Description of Work: In out out shuffle of furniture for floor refinishing. They were excellent. Actually arrived before stated time on day 2 (first appointment on the day), which was even better for us. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They moved me from my apartment ,and due to delay on sellers end ,I had to go to storage for 4 days then moved from Redmond storage to Eatonville in the rain . |the first part was done by Jake and his crew i requested them for second part as they knew how everything packed up . They were friendly and fast along with being careful .Went pretty well happy with service.

Description of Work: Two of the guys turned up with a big truck. I had asked for 3 but turned out that 2 of them were enough. Nothing got broken. It was done smoothly. They also placed furniture were we asked them. We had good experience.

Description of Work: It was a simple job of moving a pool table--it took 4 people, so it cost more that we really wanted.

Description of Work: We contacted Super Friends Moving on short notice. They weren't able to do the job in time (we had a contractor previously scheduled). They offered to call if anything developed and did so, but by then we had made other arrangements. They were very friendly and helpful and we would contact them again in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased a voucher from Angie's list and the same day filled out a form for a quote on the Super Friends website. I received a quote and scheduled a date for my move using their services. Unfortunately, the date I needed to move out by got moved up suddenly and I was unable to reschedule with Super Friends (or any other mover). I completed the move and emailed Super Friends about the change. They were very pleasant to communicate with and thanked me for the heads up about the cancellation of service. I emailed them again a few days later from the Angie's List site to inquire about the refund on the voucher and they let me know that I should contact Angie's List directly for the refund. I submitted a question to your customer service center about the refund and was emailed back with this form to fill out.

Description of Work: It took them over 12 hours to load and move my stuff. There was not really that much and it was exhausting. The 2 guys were nice and seemed to care for my things but I had a move from Beaverton, that included the drive up that only took 6 hours and had 2 stops to make when they got to the Seattle area. I wont know until my house is done, if everything made it in good shape.

I filled out the requested estimate form and waited a couple of days and then received a detailed response, but the estimate for services was much higher than anticipated and I was unwilling to proceed with hiring the company.
