Susan's Green Cleaning

Was fine. I wanted to compare to my current cleaner. They didn't offer any scented cleaning options and I like coming home to a clean smelling home.

Great! A team of two showed up and got right to work. They ran into a little more work than we agreed to and called me first to get the go-ahead.

Excellent job done by two friendly and efficient cleaners. Expensive but worth it.

Great. Showed up on time and did a great job. Only problem was cleaning the white text off the Viking range. Unable to read now.

The two workers were very efficient, professional and friendly. Our home was truly clean and fresh when they were finished. All equipment and cleaning supplies were furnished and I was more than satisfied. I will continue to use this service.

I am writing another review to the one I gave in June with an F rating. After I posted my experience, the owner reached out right away. I was not very responsive, but she did not give up. She was on a mission to make this right, and she did! We worked the situation out and I scheduled my first cleaning with them. Since then I have had 5 cleanings, and WOW I am so glad it worked out. I LOVE my cleaning tech! I feel really comfortable with the few that I have had in my home, even when I have not been there. They are super professional, mark everything down that they did, and do a really good job. Since I have started using them on a regular basis, my life has been more organized and a lot less stressful! I would recommend them to anyone!

It turned out fine but the wording on the deal was misleading because it said something about or should have said new clients only but it said one purchase per household. I had purchased through them before. She said oh, no this is only for new clients. So it was worded improperly. They did honor it but I had to talk her into it though. I have used them two times. The first time they were very thorough. The second time was almost as good.

Excellent! Top to bottom. Including blinds. My home feels all sparkly once a team member has completed the job. Lovely people have cleaned my home. They are all professionals and take pride in their work.

Went great. They were punctual, got the house super clean, and sent before and after photos. Such a pleasure to deal with that we have now hired them to come weekly. After 5+ months we have had no complaints and they have done a fantastic job. Our house looks great.

It went well...this is a follow up review of a previous review I had done for this company. After I wrote my review, I got a call from the company explaining a few things to help me better undestand things from their perspective. I mis stated that I was charged $129. I actually was charged $129, but that was from Angie's list, not them. They charged me a fair rate of $99. There was a confusion on my part when booking through Angie's list and booking directly. Secondly, there was a miscommunication of what was to be done during the cleaning. Bottom line: my first experience I would have rated a B. After receiving followup call and explaination, I would say it was an A-. The customer service was an A+, so all in all, I would use this service again.

Very well. Professional staff and they know what to do. Non chemical cleaners are important because I have asthma.

I was disappointed with the service. We didn't feel that she worked very hard. It wasn't like the Aegean stables or anything--she should have been able to get through it without leaving obvious cobwebs and dusty areas untouched. She even stayed longer and charged extra for it, which was not what I wanted. Then we had billing issues to sort out--they billed us twice, and I had to spend time getting that sorted out. The owner was really nice about the mistake, but it was a hassle.

It went very well. There was more work to do than I anticipated, but I did underestimate what was left to be done. I was very pleased with the responsiveness, reliability, professionalism and, especially, the great customer service provided. As mentioned, there was more work to do than scheduled for, but they were very accommodating and offered to squeeze me in the next day to finish up because I had tenants moving in very soon. I will gladly use Susan's Green Cleaning again and would recommend to others.

They are fantastic. I can’t remember when we started, but now we are on a monthly cleaning with them. I love their communication, they are really quick to reply. They would send me text messages after we had that initial time to set it up. They do great work cleaning the house. It is spotless when we come home. They are just really helpful and wonderful.

Susan's is definitely a premium service. They hire top cleaners and give them good pay and benefits, so they're definitely not the cheapest out there. I ended up booking 2 cleaners for 2-3 hours. I was wanting to keep the cost down so I cleaned everything the best I could before they arrived, to the point where I was worrying that they wouldn't have anything to do, and feeling silly for hiring them in the first place. Boy, was I wrong! They got the place SO CLEAN. They showed up on time and actually spent more than 3 hours cleaning (even though they only charged for 3, I tried to make it up to the cleaners with a tip). Afterward I felt amazed at how clean the place was!

It went well. Cleaning started a little slow, but in the end went well.

They did an excellent job. Very pleasant and efficient. Kitchen and bathrooms looked great!

Excellent service. Updates were sent throughout the original cleaning, and Susan was upfront with how long certain parts were taking and what they could and couldn't get cleaned in the amount of time for the original appointment, which I really appreciate; I don't like having to wonder what was actually attempted. We were able to schedule a follow up cleaning for the remaining work, and the overall attention to detail was superb.

Susan called right away to schedule and was clear about the fact that four hours is usually not enough time to clean the whole house and wanted to know the areas her team should focus on which I appreciated. Next time I will purchase additional hours for completion, but my floors and bathrooms were beautiful.
