The staff was amazing! Other vendors in the house even made comments to how are they were working. Incredibly detailed and took a lot of pride in their work.

Tanya (the owner) came to my house within a day of my inquiry and completed a very thorough evaluation of our house. She found dust and crumbs in places I never even thought to look! (top of refrigerator, beneath the burners in my stove, etc.) I was so happy to know that her team looked for that level of detail and would be able to help me with a "clean slate" and regular cleaning. The team has been here several times now and it's always such an amazing feeling to walk into a clean house at the end of the day. They are fast, professional, skilled and efficient. I especially appreciate THA's attention to detail and customized service. We have very fragile hard wood floors, so I requested special cleaning solutions and mopping procedures. They have followed the instructions perfectly each time and the floors look great! I trust Tanya and her team to access and clean our house when no one else is home. Outstanding service that I would (and have) recommended to my friends!

Two women came to do a four hour cleaning. Therefore, they stayed two hours combined. They spent the first hour together cleaning one bathroom ...all the while chatting in Russian. I finally broke them up when it was clear that they were not going to come close to getting around to the other rooms One woman stayed and completed the bathroom, and then dusted the living room and family room. The other worked in the kitchen. The small areas that they did complete were well done, but overall a very frustrating experience. By the way, my condo is never a mess...I just wanted to have it shine for visiting guests. The "special deal" was not worth it. The one real positive was the contact person who set up the appointment. She was professional, cheerful and very helpful.

Had a really great experience with this company. Tanya was very responsive over Angie's List email. We have family coming in for a wedding starting Monday, July 8. I was trying to get someone out to the house as close to that date as possible so that it was less time that we could mess it up before the family arrived. I tried to get someone out on July 5th or 6th but they were already booked up. She offered up July 4th. I reminded her that it was a holiday....she said no problem as long as they would be done by late morning. DEAL. I was a little worried that they wouldn't come on a holiday but Tanya confirmed with me the day before and sure enough, the mother/daughter combo showed up just on time....even a few minutes early which was fine with me. The mother didn't speak English but that was not a problem. The daughter was the interpreter. I told the daughter (I apologize I cannot remember their names) what I needed done and they went to it. The daughter was easy to communicate with and very friendly. They did a great job AND my house is clean for when my family comes on the 8th. Now, let's just see if we can keep it clean for 2 more days. :) Right after they left Tanya emailed me through the Angie's List website to see how it went. I would definitely use this company again.

She had a little difficulty finding our place, but we had a last-minute snafu with the house key, so it all worked out just fine. She was very pleasant, professional, and worked hard to make our place spic and span. We were very pleased with the services and will recommend this business to others.

one lady did the job in 8 and a half hours. She was the hardest working person I've ever seen. I'm having her come out next week to clean my apartment.

Kristina came right on time and did a fabulous job making the place look spotless. I was blown away by her thoroughness as she worked her way through my 2 bed/2 bath condo. The place looked great. Tanya's crew of 3 cleaned my condo from top-to-bottom: kitchen cabinets, appliances, windows, floors, bathrooms, walls -- you name it, it was cleaned! My place sparkled after they were done! Would highly recommend!

From the moment we requested for a quote Tanya was courteous & prompt in her response via email & phone calls. The initial cost of service was for a first time deep clean for a house that is two story and approx 2400 sq feet and is $150 moving forward for a team of 3. Tanya came over to quote us and showed us what would be cleaned and immediately quoted us after going through each room of the house taking into consideration what we were expecting. In addition, she showed her credentials confirming she was licensed and bonded. The day of our scheduled cleaning Tanya called to notify us that the team finished early on their previous job and could come to our house. The team was very polite and did an amazing job! I am a very neat and clean person with high standards and was impressed with the end result. The house smelled fresh, the floors, countertops and window sills were spotless. I was going to call Tanya to tell her how impressed I was with the services but she beat me by calling me first to do a follow up and see how it went. I told her that I couldn't be happier and preceeded to book out for the next couple of months.

