 + -1 moreIt went very well. I was super pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a leak I thought was around chimney. They gave told me it would be $189 for estimate. Found a quarter size whole they fixed with adding chimney flashing and capped other chimney for a total of $200.00

 + -1 moreI scheduled an appointment for two weeks out when I would be available, which was one week later than the earliest available appointment. Nobody showed up or called. I would never do business with a company that is a and quot;no call/no showand quot; for an appointment. If you want a successful business, the first components for success are showing up and doing what you say you are going to do. This company did neither of those. Total fail on this company's part.
Description of Work: Nothing - They didn't even show up or call to say they couldn't make the appointment.

chimney sweep
 + -1 moreI scheduled an appointment with Mike a few weeks in advance to have the chimney swept today just in time for the holidays. We did not set a specific time for today as we agreed we would touch base last week. I left him a voice mail last Thursday, on Sunday, and again today and I never received a response. Luckily I quickly got back on Angie's list and found another chimney sweeper who will come by this afternoon. I find it frustrating to not receive a call back especially when I took the day off to get a few house projects done today.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment with Mike a few weeks in advance to have the chimney swept today and he did not show up or call to reschedule.
