There was some heavy lifting involved but Kyle, Cory and Alex made it seem so easy AND FINISHED THE JOB EARLIER THAN EXPECTED WHICH GAVE ME A BOON FOR THE FINAL BILLING! Everything is lovely boxed and strategically placed in storage and they save me alot of room!

After exchanging a few emails we agreed on a date and time to do a walk through of my house On the day of the walk through the employee was 20 minutes late but he did call to let me know about the delay. The quote took about 20 minutes and we discussed process and timelines. The walk through was on a Friday and I was told I would have the quote in hand by the following Tuesday at the latest. Eight weeks later and after a follow-up email, still no quote. I wish I hadn't wasted my time.

They did a great job. They were punctual, did the job well, and were very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The two gentleman for very polite. They moved quickly and were respectful of my flooring while moving items. I would definitely recommend this company.

Professional and friendly all in one! I've used Super Friends three times now and I guess that is the proof of the pudding! I did most of the packing myself but left them to take care of art work, furniture, etc. I pride myself on my ability to do all of that myself but we were under a lot of time pressure so I left it to them. And they did it better than I could have. There was one mix-up on scheduling but they scrambled another crew and still got the job done that day. Thank you, Super Friend! And to the rest of you - Super Friends is the only company you need to call!

The person I was in contact was very responsive to my request and provided a reasonable quote, including the details of the charges included. Once I decided to go with these guys, he continued to be responsive and helpful as questions/ timing issues came up. The driver and his team showed up exactly on time to my place in Seattle and they were efficient and professional. They arrived in Portland very quickly, and again showed up right on time, and unloaded everything carefully and quickly. They did a good job reassembling a few pieces of furniture.

This was a great crew to work with. They were polite, super friendly and took great care of my piano and the hardwood floor they had to move it over. All three of them worked together very well and took the time to figure out the best way to move the piano. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. I would hire them again in a minute with no reservations!

Preston and his crew were just what we needed for our short distance move. They were VERY polite and courteous throughout the entire, extremely hot day. These young men were like machines, taking only one short break for lunch, then back to work. Cannot say enough good words about these guys and HIGHLY recommend Preston and Super Friends Moving to anyone.

They boxed all of our belongings in one full day, then the next day a different crew appeared, loaded it all up and brought it all into the new house. We were engaged fully in the process, and not one item was broken or missing. We were very pleased with the speediness, efficiency and the whole process. They did show up about 45 minutes late on the first day, but called to tell me, and finished the job on time. I may be a little off on the cost, it was more than a year ago, but I did shop around, and they were very competitively priced.

The team from Super Friends Moving showed up on time, worked carefully and quickly, and saved us a lot of money from the original quote. We had a couple beds and a crib to break down, a lot of heavy furniture to schlep downstairs (and then upstairs at the new place), and some narrow passages that needed careful navigation with our big items. All in all, we were very pleased by the crew's demeanor and friendly disposition, which combined with their great work means we are definitely open to using them in the future (though hopefully we won't have to move house again :).

Team of Super Friends stayed overnight near town to arrive promptly the next day. Professional team: loading the truck done efficiently and with care. Very thorough. Unloading at new place done in same professional manner. Quick expert problem solving with large furniture that had to be moved through a narrow hallway. Friendly and courteous. Based locally and know the area. Felt safe that they will see through the details and get the job done.

The guys were great. On time, professional, very nice, even to the few snarky seniors who didn't like having their elevator used to move someone into their community. They were very careful with her belongings and no breaks, scratches or nicks after the move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These young men were fantastic. They arrived on time and got right to work. They worked quickly and carefully, loading the POD so that there was hardly any space unused. I provided the (used) moving blankets (bought them on Craigslist) and they carefully wrapped all the pieces to protect them from scratches. I look forward to their helping unload the PODS at the new home. I used amateur help loading my first POD. That was a mistake. Superfriends did a much much better job. Well worth the expense.

This company is perfectly named! The crew (Yok, Nick, Leo and James) were personable and kind, as well as incredibly quick and thorough. Not only did they work efficiently as a team, they all seemed to be having fun, which made the day far more fun for me as well. The move came in well under the estimate, and there were no negative issues at all.

The estimator showed up on time and gave an estimate of between 1700 and 2000 dollars. Usually they pack the day before and move the next day. They were able to accommodate my request to pack and move on the same day. The 3 young men were courteous and organized. They packed all the contents of my apartment much quicker than anticipated. Then they carefully loaded the truck in less that 30 minutes. They got to my home that was 80 miles away before 1:00 pm. Unloading the truck was even quicker. They were very careful to not scuff the furniture or the walls. I have had 4 professional moves so far, these guys were the best. And it cost less than a $1000 because they worked so fast. They took pride in their work.

This is an awesome company. Not only did they provide timely, professional and fast service, they also helped to put together things and were willing to adjust placement of articles. The assisted in putting together my TV cabinet when I got stuck and despite the fact that we added an extra truck after the estimate they still came in under estimate. Great company and service, I would definitely recommend them and would use them again should I ever move again.

Movers were on time and professional. All furniture got wrapped completely in plastic and they were very careful of doing any damage to the walls, stairs, etc. Would hire again!

Very responsive with scheduling, available when we needed them. Ended up being late in the morning, I think by 30-45 minutes. Our time was flexible, so wasn't a big deal. They were fast and didn't hassle us with any add-on services or fees. They also seemed like good guys, easy to talk to and efficient. They offered to shift things around for us at the end, which was really nice. Our mattresses ended up getting a bit dirty and scratched, but I think that is expected when you don't have them in covers. I would recommend covering them with something. Everything else was undamaged.

So So By far the majority of the men working for this moving company appeared to be new hires, and their performance showed it. Everyone of them worked very hard and carried their own weight, and we had absolutely No complaint about this part. The biggest issue we had was the way in which contents of boxes were not properly marked showing what was in them. Another significant issue was not properly marking many of the boxes to show whether they were to go to our new residence or the new storage unit. Finally, too many of the boxes - that we have already opened were wither mis-marked or contained contents that were supposed to go to Both our new home and new storage unit. The responses to our phone calls and emails could have been handled, in that more than once it was the company owner who called or emailed me, after I finally expressed significant exasperation over not getting a timely response to my inquiries regarding services we were requesting and paying for. Would I use them again? Right now, probably yes, but the next time I will be asking some additional questions, based upon our experience last month.

Everything went great! The team showed up on time and worked their a**** off. They took one break which was a lunch and were very careful with my things. They were very communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Super Friends does an excellent job. They are careful with your possessions. In this case they had stored much of my furniture moved out of my previous home until my new home was ready. The items were clean and not damaged. They were in storage for 5 months. I will use Super Friends again this month to move some furniture out of a home I am selling to my home. Highly recommend.

I called and left a message asking for a bid for a moving estimate. I also filled out the estimator on their website. They never called back or responded. I specifically joined Angie's List so that I could find pseudo pre-qualified contractors and not waste my time. This was a dud.
