It went great. They brought in 4 guys and 2 trucks, and were on time. I really appreciated their consideration and respect for our stuff, and they took great care of our stuff.

Super Movers were great. They were responsive, professional, and all around nice guys. They moved a 2-bedroom apartments' worth of stuff plus a packed storage unit in less than four hours. They protected all our furniture thoroughly, including the piano, and treated everything with care while still working quickly. They arrived on time and kept to their hourly estimate. One item received some minor, repairable damage in the process and they were upfront about it, super apologetic, fixed it on the spot, and provided a discount. I've had some less than pleasant moving experiences and this was not one of them. Would re-hire and recommend Super Movers without reservation.

Outstanding professional service.

We were very grateful to have such energetic movers who were attentive to our needs. Even when we changed our minds on the positioning of certain furniture, they were happy to do whatever we needed. They made the whole day seem exciting and not a chore.The cost was less than the estimate.

It was great. Their communication and service was really good. They really provide me the service and I would recommend them to my friend. They have a very good service.

The estimator arrived on schedule. Spend an hour going over all the items to be moved. Said he would get together an estimate. Never heard back either by email or phone.

Anthony and his crew were fantastic! They were on time, and worked fast! I have a monster of a treadmill and they took it apart, moved it and reassembled it with no problems. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We were very impressed by the punctuality of SFMovers on the day of the move. We also were very pleased with the protection they provided for our furniture...wrapping it all very well. They were very hard workers and provided sufficient help on the day of the move. They were pleasant to have around...very friendly and accommodating to our concerns. On arrival in Utah they were again prompt and very efficient. We were glad to see the two movers who had driven the two vans down from Washington...this gave some continuity to the move. Again they hired sufficient help in Utah to unload quickly. They helped put the furniture back together and appliances in. We would definitely recommend them for a move...local or long distance. The price we were given for our 4 bedroom/bonus room/garage (3100 sq ft) house was good compared to a national company we got a quote from...still twice what you would pay moving yourself...but well worth it. The only negative was the responsiveness of Jakub, the owner, when we were trying to confirm using SFM as our movers, and that was due to some issues with the email we had originally been given. I would hope that those issues have been resolved because we almost didn't use SFM when we didn't get responses to our emails and that would have been a mistake

I requested more time than four hours for my move, but they had to go to another job, so they were pretty much rushing around. Other than that, the crew did great. There was also a trainee there that wasn't as good as the others, which also made me a little uptight. I wanted my piano turned, just a tilting of the angle of it and not even moving a foot, but they said they needed four people for that.

They were on time and got right to work. They moved all the furniture in a timely manner and even finished early.

Very courteous and worked hard the entire time. Great team of two very professional movers. This is the third time I have used Super Friends and recommend them to all.

Not a good experience. I had to make multiple telephone calls to essentially chase them for their business. They were not the easiest company to work with in terms of setting up a walk-through quote for an estimate. I fill out all the details they wanted on their Internet form and then never heard back from them. I think they did the actual walkthrough but then never supplied me with formal quotation or notification they would or would not respond. Maybe they have more business than they can handle, or didn't like the fact I was getting multiple quotes, or I fell through the cracks, or somehow they got back vibes from me and just decided they didn't want our business. This is the first time I ever had an experience like this using Angie's List...but my overall recommendation based on my personal experiences (measure against the other moving companies I contacted) is avoid these people or don't tell them you are soliciting multiple quotes.

I am very satisfied & pleased with my decision to use a smaller local company rather than the big national moving co.'s. I've moved a lot. Across the entire U.S., within a given state as well as state to state. Most have been paid for by corporations but this one we paid for ourselves. I got estimates from both Allied & Atlas but chose Super Friends because one of the same guys who loaded in ID would be on the truck all the way to Seattle. They also offer a discount for cash which I used and long term storage. Most of our stuff will be with them for a year. They are very honest and careful. Nothing was stolen. (1st time it of 10 that's happened!) Only 3 things irreparably broken-a miracle when the big guy's routinely break/damage at least 10 or more pieces per move. Of course, more distance = more chance of damage our move was about 580 miles. The only reason my husband wanted me to give them a B in responsiveness is because we couldn't find the power supply for his side of our adjustable bed. He e-mailed the Seattle owner and didn't feel he responded in a timely manner. We found th missing power supply in a box of weird misc. items they'd packed and labeled "PATIO". Yes, you guessed it; the very LAST box we opened outside! Honestly, no bi deal to me as the were prompt, courteous and very efficient hard workers. They came out promptly and completed the bed install and put feet on our couch too. We hadn't even missed those! We will be moving from this temporary apt. to a permanent home within a year and I will definitely use Super Friends again. (It wasn't my side of the bed).

