My husband and I were so impressed when we came home and saw the work that they did, that we called her up right away to let her know how happy we were. I have never had a housecleaning service, but because of a recent illness we decided that it would really help out. So I was a bit nervous about having someone come in when I was not home and clean the house. I am so glad we did this. The house was not this clean when we bought it 2 years ago! I'm looking forward to this cleaning service coming back every month and continuing helping us out. Thanks THA.

Overall the company did great work. Upon completion the ouse was spotless and ready to rent.

We were called right back, got a quote promptly, and the house was spotless right on schedule. We just couldn't be happier. Every inch was scrubbed, dusted, and spotless.

I had a great experience. I purchased their big deal as I was in need of a service after having a baby. I just did not have the time to deep clean the house anymore. Tetyana was quick to schedule the big deal work and also came by the check on my satisfaction as her workers were here that day and gave me an estimate for future service if I wanted it. I was very pleased with the first service. My house was in great shape. I scheduled for them to come again, at first on a monthly basis and then after a few weeks made it every other week. Tetyana was great about accomodating my schedule and offered discounts when they come out more often. The gals that work on my house are very polite and always show up on time. They work quickly and I always feel my home has been well cleaned when they are done. They are also respectful of the baby's schedule and try to keep things quiet in the areas around the nursery when the baby is sleeping. I am very happy with their work and am continuing to use them presently.

Wow. And I don't say that often about housecleaners. Usually there's SOMETHING that did not get done or they broke something (and didn't tell us about it) or SOMETHING. These ladies did a great job, the house looks and smells CLEAN. We had some area rugs down because of a visiting dog, and they vacuumed them, picked them up and then vacummed and mopped the hardwood floors underneath. FANTASTIC job. They were quiet and respectful of the fact that my husband was working (he works from a home office and is on the phone a LOT). And the owner stopped by when they were finishing up to ensure that we were happy. I am very impressed (and, again, I am difficult to impress!).

We have been happy with their service and will continue to use them.

THA did an excellent job. Every one we dealt with was very pleasant, prompt, efficient and they did a very thorough cleaning job. We have arranged to have them continue on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We've been very lucky to have Julie and Natalia clean our house. They are prompt, professional, and hard workers. For the deep cleaning, they moved most of the furniture, cleaned the books and bookcases, and washed all the windows inside. We have 22 twelve pane double-hung windows, so this was a very big job. Additionally, they did all the floors thoroughly, moved rugs, cleaned all surfaces in all rooms, scubbed the heck out of the bathroom, wet-cleaned all the woodwork, including the baseboards, and cleaned the light fixtures. I am quite sure the house had not been that clean since we moved in over 15 years ago. W/ the bi-weekly cleaning, they do the bathrooms, floors and surfaces, dust woodwork and knick knacks. They have missed a few things from time to tie (like some cobwebs, cleaning inside the dishwasher). I let Tanya know, and they fixed the problem the next time. They are pleasant and responsive, and do not act like anything is a hassle. They do not require this, but I tend to pick up the "clutter" before they come, so they can concentrate on cleaning (I figure no one but me will know where the clutter is supposed to go anyway).

They really tried to please me. There were 2 people at my home for this work. The younger girl spoke English and the older lady did not. I told the owner exactly what needed to be done and they were going to leave before all of that work was done. I needed the inside of my windows done and they were getting ready to leave. I told them just to get as many done and they did almost get all the downstairs windows done. I think for basic housecleaning jobs they are fine. There was just a miscommunication issue between the employees.

Outstanding. They did a fantastic job. We were so pleased that we have them coming back on a regular basis. After 4 or 5 additional visits, we are still completely satisfied with the work that they do. The are quite professional, and have always arrived at the exact time that we have agreed upon. We are very happy with their work.

Unfortunately, I have to revise my previous feedback to help my fellow Angieslist users get the most accurate review. This company cleaned my house on a bi-weekly basis for about 10 months. The first 6 months they made progress and tried to fix problematic areas. Then, the quality of the work started going down hill! When I complained to the owner, she said that the person that cleans my house cleans 3 houses on the same day and maybe she gets tired by the time she gets to my house... She offered to move me to another day and I asked to have 2 people as I thought that maybe my house is too big for just 1 person to clean. The 2 new girls she sent me did such an awful job that (after sending pictures of the horrible job they did to the owner) I decided it would be the last time this company cleans my house. This company made me for forget what it's like to have maid service until I hired a new company. I now pay less for a better quality work and more areas cleaned.

THA House cleaning sent someone out to provide an estimate. The estimate included a first deep clean and then followup cleaning every 2 weeks. THA showed up at the agreed upon time, performed the agreed cleaning and for the quoted cost. We were VERY happy with the results. THA has showed up every two weeks since then and provided a standard cleaning. They have been very good about arranging times and always contact me ahead of time if they think that they will need to adjust the time. They have consistently provided great service. In the few cases where we have asked them to focus a bit more on something, they have done so and we have been very happy with the results. Both my fiance and I are very happy with THA and recommend them for their services.

They arrived 15 minutes early, which was excellent. I had expressed concern about timing. I told them what I wanted done and they went right to it. They seemed to work well together as a team. They were efficient and knew their work

On the first appointment, THA owner, Tanya, came to our home to meet us personally, go over our cleaning needs and preferences, and provide an estimate. She brought with her a notebook containing her business license, insurance, etc., as well as references. She then very carefully went over everything with the ladies that work for her and do the actual cleaning. Two very sweet sisters work as team to clean our house We have been very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of their cleaning, as well as their professionalism, punctuality, and dependability. Of particular importance to us: they do an excellent job of caring for the extensive hardwood floors we have throughout our home. Owner Tanya always emails us a reminder a few days before the scheduled cleaning, and frequently checks in to make sure we are happy with the service. We highly recommend THA Housecleaning.

