They came a little early and had all the items loaded in the truck faster then anticipated. Moved into to my new place with no issue.

I reviewed various movers from Angies List and contacted Super Friends based on the reviews I read. They responded immediately and after a few emails back and forth, I selected them to help move me. The quote for the service, 4 guys and two trucks was $1,600. I thought that was more than fair, especially given the amount of stuff I was moving. The day of the move, four young men showed up at my house as scheduled with two trucks. One big one to haul the furniture and a smaller truck to take things to the dump or to the donation site. Each of them introduced themselves with a handshake and we did a walk through. Then, they got down to business. They were incredibly hard working, diligent and extremely careful of my belongings. Less than two hours later we were on our way to Bellevue. Once at the Bellevue house, they set up what we needed and stored the rest as requested. When it was time to settle up, I was very pleasantly surprised to have my bill to be half of the quote since the move took about half of the time estimated. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services highly.

They even put the beds back together which was unexpected and extremely appreciated. In addition to being helpful they were also just cool and nice.

They arrived as planned, checked out the moves needed and set up immediately to accomplish the job. The three movers, Preston, Kyle and Chris, listened, were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, fast, organized and very careful in each of the moves. The estimated cost was right on. We have hired furniture movers sometime ago... it was drastic: dents, scratches galore.' I will definitely use the 'Super Friends Moving Company" again and will recommend it to my friends, neighbors and family.

It went super from getting a through estimate on a very short notice to the moving team being really good... clean, careful, attentive to our concerns, efficient, pleasant to have in our home....just a really nice crew.. And, actual cost came in on the low end of the estimate. Brian, Alex and AJ, from Portland....really nice job you guys... thank you.

Overall I was satisfied with SFM's service, but it was far from perfect. I chose them over the slightly-higher-rated Aaron Glide because SFM did an in-home estimate whereas Aaron Glide declined to. I was pleased that SFM called to confirm my appointment in advance. They were about 20 minutes late on moving day, but I didn't mind such a minor delay. However, in my emails to them I had specifically asked them to bring several wardrobe boxes, which they didn't. That annoyed me. They had to get someone else to bring them and it was a few hours before we got them. Their packing work overall was good, but there were some problems that frustrated us. The main guy was listening to music with ear buds for most of the time, which made it difficult to communicate with him, and he packed our main TV poorly (it was way too loose in the box). On the plus side, when I expressed dismay at this to the other packer, he quickly offered to repack it and he did a very good job of it. Also, after they had loaded our tall bookshelf, we noticed that they had neglected to take the wall-mounting screws and washers with it. I taped them up and gave them to the main guy to put with the bookshelf, but we never found them after the move. I suspect he forgot about them and left with them in his pocket. It was dirt cheap to replace them with some generic parts from Amazon, but that inconvenience could have been avoided. The loading was where I really got my money's worth. Every company that we got estimates from (SFM included) advised us that it would be a very tight fit with a 16 ft. truck, but we were scared to drive anything larger so that's the size that we went with. SFM more or less dedicated their third guy to the loading and he did it very well. From front to back and floor to ceiling, every space was used effectively. They also left just enough space at the back of the truck for us to load our suitcases and such. I could never have accomplished that myself no matter how many hours I had, and I'm sure a less experienced moving company wouldn't have managed it either. Even on this though, they weren't perfect. Our nice cherry chest of drawers was loaded next to our aluminum shelves with only shrink wrap between them, so during the trip it got scratched up on one side. The edges of our coffee table were also damaged during the trip, but I don't really blame them for that since it turned out to be cheap IKEA-style wood designed to look like better wood (even I wasn't aware of that). We boxed (but not loaded) many items ourselves and the only damage there that we've found so far was to a cheap plastic cup that we don't care about. Everything that they boxed is undamaged. With the Goodwill drop-off, they fell short of my expectations. Some of the things that we asked them to give to Goodwill ended up in our truck, and some perfectly good clothing ended up in the garbage bin outside our building! I can understand them getting mixed up, but if they were unsure about what went where then they really should have checked back with us. I didn't notice the clothing in the garbage bin until after they left and we didn't have time to take the clothing to Goodwill ourselves, so sadly all that clothing is in a dump now. I'm not sure they even took anything to Goodwill at all, but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ultimately, they did well on the essentials: they got everything into my truck and there was very little damage when you consider that we drove the truck for over 3000 miles. I would use them again but I would overcommunicate next time to make sure they don't make the same mistakes.

We had a difficult move, we couldn't go from one house to the next on the same day so we had Superfriends move our stuff into a POD but because of my miscalculations everything didn't fit so they moved the extra stuff into our garage and then made arrangements to come back the next day to move everything from the garage into a truck. They were very accommodating with this last minute request and really saved us from a huge logistics nightmare. They were constantly in motion and worked very hard. There never seemed to be a time when one guy was standing around waiting for another guy to help move something and they kept a steady pace the whole time. They called when they were on their way, showed up on time, and were very professional. When we had them move us into our new home they put each and every box in the room that was specified on the labels and they put together our beds, baby crib and dining table so we were able to get settled very quickly. I have recommended these guys to 3 or 4 other people and so far the feed back has been great from everyone who has used them. Moving is stressful, no matter which way you go about it, but Superfriends made it SOOOOO much easier and it was worth every penny!!!

