I contacted several of the top rated moving companies on Angie's List for quotes on my move. Super Friends was the quickest to respond and the email response was the most complete, with a clear breakdown of the quote and descriptions of their policies on minimums, travel time, etc. When I changed the plan a week before the move (removing a planned stop at a storage unit), they were very accommodating of the change - and even suggested downsizing from three movers to two to save me money. On move day, the movers (Ivan & Matty) were on time and got right to business. The guys couldn't have been nicer or worked harder. They were very careful throughout the move, removing light sconces and laying down mats whenever moving something that might have damaged the home. When all was said & done, the bill came in at the lower end of the estimate. I would definitely recommend Super Friends to anyone in need of moving services.

Amazing. I'm extremely happy with their service. Happy enough to give each of the 3 guys, Scott, Drew and Ivan, a $20 tip. (I.e., $60 total). Scheduled for 8am, called at 7:45 to let me know they'd be there at 8:15, which is when they arrived. They were extremely careful with everything, double checking with me on anything that looked questionable whether to move or not, and finished in less than half the time given in their estimate. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm definitely bringing them back out in a couple weeks after the floors are done to move everything back in.

They were fantastic! We have a lot of heavy furniture, and that they had to navigate narrow stairways at both locations. The employees took this all in stride. They were friendly, energetic, and pleasant to work with. Something that really stood out is that the crew explained a few options regarding how they could approach the move, and gave their opinions on what would be the most efficient. From there, they let us choose a plan we thought would be best. I really appreciated that. Also, I have small children, and they definitely worked around them well. I would highly recommend this company to others.

We made arrangements to meet at our storage unit at 8:00AM on the 30th. Clint, Jakub and Mathew showed up with enthusiasm and eager to full fill their duties to move our items out of storage as well as pick up some large pieces of furniture at our apartment in Green Lake for delivery to our new Green Lake home. All three of these gentlemen were more professional then any other moving company's personnel we had ever experienced in all our years together. They demonstrated organization, teamwork, positive attitudes and a genuine care for our furniture. We ran into a challenge getting a sectional couch into a tight basement and the three gentlemen worked together to make it happen! From the time we started until noon, they continued to communicate with us and help us to move items where they needed to be in our home, including making some last minutes adjustments to where items needed to go. We appreciate the caring attitude all three gentlemen possessed and the positive experience Super Friends Moving provided to us after so many other frustrating experiences with other moving companies. We would strongly urge anyone in the Seattle market looking to enlist the help of a professional moving company to talk with Super Friends!

The price was great and the service was great...once they showed up. My move was scheduled for 1pm but it didn't actually start until around 4. I was called twice to let me know they were running late, but the time estimates I was given were way too optimistic and way off. I was in Seattle and they had been doing a job in Kirkland. I had asked for a 1 pm appointment because there would be less traffic and more parking for the truck in the new neighborhood in the afternoon, and because I still needed to clean the unit I was leaving. Instead they were unloading as people got home from work and I was cleaning until late that night. Still, in all other ways they did a great job. Nice guys, professional, no issues with any of my stuff at all, but the lateness and waiting around because I thought they would be there in an hour...then another hour...wasn't great.

After a remodel, I hired two young men to move my furniture from a POD in the front yard back into my house. Since I had wood floors installed, they helped me apply felt to the bottoms of my furniture. They were very careful with all items and to not damage any of the newly remodeled walls, floors, etc. I had one very large chair that I wanted moved from the basement to the main floor. This turned out to be a big job as the feet had to come off to get it through any doorway and it is a very heavy piece. Also, they finished in under the two hour minimum and asked if I had more work for them to do. They were very hard working young men.

Ivan, Matti, and Drew showed up promptly at our house in the morning with a big truck and all of the moving equipment. We did a walk through to show them what was going. All three men were very friendly and hard working. They worked quickly and were very careful with our things. We actually moved much more quickly than anticipated. Though we were scheduled for a 6 hour move, they did it in 3.25 hours and charged us accordingly. We were really happy with the service and highly recommend this company.

Excellent all around. Always got quick responses over email; great, detailed estimates (and they came in under), flexible about scheduling and rescheduling, and competitive pricing. Scott came over to pack our kitchen--in two hours, everything was done, safely packed, and done--it would have taken me three times as long. The next morning, 3 gents showed up exactly on time and got right to work!! They carried multiple boxes at a time--impressive strength, and they didn't try to stretch out the amount of time it took them to move our stuff by carrying less. Nothing got broken, and they had lots of useful packing tips for us. Will use these guys again!! It took 4.5 hours to load and unload a 4 bedroom plus garage house--wow!

