They were very good, and I really liked them a lot. They were excellent. They came by when we called them and took care of what we asked them. I do not have anything negative to talk about them. They did a great job. They did exactly what we asked them for. I want to make sure they get the credit for the good job they did. The only thing that I questioned is that were lonely. Other than that, they were very professional. I think for what they did the price was reasonable. They are definitely affordable. I would definitely recommend them to others. Overall, I was very happy with them. They were a little late and I rate them B for that.

These guys helped us move out of our house for a construcion project, paying close attention to what was supposed to come with us to the rental house and what was going to the storage garage. they were really careful with our stuff, and made it look easy! they were friendly and helpful, even moving a few things around the yard for me, asking, "what else can we move for you?" and not balking at how big or heavy any of our stuff was. they charged us a fair price, worked quickly, and didn't seem to expect the tip we gave. We will definitely call them when it is time to move back into our house.

I sent an email requesting to know if Super Friends would be able to help me out with moving the vanity; I received a prompt reply confirming they would be able to perform the "on-site" move. After a few emails back and forth, I had an appointment set up for two days out, which was nice. The day of, I received a call saying they were running a few minutes behind. They called again within the time frame previously provided, and said they were about 10 minutes out. 10 minutes later, they were there! After a quick inspection of the vanity, and the route into the bathroom, they were on their way. After securing the vanity in a moving blanket, they were off. I watched them deftly maneuver their way around the crazy turns, and up the flights of stairs without breaking stride. Before I knew it, the vanity was in the bathroom, they had packed out the blankets and I was left admiring the new addition to the bathroom. Overall, both gentleman were extremely pleasant, polite, and professional. I utilized the 10% cash discount, and would have no hesitation to use them again in the future or to offer a recommendation to any one in need.

Emailed to get an estimate and got a reply that evening. Even though the guys are out during the day they were one of the most responsive companies I dealt with in getting an estimate. Was able to set up the move with a couple days notice for 10 AM. They called at 9:45 to say they were leaving from Greenlake from my Bellevue home. Called a little while later to say they were stuck on 520 -- turns out there was a car fire that day -- though not sure why they didn't take I-90 since we live 2 minutes from it. They actually arrived at 10:45. But after that everything was great. We went over what needed to be moved and where it should go and made a plan where and how to store the piano. One guy went to work on the piano while the other guys started moving smaller items to the garage. It turned out my hardwood delivery arrived at the same time they were moving and they worked around him without missing a beat. Once the smaller items were done, all three guys worked to move the piano. Work was done very carefully yet efficiently. They were done in about an hour and 15 minutes. While their commute was 30 minutes each way and it actually took longer because of traffic, they only charged me for 45 minutes to bring the time up to their two-hour minimum. At $110/hr they were much less expensive than other estimates I got and willing to do a small job. They give a discount if you pay in cash rather than check or credit card which is nice because it saved me $20, but I always wonder if taking cash is an attempt to subvert state or city taxes.

These guys are very professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. Everything from scheduling the appointment to moving into the new place was a breeze, thanks to Jakub and his Super Friends 8-)
