Terrell Lozada & Co.

Description of Work: Terrell has worked for me over the last two years. She is a sculptor and artist by avocation and an interior painter and color consultant by profession. In the last 2 years she has chosen the colors for my entire house which we were remodeling. Then she painted the entire interior. Unlike me, she is able to "cut in" without having to tape anything at all; she painted the entire house (ceilings, walls, closet doors, wood work etc) without ever using a piece of tape. In addition, she never got paint on herself or anything. She brushes or rolls the paint and never sprays anything. The paint colors took into consideration the view out our window and the colors in all of my Japanese artwork. Once the painting was completed, she then hung all of my artwork in the appropriate rooms to coordinate with the paint scheme. She chose the paint color for my recreation room based on my collection of Rie Munoz prints and then chose the carpet color. She also chose the new chairs and correct fabric for my living room. Inasmuch as I've been recovering from surgery, she was also here to do general household repairs and to plant the spring/summer flowers on all my decks.