They were professional and extremely friendly, they took great care with my items and listened very well. They arrived precisely on time for our appointments and I was very pleased with the service. The only issue I had, which may have been my mistake in not clarifying when I arranged the meeting with the scheduling manager, but it seemed a bit misleading as he originally gave me an estimate of $100 an hour for the time they were on site, then gave me an additional charge after they had finished the work for $60 that he specified was for travel time for the workers. I felt this was not made clear when we made the original appointment and it seemed this would only be a necessary fee if I were using a truck for the move which I had not. Again, I was very pleased with their service, but I feel this additional fee came as a slight surprise and wish it would have been brought to my attention earlier.

Super impressed by how well they wrapped our furniture to protect it en route, even though we were just going across town. I remember one of the guys expressed appreciation that we'd emptied our six-drawer filing cabinet tower before the move. Apparently some people don't, and expect the movers to just get on with it. Wow. That would weigh a $#*@& ton! Box up your files, people. Anyway, we would definitely use this company again. Great guys!

Love this company. All we had to do was get everything packed up and they did the rest including packing an unpacking the trucks.

From start to finish these guys were awesome. Scheduling was super easy, even when we had to push out the move a couple weeks at the last minute. (thanks for that btw). Yok and his 2 crew were extremely careful and respectful with our furniture, and took great care to not mark the walls at both houses. The move took ~9 hours and with tip ended up costing around $1400. Yok and team earned every penny. Wow, these guys are strong. Great friendly service. I'll be sure to refer you to our friends. They were very prompt. If they were going to be late they would notify me. Before my appointment they did a walk through to know exactly what I needed. Three people came and they were presentable, professional, and polite (Drew, Josh, and Anthony). They came with a good sized truck. It held everything. They did a great job and worked very hard. They handled my properly well and I had no damage. If I had any questions they would always answer them and if they did not know they were very good about finding out and getting back to me. Once everything was put into storage, there was a piece that was not supposed to be in there. Jakub, the owner/manager, ended up going getting it out for me. I had most of the things packed and ready to go. There were a few items that needed wrapped/packed and they were more than willing to help me and use some of their materials to do so. They even offered to assist me in my next move once my house is complete and I need moved from the rental to that property.

I used this company twice. Nine months ago we moved out of our house into storage pods (8 of them) and this May they moved us back in to our new house. We had them help with packing too. Very pleasant and able young men did a great job. They were very diligent and fast, and also very accommodating. Moving back in we had stuff at a few other places, and they made two stops to pick stuff up and bring it here. They also took a dump run with them when they left. Very reasonably priced. My only complaint is that a couple things were broken - a cast iron garden bench, and a glass plate from a box they packed. We still have not dealt with the breakage. I rated them down a bit on professionalism because no one has followed up with me about the broken bench. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again if I needed to move a house or even just one or two items.

Overall, great. Nothing was broken, the guys that moved us were great.. We had a lot of heavy furniture, plus washer and dryer that needed to come out of one basement and into another, they made it all seem easy! Only complaint would be that they brought the small truck, so it took 2 trips, which easily added an extra 2 hours or so to our time.

It went poorly. They didn't secure the refrigerator. The door fell open, and many of the contents fell out. Feta cheese on the floor! They gouged the wood floor with the door of the refrigerator. And finally, my daughter was missing $90 out of her backpack after they left. It was a busy summer, and I discontinued my use of Angie's List. I always meant to write this review; my friends tell me how much they rely on these reviews. This organization came highly recommended, but they made a mess of things. Stealing the cash out of my daughter's backpack was just a shame and creepy.

These guys are GREAT! They came and gave us a very detailed estimate before the move, including tips on how to make the most of our time with them and save money (packing certain things in certain ways, moving whatever little stuff we could ahead of time, labeling boxes, etc.) On the day of the move, they were on time, in great spirits, fast, careful, and incredibly patient with us! They problem-solved tons of little last-minute things for us, and they were very conscientious about protecting our stuff. The move included moving our old, HEAVY piano up a flight of stairs, and they did it without scratching the piano, or the bamboo floor. They placed as much in place as possible, so we didn't have to move it again. Only one thing was damaged in the move, and they fixed it before they left. In the end, nothing else had a scratch on it, and their estimate of time and cost were right on the money. We would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use them again!
