THA House Cleaning LLC

I had a really nasty basement after a sewage backup. The first provider that I called refused to come and clean it. I called THA and they were very nice and welcomed the business. The lady on the phone was pleasant and arranged for them to show up in about two hours. Two ladies showed up right on time and did a good job cleaning the basement out. It was a dirty job and they did it very well. I will definitely use them again.

Nice ladies but spent too much time at out house and Missed a couple of things considering it was a deep clean. The owner was very responsive and came to give us an estimate right away. They were also able to come and do the deep clean sooner than I expected. I liked that they brought their own high quality supplies. The owner came to check their work as well so she was very responsive. The majority of the cleaning was very good.

The owner came earlier this week to provide an estimate for both the initial cleaning and regular monthly service. She walked through my home and explained what they usually do and made notes of things I wanted worked on. We made the cleaning appointment for a few days later and the service went smoothly. They were a little late because they could not find my house but I received a phone call telling me they were a little lost in the neighborhood but would be there shortly. The owner came with the two women who did my home and showed them what I had requested. The two women were friendly, hard working and professional. At the end of the appointment, I pointed out a couple of very minor things and they happily did those tasks too without any hesitation. The owner called after the cleaning crew left to make sure I was satisfied and I took that opportunity to schedule my next visit. It is cheaper to hire unprofessional cleaners BUT if you want professional service and licensed workers, it is worth spending a bit more.

We have used cleaning services before and they start out doing a great job and then the quality starts slipping. When we started using THA Housecleaning, I told Tanya, the owner, that I wouldn't write a review until after a few months have passed. It's been six months now and we are very pleased with the work being done. Tanya always calls the day before to confirm the time and date. She is always easy to get in contact with if we need to change anything. The women doing the cleaning are very nice, polite, and efficient. We're comfortable having them in our home.

I am a Realtor and was bringing on a listing in S. Seattle. The house built in 1907 & remodeled in 2005. The sellers had moved out of state & I needed to get the house cleaned top to bottom before putting it on the market. It was very dirty. I sent an email inquiry to THA Cleaning Svcs. Tetanya, the owner called me back right away. We made an apptment to meet so she could see the house to give me estimate. She was prompt and very personable. Gave me a detailed account of what the clearners would do with an estimate of between 8-9 hrs with 2 people cleaning. She called to let me know the cleaners were at the house and called again later to let me know when they were finished. And gave me a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. The cleaners did a marvelous job. It was very clean, hardwood, tile and concrete floors, interior windows, appliances, granite counters, tile showers, white baseboard molding thruout. All were spic and span. This company definitely did what they said they were going to do. I would use them again.

I couldn't be happier. I called to have our house cleaned before a big event with only two days notice. Tanya promptly returned my call, came to the house for an estimate, and was able to arrange a cleaning on short notice. Tanya takes a lot of pride in her company, and because this was the first time they cleaned our home, she stopped by twice to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. My home hasn't been this clean in a long time. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend THA House Cleaning.

The lady who cam to do the cleaning was very sweet and got to work immediately. Every surface of my condo was cleaned, including the windows. She stripped my bed, washed the sheets and remade the bed perfectly. Even though it was extra $, I was pleased with the her work washing and folding my laundry. I would highly recommend THA Cleaners and ask for Christine. She did a fantastic job!

They did a good job, but they ran out of time. They ran out of time, becasue they didn't target the areas I requested. There may have been a lanquage barrier. Either way, since I itemized two things I wanted done, I figured they'd get those done and then do whatever else they had time for. Instead they started in a full blown cleaning regime and ran out of time to do my two preferences. Nice people and attentive phone contacts.

They focus on areas I request and also clean areas I wouldn't have thought of. I'm very happy with their work.

I purchased four hours of housecleaning as part of an Angie's List promotion and am giving THA House Cleaning and Housekeeping an "A" for a variety of reasons. First, they were pleasant to work with over the phone and very responsive. Second, they were very flexible and accomodated a schedule change during a busy time of year for them. Third, my house cleaner showed up on time, was cheerful and completed a lot of work in four hours! This in spite of the fact that my house looked clean but needed "more than usual" cleaning in most rooms. I would definitely hire them again.

Everyone has been on time. Gave phone call reminders and a call from the owner after the cleaning to make sure everything was done to my expectations. I was very happy with the service/quality of work and look forward to setting up once a month cleaning visits.

Everything went smoothly. I gave her a list, and she methodically worked right through it. She was a really hard worker, and very fast. I definately got my money's worth.

We had a party coming up and wanted the house extra clean. They did a great job cleaning the areas specified. The cleaner arrived on time and listened to my instructions on the areas to clean. She did a great job since it was sparkling.

Two maids arrived on time as scheduled to perform two hours of cleaning. The cleaning was limited to the kitchen and they did do a superb job.

My first choice from Angie's List for the great feedback rating. Well deserved! Fast response to my inquiry for cleaning my house in Columbia City. Needed services right away and THA was fantastic about scheduling and asking exactly what services I wanted. I will use them again when a new tenant moves in. Bravo!

Tanya was very prompt at returning my email requesting a quote- and she was able to get me on the schedule at pretty short notice. Kristina arrived on time and was very nice. She did a great job at cleaning our house and hit all of the points on the list I had left- and even did extras like cleaning the coffee maker. It was great coming home to a clean, fresh house! I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Get to the house and get busy.

The young woman brought her own cleaning supplies and worked extremely hard for 4 hours straight. She accomplished an amazing amount of work.

She arrived on time and her attitude is very warming. She got her own cleaning stuff and started from the bathroom in our main bedroom. She diligently cleaned the bathroom grouts and did a great job. When I asked her to reach the bathroom ceiling (which is pretty low) and clean some stains, she told me she didn't have the equipment. So the stains were still there... But she did clean the floors well. Then she came down and tackled our kitchen. After her cleaning, our kitchen sinks just look shining and new. We are very satisfied on that one. And she cleaned the microwave oven and top of the refrigerator also pretty well. Basically speaking, we are satisfied with the service. I only wish she could focus more on the job and improve the efficiency. She has been taking calls on her cell phone several times.

2 ladies came on time and clean the entire house. The work was done excellent for reasonable price.

The team arrived on time and began work right away. They are very efficient and thorough. I decided to have the refrigerator cleaned also which they did. I got a Big Deal from THA last summer but the hours were not enough for the entire house. (I wanted my house deep cleaned before the holidays and before decorations went up). They did a great job (again) and I will hire them again.
