Fantastic!

They were incredible!!! Prompt, efficient, and just...wow!! My partner actually wouldn't let us cook in the kitchen that night because she wanted it to stay spotless for just one more night :) We're definitely signing up for regular maintenance cleaning. And because they used all BioKleen products, the house smelled lovely!

Excellent service and excellent cleaning job. They got us in last minute, and actually answered their phone when no other companies I called did.

She did very well. It took me a couple of times to get a hold of them.

I had a mixed experience with Susan's Green Cleaning on two occasions. 1) 5 hour deep cleaning 2) 3 hour regular cleaning. One of two house cleaners was very nice (Kira). The communication with payment and scheduling was hot and cold. I was overbilled but quickly reimbursed. I was charged by the hour for deep cleaning at $50 per hour, then a flat rate for regular cleaning. I was overcharged for the deep cleaning, but quickly reimbursed once I pointed this out. The house was cleaned well, gentle green cleaning agents were used and both cleaners wore covers on their shoes. When I pointed out the doors were not cleaned I was told they only dry wipe the doors (it's listed on their checklist that doors are scrubbed and cleaned). Karisma was the first to arrive and didn't spend time with pleasantries. Kira on the other hand was very personable, looked me in the eye when she spoke to me and was very friendly to my puppy which is important when having a stranger in my home. I was happy with Kira and requested she return for the next cleaning. I was told Susan's Green Cleaning could not guarantee a request. This was a surprise to me because I thought part of requiring being home for the first cleaning was to meet your house cleaner. I expressed I did not feel comfortable having someone come into my house, while I was gone, to clean who I had not met. After several follow up emails, Kira was slotted but not guaranteed to come clean. I chose to be home when she arrived in the event someone else had to be reassigned. After having so much trouble requesting Kira, when she arrived at my house I asked if she'd like to book cleaning directly with me. A few hours later Susan called asking me not to proposition her staff. My feeling is that everyone has prerogative to ask, accept or decline. Given the difficulty booking, overbilling and likelihood of not knowing who is entering my home to clean, I will not be booking with Susan's Green Cleaning again.

Wonderful! My home never looked so clean, from ceilings to floors, and everything in between. I will definitely continue to use this company for all my cleaning needs.

Great job! The only problem is that after cleaning, I tried to schedule a recurring cleaning and they never got back to me. That's why I gave them a C for responsiveness.

I can't say enough good things about Susan's Green Cleaning. I bought the Angie's deal for my parents who are dealing with health issues and needed a few rooms deep cleaned. They were so accommodating with the service date, we had to change it last minute due to the water being turned off for a road project and they were so understanding. They are professional and did an excellent job cleaning using green products, which is a bonus. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Lots of dust, dog hair and grime was gotten rid of in an extraordinarily short amount of time. Excellently done.

Susan's did a great job. I simply left them the key and they made a very dusty house (with a very dirty refrigerator) shine.

It was easy to schedule my first appointment by phone. Derek arrived promptly at 8 AM and proceeded to work up a sweat cleaning my house. He did a deep cleaning of both bathrooms as well as a light cleaning of the kitchen during his four hour visit. I was impressed by the quality of work and attention to detail. Derek provided all his own supplies and tools which included environmentally friendly cleaning products. My bathrooms were very clean! The service exceeded my expectations and I plan to schedule another appointment soon.

The cleaner did a great job cleaning the entire house (dedusting, vacuuming, mopping the floors). She even cleaned the inside of the oven!

All of the above done with "green" cleaning products. No chemical smell left behind, just clean and fresh smelling. Looked so much cleaner and brighter. Very sweet, professional young women did a great job.

My kitchen is beautiful! I'm so happy with the attention to detail - I haven't seen my sink and stove glow like that in a while. I had a busy morning at work so I was forced to stay at my home office (not intentionally!) but I was not once interrupted. Susan even stopped by to check in! It's such a delight to work with people who have so much pride in what they do and in providing great service.

We've been using Susan's Green Cleaning for about 1 year now and have been very happy with the quality of service. They are always on time and the cleaning is thorough. I have sent friends and family to Susan's Green Cleaning who also love the service. We have small children and pets so we were particularly concerned to have a cleaner that would not use toxic chemicals in the home. If you want to get clean, think Susan's Green Cleaning!

Susan's Green Cleaning is the best house cleaning service I have ever had in my home. I've had my fair share of house cleaners because I can be rather particular. Mainly because my wife and I both have OCD and our house is fairly neat and tidy and clean to begin with. So when a house cleaner does come, I really want to notice. Susan's Green Cleaning does just that! I love that they bring all of their own cleaning supplies, I love that they are green, too. They put everything back nicely, fold the towels neatly, and even fold the toilet paper (like a hotel). They were fast, but not hurried or sloppy, and are simply efficient. I trust that any time they come that our home will look as polished as it can possibly be. I highly recommend their service!

My house has never looked or smelt better. We had the deep cleaning done and it is the best money I've spent. The price was fantastic and I plan on signing up for bi weekly services. In addition to great service, the ladies took the time to introduce themselves to my dogs, which made it less stressful on them. These ladies were fantastic.

Susan's Green Cleaning is an amazing housecleaning service. They are fastidious, detail oriented (and energetic!) cleaners. The green cleaning products worked great and there was no toxic smell or chemicals, which was great for me and my family, who have allergies. I like that their company gives back to the community. They have great customer service. You would not go wrong if you hired them.

First time ever doing an Angie?s List review. I heard about Susan?s Green Cleaning from a friend as I really needed to get my home cleaned. I decided to check out their website and getting the free quote was fast and simple. I received an email with exactly how much it would cost for the cleaning and a list of everything they would be doing. The cleaners arrived and were prepared! I was impressed with their professionalism, friendly demeanors, and the Miele vacuums, too (I know they?re expensive, so was happy to see they didn?t skimp on equipment). I was really impressed with the cleaning! They got the pet hairs off everything surface, the bathrooms look brand new, my kitchen is show model pretty -- I couldn?t be more thrilled. Before leaving, they asked me to walk through the house and see if there was anything else I needed them to do or go over and there was nothing. I plan on using Susan?s Green Cleaning whenever I need a cleaning. Very, very happy customer. Great customer service. Easy to talk to employees, easy online booking, and worth every penny.
