I am very pleased with the services I receive from this service. My house is cleaned every other week and it is done reliably and professionally. What I like most about this service is the owners attention to service. She e-mails me before every cleaning as a reminder. Tanya is happy to hear feedback and passes it on to the staff so that they always provide what you need. I would recommend this company to my friends.

I have used several different house cleaning services with mixed results. I have been using THA services for a little over 6 months and I have been very happy with their cleaning service. Tanya provides excellent customer service especially with communicating with me regarding cleaning day reminders and she is quick to respond when I need to add or change a cleaning day. Tanya's cleaning crew are professional, timely and thorough.

Their prices are high and very little attention to details. I was very disappointed with their service!

Tanya and her staff have cleaned our home for the past year. They've done an excellent job cleaning hardwood floors, granite counters, vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows. They do an especially good job on bathrooms. We had some difficulty in the middle of the year when we needed to change the day of our cleaning. Tanya was wonderfully accommodating with that change and adjusted to our schedule. She always text messages us just prior to cleaning day. One day when we didn't want cleaning she allowed us to skip that week without charge or fuss. We're quite pleased with the service.

Provided accurate estimate of the actual time required and number of staff needed. Tanya checked in with us and with her team during the day. Three-member cleaning team were efficient, thorough and conscientious; did not require constant monitoring. It was unfortunate that our interior housepainters arrived a day early (to do 2-3 rooms) and were in the house at the same time as housecleaners, but THA's team didn't miss a beat or complain; they carried on, made adjustments as necessary and STILL met our expectations and timeframe. We used two other cleaning services earlier in the year; they were disappointing, barely adequate despite my research and care. THA House Cleaning was far superior. Tanya manages the business with professionalism and conscientiousness. We have complete confidence in THA and will hire them again for move-in/move-out or for on-going residential cleaning.

Originally, one person was going to come clean and get here between 9:00-9:30. I was called by the owner at ~9 letting me know the woman who originally was supposed to come had a sick child and she and another woman would be coming to clean together (which I was fine with), but they would be there between 9:30-10:00. They arrived at about 10:15. After 1 hour the person woman who accompanied the owner left because she was ill (which happens). I live in downtown Seattle and they parked in 2 hour parking so Tetyana had to go move the car and said she would need to charge me for part of the parking (which she did not end up doing). After cleaning for a total of 3 hours (4 cleaning hours because of the woman who had to leave) only the bathrooms, one bedroom, and half of the kitchen had been cleaned. Tetyana said she would come back the next day (Thursday) to finish the job. She said she would be here around 1:00 (didn't provide any time options) and arrived at 1:30. I understand that she was hauling all of her cleaning supplies, etc. She then cleaned the 2nd bedroom (which is a nursery and has only been in use for 3 months and prior to that the room was completely emptied and cleaned out), the other half of the kitchen, and the living room/dining room which took 3 hours. PROS: -Bathrooms were very clean -Discount of $15 given due to inconvenience CONS: -No time estimate was proved for 2 bedroom, 2 bath (I would not have assumed it would take 7 cleaning hours) -Tetyana started to clean the kitchen sink with bleach without moving baby bottles & parts and pump parts which were right next to the sink on either side - I started to move parts and she kept spraying the bleach and mentioned that she needed to use bleach to get stains out. I understand that bleach was required to clean the sink, however sensitive parts like bottles, bottle nipples, pump parts, etc. shouldn't be exposed to bleach. I ended up having to take a few hours today to clean ALL of my son's baby bottle parts and pump parts (several sets) which doesn't make me happy. Overall, the place is clean and there items things that were deep cleaned that I hadn't done in a while (I just had a baby a few months ago and am returning back to work soon) like the bathrooms, windows, and oven however, I didn't think it would take 7 cleaning hours over two days.

