Tekline installed a new TPO roof on an older outbuilding structure that we converted into a fully renovated studio space. They were wonderful to work with. Chris, my main point person, helped me creatively navigate a few challenges related to how to meet the R-value insulation requirements which was really beyond the roofing job they were hired to do. The guys who installed the roof were extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They were a pleasure to work as was every person I was in contact with at Tekline. This is the second project we've hired them for and I would absolutely recommend them / hire them again.

Tekline Roofing was a superior choice. The pricing was right for our metal roof and the craftsmanship was excellent. We didn’t realize that until it was over! We had to have a rat-eradication company come over and he was very surprised. This was the best roof that he had seen with the tightest and toughest grating over our vents. We had a difficult roof line, but they handled it perfectly. One element of a metal roof that was concerning was if it was more noisy that the 3-tab. No! Maybe even quieter. The underlayment is quite thick. If we didn’t have skylights, we would barely know if there was a down-pour at all. They worked clean and tidy and cleaned up at the end. Thank you Tekline.

I am pleased with the quality of work. I was contacted daily by Tekline roofing and was updated about the progress. the crew were very professional and did a fantastic job. They treated my property like their own. kept the area clean and not even one nail was found on my property. one thing that impressed me the most was the Owner Mr. Morrison took time off of his busy schedule to visit the property and make sure my expectations were met. I had seven different contractors visit my property. some were late, some never showed up and few showed up with a piece of metal with no reference and finally, two of the contractor lied about their products and showing up. on the first day of appointment with Tekline, Norm showed up ten minutes early, presented the details of work to be done and took pictures of the existing roof and list of references. I am pleased with the quality of work and company I chose. Definitely, the roof of my other house will be replaced by Tekline roofing.

I obtained several bids prior to choosing Tekline. From the bid process to the last nail, this business is outstanding. They answered every question, addressed every concern, and the workmanship was excellent. They even started a day before the scheduled date. The roofing crew were courteous and very professional, completing the job within three days. The grounds were generally clean after each day.

So as the day approached to begin work, the Tekline team made frequent contact regarding timing and what would be happening. So first thing on Tuesday the Honey Bucket arrived, immediately followed by the dumpster and the Tekline team with all of the additional roofing materials. 30 minutes after everything arrived they were already demolishing the roof above. They were super professional from the start (and were tolerant of my barking german shepherd. They completed the project in two days instead of four and you would never know the team was here. They even called at the end of each day to see how the work site was, was it cleaned up, and were there any issues. The owner (Scott) came himself to review the work and get feedback (you cannot ask for more than that). They also offered to review the Dish network reinstallation since the last one was screwed into the roof (a big no no). The entire experience was the most pleasant and professional I have experienced with any construction company. For me it was an investment in our home and I am confident in the work. I can completely recommend Tekline Roofing for any roofing requirement. Great work and great service.

Scott had a team out to our house within 60 minutes to access the attic and temporarily tarp off the leak. They got us on the schedule and fixed the flashing within two weeks and all is dry. We didn't have to worry about the house at all while on vacation!

Short version - *Quality workmanship. *Excellent customer care. *Fair price. *Great employees. *Good communication. *Best workmanship warranty. Long version - I do tons of research, both on the contractors with whom I work and the materials they use. I started by researching roofing materials: specifically, PVC for low slope roofs. WeatherBond roofing materials are well respected by contractors and they have the best warranty in the industry. I then searched out WeatherBond Certified contractors and interviewed four estimators. Jesse was my estimator: he's a genuinely good guy, and gladly spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions. Jesse also provided excellent follow-up communications throughout my pre-selection process. I found that Tekline has a separate crew dedicated to installing flat and low-slope roofs, and is one of the few, if not the only roofers in town, that pays their installers by the hour. This is important: installers paid by the job tend to rush through their work and work extended hours in order to move on to the next job. When the installation process began, I found Tekline's foreman, Armando, to be professional and highly concerned about doing a quality job. Tekline's phone representative Aly is a pleasure to work with; she is an excellent communicator, provided me with updates every day of the installation process, and went the extra mile by answering after-hours emails. I believe customer care to be the truest test of any company. - Midway through the project, we had a mishap, and there was a water intrusion. I was pretty keyed up, but Tekline's production manager Pat was calming and reassuring. Within an hour, Armando and his assistant were at my house and remedied the situation. The next morning at 8:00 am sharp, Tekline's owner Scott, came out to the house to make sure everything was alright. Over the next couple of days, I spent a fair amount of time communicating with Scott, and he and his company exceeded all of my expectations. I inspected the roof today. The level of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. Compared to the contractor who roofed my house fifteen years ago (with inferior materials)… there is no comparison.

The repairs were concluded rapidly.

I recently purchased an older home that needed a roof replacement. After doing a bit of online research, I contacted Tekline based on the amount of positive reviews the company had received. I received a response within 48 hours of contact and set up a site appointment. The site inspector was able to provide answers to all of my questions and detailed the job process if i were to go with Tekline. The pricepoint was fair. Not the cheapest but also not unreasonable. What i really appreciated about Tekline (and in my opinion what really sets this company apart) is the level of communication between them and the client. After deciding to move forward with Tekline, i received a phone call from Aly at the office every morning during the job dates. Aly checked in with me to give me an idea of what to expect for the particular day, as well as answer any questions/yielded feedback for the previous work day. The scheduling process was prompt and easy. They were able to flex their schedule to accommodate my timeline. The only hiccup here, was the original start date. The starting date got pushed back one day due to a previous job taking longer than expected. The actual work process was pretty seamless. Prior to the start day, a honeybucket was brought to my property so the workers didn't require access to the inside of my home. My foreman, Javier, was polite and answered all of my questions. He gave me an end time for each day and provided me an overview of what to expect. My entire roof replacement took two full days of work, which included chimney flashing and cleanup. After the job was complete, the owner, Scott visited my home to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Scott is really down to earth and even offered to have his crew come back to fix a leak in my gutter free of charge. To my surprise, his crew came back the very next day to have my leaking gutter fixed. Excellent customer service. Prior to writing this review, i even received a 'thank you' package from Tekline which included a coffee mug and a few goodies. If all my contracting experiences were as great as my experience with Tekline, life would be so much easier. I can't recommend Tekline enough!! We were very happy with the work done by TekLine. From the salesman who came to provide the estimate, to the workers who did a fantastic job (including cleaning up the job site and the end of each and every day), to the owner who came out to personally inspect the job and ensure that we were satisfied with the work. We did have a minor issue with some of the communication when scheduling the start date. We explained the issue to the owner and he told us the steps he was taking to improve this aspect of the workflow. We would highly recommend TekLine based on our experience.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. What is most important to us is to have someone on our side who does highest quality work -- and Tekline was just amazing across the board.

Excellent, including bringing there own honey buckets for the workers. They did not disturb my wife about using our bathroom. The roofers fixed my 20 year old weather vane. Also facia replacement.

It went really well, they were a really great company. The cleaned up, the owner of the organization came by to check on it after we were done to see how we were doing and what we thought of it.We have recommended them to other people.