Clint and Andrea( not sure if I am spelling this correctly) both were great they worked fast and efficient and were very personable. They were late getting here but called several times to update me on their progres (as the job before mine ran overtime). I have already recommended them to a couple of friends. Would definitely use thier services again. In fact I almost packed a few more boxes just to have them come back! Best moving experience ever.

I would recommend them. The pricing and amiability stood out. Their face-to-face contact was really fabulous. Nothing was broken or came up missing. My moving contract was for two men and a truck. I got a third man both times for free. It expatiated everything both times. I would use them again without a doubt.

The team arrived early and, they were right--three people were needed. Good assessment. The items needed to be treated as art objects, which they were--some were pretty heavy. Some very difficult situations to negotiate through, but they had the equipment needed and the resourcefulness to make it work. And in pouring rain, too! Glad they were willing and able to take on this complicated agenda. All accomplished in under 2 hours--very efficient. Nice guys, too. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They were very punctual and friendly. They were very efficient abut moving all my stuff. They estimated the cost for moving that was good but they charged even better than that. They were very careful about all the things. I would use them in the future.

The overall experience was very good - they phoned to confirm arrival, surveyed the project and set up a plan to move everything (boxes, furniture) in an organized way, and completed the job in an efficient way.

The moving guys were great - very friendly and professional. Did the job quickly and without any issues. Responsiveness was also quite good generally. The only problem we ran into was that a couple of smaller items were accidentally left behind in the truck. Craig and Jake confirmed that they had located the items and would be delivering them shortly. Never happened. Talked to them several times - every time got very impressed with their responses. Gradually all communication from their side fizzled out. The items are still missing. Overall was good but for that glitch.

All three of the gentlemen moving me were very friendly. They did a very good job of packing everything well so that they wouldn't be damaged, including my replica of Han Solo in carbonite. They were courteous too; they would ask my permissions before using any of my linens as padding. They worked rapidly but treated my items with care.

Move went like clockwork-- we were pleased with both the work and the workers and will have them back after our refurbishing project is completed to restore all the furniture pieces back to their proper places.

I submitted a quote request on their website. A few hours later I got an estimate based on the information I provided. I then scheduled the time via email and it was all set. When the date came they showed up on time and ready to go. They did a walk through asking about a few things and where things needed to go. After that they dug in and got it done. I was surprised at how quickly they worked. My apartment was more or less a cramped disaster but they packed it up fairly sensibably. In fact, I think it is more organized in boxes than it was before the move. Moving into the new place there were a number of tight turns and stairs and nothing got damaged. I would absolutely recommend these guys. They were smart and friendly and obviously took pride in doing their job well.

3 gentlemen arrived on time, started working immediately. They were very polite, careful and effective. There was no ding on the wall/door frame. Also they were creative that they removed a window pane to move a bunk bed into a bed room, otherwise it could have taken extra 30 minutes to negotiate a couple of turns in a narrow corridor. If you have some furniture to be disassembled, make sure you have power tools, that will save time.

We had contacted other movers and plumbers prior to finding Super Friends Moving. Due to the complexity of the job, we did not have anyone willing to attempt this complicated move...until Super Friends. We cannot speak more highly of our experience with this company. Jakub was able to assess our job the day after we contacted him, and was able to coordinate the tub move with our plumber without a problem. Jakub and his crew took special care to protect our tub, floor, and furniture during the move. I'm happy to say that the tub made it up the stairs and into the tub surround without a scratch!

They were incredible actually. I just recommended them to my sister. They were super polite, that was my favorite thing. Nothing got scratched and they came in under time from what they quoted me. It was a very, very good experience.

Jake and the guys did a Sterling job of moving this sofa upstairs. it was too big for the elevator, so they had to use the stairwell. It seemed a fraction too big for the stairs And for the apt entry. However, Jake and the guys, through thought and expert teamwork, got the beast into the apartment without damaging it or the apt. Highly admirable! I'd use them anytime. Plus, the price was fantastic!

Excellent. They were extremely courteous and friendly. They arrived on time and moved quickly. They were very careful with our furniture. No damage to anything. Rates were reasonable at $100/hour, without additional mileage or other fees. We used them for a temporary move while we remodel our house. We will definitely call them again when we move back.