It went well. They did a good job but there were a few things that couldn't be done because of the time limit. They were professional.

We used an Angie's List Big Deal, so their time was a bit limited and they didn't have enough time to do everything we had hoped for. But what they did was great. There were two workers and they showed up right on time. One concentrated on the bathroom while the other did the bedrooms and living room. Although I was very happy with the results, they ran out of time. Given it to do over, I would have preferred that she not spend quite as much time scrubbing the stains in the bathtub, and doing more overall cleaning. But we were very happy with the overall result and would definitely use this service again.

I bought this voucher for my sister as a housewarming gift... she said that the company was very professional, did a thourough job, and made any and all efforts to accomidate her schedule. I heard nothing but great things!

Have been using THA cleaning service bi-weekly since I purchased my initial cleaning through Angie's List earlier this summer. Tonya and her team are extremely professional and do a outstanding job cleaning our house. They are reliable, hard working, punctual and pleasant to be around. They are also very flexible about scheduling. Would definitely recommend THA cleaning service to anyone in need of some extra help around the house!

Tanya was very responsive to my request for a quote and scheduling the cleaning. She was very polite and pleasant to work with. Tanya sent a member of her team to the house to estimate the job. We agreed to the price and hired them on the spot. Two days later, two members of the THA team arrived withing 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time and spent just under four hours at the house. It seems like they left after what they estimated as a four hour job, and when they realized it would take more, they seemed to rush to fit everything in during the four hour slot, and not stay until the job was done right. We would have been willing to pay more as our expectation was for the entire house to be cleaned, rather than just hiring two girls for four hours. As a result, I was left having to pick up the pieces before my mother returned from the hospital the next day. Some items found afterwards include: 1. My parents have a dog, we asked the team to vacuum the floor under the beds, unfortunately, they were not vacuumed 2. I think the team may have had trouble with their vacuum as I saw hair and dirt still on the floor in some rooms. When I re vacuumed the entire house myself, I got three more containers of dirt 3. Several couch cushions were missed (dog hair still on them); crumbs still under many cushions. 4. Several switch plates not cleaned 5. Furniture was more "surface cleaned," than "deep cleaned". Tops cleaned, but not legs or other parts that catch dust. I let Tanya know of the issue and she offered to send the girls back to finish, she and even offered a discount on the next cleaning. Again, Tanya was polite and apologetic. My parents were very disappointed with me for hiring a team that didn't stay until the job was done right, even if that meant paying a little more. They instructed me to cancel the recurring service as a result. Bottom line: This was probably a 2 person @ 6 hours job.

Since the Angie's List Big Deal, this company has cleaned my house 4 times (maybe 5, can't recall for sure). For a cleaning service, I don't like writing reviews after just one job because that first performance could be biased if they are aware a review is coming that will be based on just the one job done. I like to see consistency or a pattern over a few jobs performed. The first three times there were 3 different sets people that cleaned our house. And every time it was a great job performed - very clean. And very considerate of the house. We've had another cleaner that would bang the walls with the vacuum cleaner and leave marks. THA has not left a mark on the walls. Another plus is that they bring all their own cleaning materials including vacuum cleaner so they don't use my vacuum or use up my cleaning supplies. I would highly recommend THA Cleaning.

Of all the people I had called to perform a walk through of my house so they can provide an estimate, Tetyana was the most professional one. She was about 5 mins late but she called me before the scheduled time to let me know she might be a little late. That was already more than what some of the other folks I'd called had done. Tetyana was courteous and realized that I understand a housecleaning service would cost me money. I only mention this because one of the companies I called actually told me in a very condescending tone that this isn't going to be cheap, that hiring her company wouldn't be like me just calling one of my buddies to clean my house... but I digress. While we were walking through the house, Tetyana would describe to me in detail what her company does for those areas and she asked me if I had any preferred cleaning products for the various surfaces in my house. When I told her I only had a preference on the floor cleaner used she told me that they would be glad to accommodate as long as I was going to provide the cleaning solution. After the walk through we sat down to discuss pricing but before we got down to the business, Tetyana offered me her business license for me to review along with her insurance paperwork (again waaaaay more than what I got with the other folks I called -- some of these other companies are highly rated on this website). My house is fairly large (2900 sqft) but it's not fully furnished yet. I also have a lot of hardwoods that I would like to be maintained very very well. Tetyana understood my emphasis on floor care. I wanted a full and partial clean to alternate every other week since it's just me and my husband in the house with no pets. Even though we keep the house very clean ourselves, I wanted someone to do the routine maintenance. Before THA could start their bi-monthly visit, Tetyana recommended an initial deep clean so they would have a baseline for how clean our house can really get. Original price of deep clean: $220, original price for full clean: $140 and original price of partial clean: $100. I had mentioned that I found her company on Angie's List and she politely informed that I was outside of the promotion she was running so there weren't any discounts available to me. After she thought about it for a while she ended up deciding to give us the final prices below Deep clean: $200, full clean: $135 and partial clean: $95. We hired her on the spot.

They showed up on-time, thoroughly cleaned all areas requested within the time frame. I was pleased with their work and will use them again in the future.

She arrived promptly and very courteous and pleasant. She tackled every job and we had no problems. Very pleased.