Tanya and her team did an exceptional job deep cleaning my condo yesterday. While arranging the appointment, I appreciated Tanya's responsiveness and professionalism on email. The cleaning itself was performed to a very high standard. My condo looks even cleaner now than when I moved in! The level of detail (towels folded, track lighting dusted, gas range knobs disassembled and polished) was astounding. I was a bit speechless at the end of it.

We originally called them for a one time housecleaning in March and they came on March 18. They did a good job so we decided to start using them once a month. We are so happy with them.

THA cleaned a vacant home which was getting ready to put on the market for sale. I opened the door and let the 2 cleaners in the house and did not stay. Several hours later upon my return, I walked into the house without the cleaner's notice, (the cleaners were upstairs and I was downstairs). I stood there for half an hour and the 2 cleaner never stopped talking. It was a 1600 SF house, and they did not have to vacuum the carpet, and did not clean any countertop and most appliances. I was charged 11.5 hours for such a small job, I used other cleaners for much larger house with less hours. The cleaners also missed many places. If you want to use THA, you need to watch them since I don't believe the cleaners do well under honor system.

I like that they are fast and efficient and thorough. They are careful to use the cleaning supplies we provide or specify which is important as some materials in our newly remodeled bathroom cannot take regular household cleaners. Tetyana reconfirms by e-mail the day before our monthly cleaning which is a big help. I work from home that day so I can let them in but I often run errands while thay are at the house. The same team comes each time so they know our house and I only point out anything that might need special attention. We are quite happy with the fresh clean house we have now!

We have a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house that was in desperate need of a thorough deep clean. Team of 3 showed up to clean pretty much on time (about 5-10 minutes behind, but that was okay by me). Aside from instructing them of a couple areas they did not need to clean (baby's room where the baby was asleep, for example), they got to work right away and cleaned up things I would never think to do. As they were finishing up, I did a quick walk through of the house to make sure wasn't anything missed and was very happy with the results. Everything I expected to be cleaned was cleaned with perfection, and there were several things cleaned that I would have never expected. For example, they put away a couple pairs of shoes that were left out, vacuumed our couch & loveseat, and even cleaned the little windows on each side of the front door. They finished the job in just over 3 hours. I was also impressed with Tetyana's willingness to communicate via email. I prefer to communicate that way and she was incredibly prompt at getting back to me. I had initially contacted her in July about getting a rough cost, but for other reasons I wasn't able to have her come out. I contacted her about a week before I wanted her to clean thinking it'd be a long shot if I got anyone on such short notice. Initially it didn't seem like the timing would work out on the specific day that I needed someone, but she was able to shift things around and get a team out! Very happy with the results and would use again if we decide to continue house cleaning service.

The owner of the company did the work himself. He was very polite, very efficient, very respectful of my home and very knowledgeable. He did tell me the services that he offers, I did not feel pressured at all and bought only what I needed. Very nice experience.

Tanya reached out to me within 24 hours of my initial request for a quote. She was eager to visit my home to give me an accurate estimate. We did a thorough walk-through of the house, with her outlining what I could expect in each room and asking questions about my preferences. I had typed up a list of the things I expected, and she reviewed my list to ensure we were on the same page. She also asked me what little things I wanted done - things like organizing the cords for our electronics, etc. She said she would tell the cleaning team so they did those things as we'd like. The day before our initial "deep clean", I got a call from Tanya to confirm the date and time. She also sent an e-mail in case we did not connect. The two-person team showed up on time, and they got right to work. The deep clean, which included wiping down blinds for 14 windows, took longer than expected at 5 hours. While I was not thrilled to write the check for $350, I was beyond happy with the work they did - it was worth the money. Everything Tanya said they would address had been done, and then some. We began bi-weekly cleaning two weeks later. Once again, Tanya contacted me prior to the cleaning to confirm the day and time, and the team showed up as expected. The house looks immaculate after they are done. My fiance who is particular about cleaning has been impressed - no easy feat. In addition, Tanya offered a discount for my first ongoing cleaning since the deep clean took longer than expected. It was a nice touch, and went above and beyond what I expected. I would sincerely recommend this service.