My experience with Super Friends Moving has been outstanding! I appreciate the detailed information I received from Jakub during my initial call. He quickly scheduled an associate to come out and look at the scope of the move. Scott arrived on time and was well prepared to discuss the particular aspects of the move. Scott emailed the estimate following day and a date was set. On move day, Scott and 3 additional super friends quickly loaded two trucks and didn't stop moving until they unloaded the truck at the new residence. They were fantastic! My decision to use Super Friends was based on their ability to get the move completed in one day(other estimates wanted 2 days to load and deliver).

We have some large items and some rare antiques. We had a very good experience and there was no breakage We have mover three times in the last 8 years. One move from the East Coast Every one with the exception of this one had some breakage.

Team came on time and quickly packed furniture--we had very few boxes, but they were prepared if that had been required. Move into the new house went smoothly and they did a good job of cleanup. I have no complaints what-so-ever. I recommend them to anyone need to do a small or large move in the Seattle area.

These guys did a great job. Came out and gave me a very comprehensive estimate that was very competitive including all the packing materials, boxes, etc. They then came on the first day and finished packing the furniture, belongings and art work we had not yet packed. They helped haul away extra stuff to the Goodwill and even delivered a piece of heavy furniture to a person that had purchased it from me. Lots of extra work and did it all within the timeline and estimate. On day two they loaded the entire house and garage quickly and efficiently. They took good care of everything and were very careful with our fragile things. After loading the trucks we found out we were unable to move into the condo on the timeline expected. They stored everything for us for another 10 days and then loaded it back up and delivered and unpacked in less than 8 hours. Really good group of guys that were professional, timely, communicated well and made this move as easy and enjoyable as I could have hoped for. Would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!

I found Super Friends through Angie's list and contacted them for a quote via their website--they responded very promptly, and their quote was so reasonable that I didn't bother to contact anyone else. They were able to schedule a move with me even on short notice! On the day of the move, they arrived promptly with all of the things I could possibly need: boxes, furniture pads, and tape. The three Super Friends on the job were friendly, professional, and unbelievably hard-working, and got the whole job done from start to finish in just over five hours, including taking special care of the irreplaceable heirloom pieces. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I would definitely re-hire the Super Friends.

Bought a bedroom set off craigslist and didn't have a way to get it home. Super Friends was able to move it for me the next day. The entire experience was great, except that they were ~15 mins late due to some issues with their truck (but they did call ahead of time to let me know they'd be late). I'd be happy to use them again.

Overall they showed up and moved me. They guys worked harder than they needed to. Got the job done. I was told that they saved me money by not reserving parking. I don't think so. It took them longer and made the job harder. I wears you people out and makes the job bigger than it is. Fewer people show up for work the next time. Would I use them again? Not if I was moving a whole house.

They were terrific! I interviewed and got estimates for two other providers. This was the only team that send an i individual to our house (Mattie who was terrific)he took a detailed inventory of our stuff in order to write up a good estimate. As a result, the estimate range was much narrower than for the other two companies and I started off with a better sense of what it would cost. Jakob called me the day in advance to ensure they had everything under control. At that time I mentioned to him I had a toddler that would be back from day care by 5. I was ok with the move going longer than that but wanted him to know it would get more complicated at that point. He added a man to the move to make sure we would be done even earlier! The team arrived on time, and had a terrific attitude. Moving is a hard thing and gets worse as the day goes on but they were terrific from start to finish. They did a detailed walkthrough to ensure they understood exactly what I needed, they came to me throught the move if they had questions. There were a couple of very, very minor problems (to be expected on a move) and the team actually made a point of pointing it out to me so I would know. I've used movers in the past and never had any of them go out of their way to tell me about something that might upset me. I would absolutely recommend these guys to someone else. From start to finish the experience was excellent. They were very flexible and able to change dates with less than a weeks notice. The quote they gave me in the beginning was very reasonable. The guys showed up on time and with great attitudes. There was no damage to anything during the move and they came in under time and under budget. I would absolutely recommend this company in to anyone in the future.

They were on time, ready to go and quickly moved all my stuff off my 24 ft. uhaul truck into my rental house. It went awesome!

We were extremely impressed with the whole experience. The folks at Super Friends gave us a positive impression with their politeness and professionalism over the phone, an experience both myself and my wife shared. When moving day came, their guys were extremely professional and polite. It was extremely impressive. We could not have been happier with our experience. Hopefully we aren't moving again any time soon, but it we do, it will be with Super Friends.