Very responsive visit to bid. Worked us into schedule by having crew come on Saturday. Three person crew did four hour deep clean. Very good job. Required no supervision by us.

I have been using THA Housecleaning for several months now. I would highly recomend it! Tetyana's cleaning teams are professional, prompt and very thorough. She promptly set up an assessment after I called, and set up a team to clean my home on a regular schedule. Tetyana is very responsive and truly cares about providing a high level of customer service. THA does an excellent job of cleaning my house! As a busy professional, I consider this service to be well worth it.

The owner, Tetyana, came out and was very good at selling her services. However, most of the things she said would be cleaned in a thorough first time cleaning were not done. It was amazing to me that three people could spend so long in my house and have not touched on essentials, like the bathroom floor, wiping the leather couch, dusting bay window shelves and a cleared desk, ect. The cleaners were a mom, dad, and son trio. I noticed that the son of the cleaning couple did not clean independently, aside from swishing a duster around, and did little while downstairs, instead he was leaning against the door jam. I told Tetyana that I was not pleased; what was accomplished during their service visit did not reflect the amount of money I spent. In addition, they left a 4 inch scratch with indentation along the master bath wall with their shoulder vacuum that I will have to pay to repair. Tetyana's response to my dissatisfaction was a $20 credit for my next cleaning. Then for my next cleaning she scheduled one person to clean my house for approximately 3 hours, for $170 - $20 credit. I'm sorry but no house cleaner is worth ~$53/ hour and if I were to pay that much I should have the assurance of satisfaction, but I learned from the first cleaning, Tetyana can apparently afford a few unsatisfied customers.

We called at the last minute and they were able to work our job into their schedule before our deadline. They did an incredibly good job. I have never seen such detailed cleaning, from the baseboards, stairway, window sills, chandelier and beyond. I would say that our expectations were exceeded.

I contacted THA in January and Tanya responded promptly. She visited out house and provided an estimate for a deep cleaning and scheduled cleanings every two weeks thereafter. Our house is 2700 sq. ft. with separate living quarters on two levels, including four bedrooms and three full baths. One level has wood floors throughout. I thought her prices were quite good. For the deep cleaning, two women spent about four hours and left the house in great shape. Since then, we have had three weekly cleanings by two women and we are very pleased with the results. We would certainly recommend THA House Cleaning.

Initially, my wife and I paid to have the house deep-cleaned. We were very happy with the service and are not having the house cleaned once a month. Tanya has been great from the start - always very responsive and prompt to follow-up either on the phone or over email. We've been very happy with the service and plan to keep using.

I am getting ready to list our home for sale and needed the bathrooms and kitchen to really shine. I was far too busy to get it done myself so I called and spoke to Tanya. She came out as scheduled to do a walk thru and estimate. The ladies came on the date I requested at the time agreed upon and did a wonderful job. It took all of the pressure off of me to have this completed so thoroughly and on time. I will definetly use THA again, especially for my move out cleaning.

We've been utilizing THA House Cleaning for approximately three months and are completely satisfied with their service. Our house cleaner Sophia does an excellant job and Tanya's customer service is outstanding. We've never had a cancellantion and have been satsified with every job performed. When we've noticed an area that might have needed more attention, it has always been corrected during the next visit. The team is excellant about confrming appointments and we completely trust their crew. THA has been cleaning our house for the past month and I'm very happy with their service. They are reasonably priced, consistently on time and efficient. I feel that our house has never been tidier. I'm especially happy with the quality of the work they put into the kitchens and bathrooms and into my child's bedroom. It's great coming home to the house after they've been over. Stains in the stairwell that other companies had been unable to address were gone after their initial deep clean. I've had some great luck with cleaning services in the past, but THA is so far the best I've worked with.c

The first person sent out didn't realize the magnitude of the job, so we were rescheduled. The second time, Tanya and two helpers came out and did an excellent job.
