Description of Work: They were prompt and while some things were done differently than I'd prefer (other people's furniture in truck after specifically asking and not counting/ labeling boxes), they went above and beyond with others (coming back for some last minute things).

They are amazingly responsive, polite, accommodating, and are by far, the most honestly communicative/transparent of any moving company we talked to for quotes.

Description of Work: Super Friends provided a three person crew and they did a good job. I would have liked to have a little more flexibility on the price, as the job turned out to be fairly easy for the crew, but less time did not translate into less cost for me.

Description of Work: I moved to a new home 1.5 miles away. They were on time, knew exactly what they were doing and listened to my instructions. Moving was seamless because of them.

Description of Work: With very short notice (less than two weeks) they helped me move from my house to an apartment with the rest into storage. Very professional. I only rated a B on responsiveness because I had asked for a separate quote on long distance with took over a week to get - but as far as the local move - I give them an A! |I would use them again.

Description of Work: This was an amazingly good moving experience. The men were quick, smart, very helpful, and I could not have asked for better care and service. They got us moved -- about 35 miles -- and moved in, left no mess, and took perfect care of our belongings, which included a piano and some rather fragile antiques. As they drove away, my husband said, " Well, that was impressive!" Yes, it was. I highly recommend this company, and the crew that moved us was stellar.

Description of Work: I packed everying into boxes, Super Friends moved all of the boxes, furniture and other large items. Everything had to be moved twice (since I put things into temporary storage) and everything came out in perfect shape - and no casualties to either house! The crew was careful but quick, and friendly. I have already recommended them to 2 other people, and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: I emailed them and said I want my piano in the basement, instead of check the house (whether they're able to do it or not) they said yes. By the time they get to my place they said it won't be possible to put the piano in the basement. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon by the reviews of the company but their quote was very high over rest of the moving companies! So, I went with another company and did not use the coupon or the movers!

Description of Work: SFM moved us from Seaside to Beaverton. There were two pick-up locations, the second with a piano to move. The team was professional and did a great job. They were 90 minutes late to start, however, there was a sick call and Alex was able to obtain an additional crew member so it was worth the wait. This moving experience was the best I have ever had. They took excellent care of our belongings and the piano. All items were intact without any damage, and the estimate was actually what they charged. Would highly recommend this company. Job well done!

Description of Work: Four men packed pictures, moved furniture, boxes, loaded a truck and took a full truck to storage for us. They were all very nice young men, very personable, strong and reliable. We will definitely use them to complete our move after we have sold our house.