Tanya was great. She was very responsive whenever I contacted her to schedule an appointment. She also took the initiative to contact me when my Angie's List Deal was expiring, so that I did not miss out on it! The gal that came and cleaned my house did a great job. She worked hard & fast and stayed on task. She was very pleasant as well. I would definitely hire them on a regular basis if they were not so expensive.

The particular service provider ( maid) was not up to standard. Normally they provide better service

Great job- I hired Tetyana's service for a deep clean on my house which they did an excellent job of for a reasonable price and have retained them for monthly cleaning which runs around $170+ tip. Her employees have been punctual, courteous, and trustworthy, doing an excellent job.

Awesome!! It's not often these days that you hire someone to provide a service and they go above and beyond one's expectations. I called Tanya late one afternoon and told her I had a filthy studio after a move- out that needed a scrub down and that included the walls and ceiling if possible. It was clear to me that I was going to have to repaint the entire unit and needed this done prior. Tanya got back to me that evening and had someone for me the next day. They were a mother and daughter team. They arrived and started at around 1:00 after having done an earlier job. I want to emphasize that this unit was VERY DIRTY!! Those 2 women worked so hard. It took them 5 hours in the heat. The place is so clean that I do not have to paint!!! Couldn't believe how clean they got it. There were a couple of things I wondered if they would skip- kind of a test of sorts. One was the fan cover in the bathroom and the other was the fact that the refrigerator had already been cleaned(which I told them) but there was some tape marks that were left after cleaning in both the freezer and fridge. The tape marks were gone and the fan cover was clean. Can't say enough about these two women. I appreciated what they did for me not only in work but the money saved on painting. Thanks Tanya! When I asked the daughter who taught her to work like that(Mom doesn't speak English) she said "Tanya". Wow- thanks for everything ladies-you truly made a difference for me! Teresa

She did not clean the bathroom thoroughly. Did not even sweep out the pantry floor let alone clean floor. Just no over all that good of job.

This is the FIRST time I have ever left a review. In short: I'm very very very happy and I will definitely call them again for their service. I called Tetyana and booked the service with her. Unlike a few other cleaning services I have called, she was EXTREMELY happy and polite over the phone - that gave me an instant feeling that she enjoys what she is doing. It was a very easy conversation. Given the review she has and her price, I decided to have a try. I was not in my house throughout the whole process so I don't know how polite or professional the ladies are. But my wife was. She told me over the phone that she is "impressed". That actually impressed me because I don't see she gets impressed very often. I think the ladies in this cleaning companies are different from others in one critical aspect: they like what they are doing, and they treat their customers seriously. Again, I'm very happy. I have to say that I was excited about hiring THA because of all the reviews but was later disappointed by the quality of the cleaning. I think THA is having some problems scaling their operation to more customers and thus are doing as so-so job. They are professional in their responsiveness, punctuality but no so in their work. On the first visit, Tatyana came to our house to "market" her service. She explained how her staff is trained and talked a lot about all the things the crew will do: clean windows, scrub bathrooms, dust off everywhere, improve look of kitchen, etc, etc. We ended up staying for the day of the visit and found a crew of two doing a great job on the bathroom and kitchen areas, but not on the rest of the house. For example, they never really dusted off blinds or some furniture as explained by Tatyana, not they cleaned the windows until specifically asked to. When they did clean the windows in the balcony (we have a 900sqrt condo) they didn't even bothered cleaning outside. Overall I would say that the job was fair, but definitely not as marketed by Tatyana's first visit. We decided not to continue with the bi-weekly cleaning and THA was more than happy about it, almost like it wasn't worth their business having customers who demand high quality. I think the Angie's list recommendation is stale is not reflecting current situation until THA improves quality

We are still using them. We have some few issues with communication and stuff, but the big deal was fine. We have been having them do every other week service for most of the year. The quality was very good. They are punctual and on time. The owner is very professional I would continue use them again in the future.
