm our appt., and followed up to see how we liked the work. Galina arrived on time, and Galina finished everything in under 5 hours. She was very pleasant and professional to work with.

Description of Work: THA House Cleaning is amazing! The team is incredibly nice and responsive. They came to our house on short notice for a deep clean post-construction. Its an old house with a bathroom and kitchen that never really feel clean - but after 4 hours of magic - the house is a new place! Incredibly impressed. Will definitely be using the THA team again.

Description of Work: The owner of the business sent one of her employees and she did a good job. Owner was professional and returned my call quickly. The employee was a smoker and smelled like cigarettes and I just hate that smell. Only negative

Description of Work: Had house cleaning done. I admit that the kitchen and bathroom were messy and in need of deep cleaning. The worker spent the whole 4 hours in these 2 rooms. I would expect the rooms to be done thoroughly but as I discovered after she left, it was not. Nothing was lifted of the counters (such as coffee maker, canisters,toaster, etc) to clean under them. Still grease on the stove. I auto-cleaned the oven and asked her to just wipe it out. Never done it. Bathroom floors not cleaned well. The owner had to bring over a vacuum because the worker's did not work. Both very nice ladies, but unfortunatly I was unhappy with the quality of the work.

Description of Work: I called Tania and scheduled a deep cleaning in March. The cleaning they performed was great. Everything was cleaned when I got home. The service provided exceeded my expectations. They cleaned the windows,window tracks,shower surround,doors, light switches,oven,microwave inside and out on both. The light bulbs in the bathroom were even cleaned. I also paid extra to clean out the refrigerator. They removed all shelves and cleaned the entire thing, the refrigerator looked like new. My cleaning was very detailed and turned out great.
