THA House Cleaning ran a special through Angie's List for four hours of house cleaning for $100. The company's owner, Tetyana (who goes by Tanya) contacted me promptly and we arranged a time and date. On the date and time agreed to, a nice young woman arrived at the house (with all her own cleaning supplies and a vacuum) and after a little instruction immediately got to work cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen and floors. She worked very hard and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend THA House Cleaning as I will certainly use this company in the future.

THA House Cleary was very prompt and responsive & did a great job.

They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and were respectful of my 88 year old mom and 12 year old son who I had to leave behind so I could return to work. They did a great job and showed amazing attention to detail. Tanya's price was also a full $100 less than the first quote I received. I am saving my money to have them back ASAP!

When the cleaners came in, they introduced themselves, let me know that 4 hours of housecleaning was 2 hours with 2 people. I asked for more time and they contacted their boss but they were already scheduled. They went to work upstairs. After an hour, they started on the downstairs. I decided what I wanted done in the time left and they did it. Very pleasant and very hardworking.

For the two houses I mentioned above they sent to separate crews to do the work. In both cases, the work was performed quickly and efficiently and the crews were professional and courteous. I felt heir prices were very competitive and I would not hesitate to use their services again. They left a few of their cards with me and I have already handed out several to people looking for similar services.

THA exceeded my expectations. We needed a deep-cleaning of our home. We were able to get an appointment within a few days and they did a great job paying close attention to detail in all areas of our home.

Arrived promptly and quickly went to work. It was a big job because of all the remodeling we've been doing resulted in dust and dirt. Performed exceptionally well. Cheerful, pleasant attitudes.

They were punctual, professional, and very nice. I would definitely recommend their services and am planning on having them clean my house regularly.

Violeta was prompt in arriving and, as soon as she understood what we needed, she immediately went to work. I'm not sure she even took a break! She was thorough and made sure she finished everything to everyone's satisfaction. We thank THA and Violeta for their excellent service!

From the moment she arrived until she left, Violeta worked, worked, worked! I explained the dusting, vaccuuming, mopping, bathrooms, etc. that we needed done and within minutes she was busy into her work. After checking on her once or twice, I saw there was no further need to see what she was doing and left her to her work. We found her to be a very honest and hard-working person who really takes pride in doing good work.

On time, took out trash, recycling compost, very thorough.

The team of two arrived early and quickly got to work cleaning. They did exactly as I asked. I wouldn't hesitate to hire these people again. Great job.

Setting up the appointment was easy and they scheduled the time I wanted.

It was easy to schedule the job with Tanya for the day I wanted. She arrived with her crew on time. I had purchased 4 hours of cleaning, so we discussed the priorities in case we ran out of time, and she got her crew of two people right to work. They were able to do everything but vacuum the carpet within the 4 hour period (which was a lot of work), and then added a half hour to do the vacuuming for a very reasonable additional charge. Everyone was efficient and professional and the house looked great for the new owner. I would highly recommend THA House Cleaning.

Called Tanya, the owner, first to ensure we could book their services as we were under a strict timeline for the condo move out and final inspection. She was able to book us within a 2 week time frame and was very courteous and professional. Checked in with Tanya and confirmed both via email and phone the approximate arrival of her cleaning team the week prior and then the day prior. She also gave me a courtesy text to on the day of as well to alert me of the approximate arrival time. Timing was delayed about 15 minutes from the original time of the booking, but luckily, my schedule was flexible and she gave me advanced notice. Tanya's associate, Violeta, arrived at 12:45pm. We did a walk thru of the condo to show her the exact spots that needed the most attention, what to clean, what not to clean, etc and she started cleaning at 12:55pm. She also shared that if she needed more than 4 hours, it would be an additional $30 per hour charge. During the walk-thru, I mentioned that I wish to have the inside of the refrigerator cleaned. Violeta noted that that is an extra charge and to call Tanya directly if we wish to do that. Since the fridge was only used for 2.5 months (purchased 3 months ago) - I opted to clean it myself. Violetta did, however, clean the outside of it - so that was included in the normal 'house cleaning' package. I let her know I would return around 4:15pm to start doing a final walk-thru as the landlord was planning to arrive at 5pm. While she finished cleaning up the kitchen & entry way, I had a look at the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, laundry area, closets/cabinets she already cleaned. She did an *amazing* job and the unit was dazzling clean from ceiling to floor!!!! The unit has *a lot* of cabinets and drawers - Violeta ensured to wipe down every, single one meticulously - inside and out! She was very detailed and also very courteous, hence, she deserved a great tip ($25) - she saved me from 4 hours of cleaning! Violeta finished a cleaning at 4:45pm. For the size of the condo and simple move-out, "The Big Deal" was perfect for our cleaning needs. Would certainly recommend them for all of your cleaning needs.

Called them first to check availablity b/c the work was time sensative. They were available and easy to get a hold of. I went ahead and bought the big deal after chatting with the owner. They called the day before to confirm the work. They were on time and very friendly!

Tanya was very responsive to my initial call. She set up a perfect time for someone to clean my house. This was my first time hiring a house keeper. Two great girls came, Sophia and Halina, and they were well mannered, worked quickly, and did a spectacular job of cleaning my house.I would recommend this company to anyone needing their house cleaned.

I think she did a good job. She missed a few spots (like forgot to dust the DVDs in the living room but did every bookcase in the study and didn't wash our window in our bedroom) but overall was VERY happy. They are coming back again to do another cleaning and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a clean house!

Tetyana with Tha House Cleaning and Housekeeping and her staff Violetta were the most professional cleaners that have been in my home. The results were great! Tetyana showed me her business lisneced and offered to show me a copy of her insurnace as well. I was pleased with her professionalism.Violetta (who actually cleaned) did a great job! I would recommend her to anyone. In fact we are scheduling a once a week or every 2 week cleaning and I hope its her that comes back!

We had a very good experience with this company. The owner was soooo nice and the phone and very accommodating with our schedule. The cleaner showed up exactly one time and did an excellent job. I am very happy with this company and will use them again.

I recently threw a party and needed help cleaning before hand and after. I was referred to them by a family member who has used them before and swore by them. So I had THA Cleaning come out and clean and prep before and after the party. The service I received was fantastic. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dinning room. They vacuumed, mopped, dusted, cleaned out my fridge and even assisted me in my set-up. After the party they came back and cleaned up all the trash and did the dishes and more. They helped put everything away. It was amazing. They were so fast and professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've used THA House Cleaning for bi-weekly housekeeping for several months now. The housekeeping quality is consistently superb and I've used several housekeeping companies in the past - never with such great, consistent results. Tetyana is very professional and responsive and Lena always does a fantastic, thorough job.
