We recently did a major relocation move from Seattle to Friday Harbor. Super Friends did a fine job from start to finish. The initial contact with the scheduler was friendly and informative. Craig, the estimator, was professional, personable and, as it turned out, highly accurate. There were no unpleasant surprises, since the final bill came in on the low end of the estimate. On packing day, team leader Jake along with Eric, James and Joe worked speedily and efficiently, finishing sooner than we expected. They did a great job of packing a lot of dishes, glassware and art pieces, all of which made the move in great shape. On loading day, Jake, Eric, James and Naro worked tirelessly, once again finishing the job ahead of expectations. They showed up in Friday Harbor exactly as planned and moved everything in to our new condo, including a grand piano, with no accidents or damage. All of the Super Friends personnel were skilled, communicative and respectful. For anyone planning a move in the near future, we strongly recommend contacting Super Friends.

The arrived on time. Loaded the truck extremely fast. I was on a third floor with no elevator. I gave them a B because they broke a mirror but, they took it with them to fix and bring back to me. I still recommend them as movers.

I really loved these guys. Jakub and his crew were positive, friendly and good problem solvers. They worked a hard to move all my "too big for me to move" items from our old house to our new, including an upright grand piano. I've already recommended their services to others.

Alex, Chris, and Roman were all very professional, timely, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during our move. They were done rather quickly too, which saved us lots on the bottom line. They even wrapped items that we were going to originally take separate in our cars for fear that they would break on the trip and were happy to do so. Everything was packed well and organized in the truck for a smooth transition to unloading. Excellent overall experience and we plan to use them again to move a few storage units into our new home as well. They truly lived up to the "Super Friends" name for our move. Thank You!

Everything got from my old house to my new house. I used it right after I purchased it. It wasn't really cheap. They were fine. They were over-friendly. They chatted with my mother and I a little too much when they had just been focused on doing things. It took them a little longer. They followed up when they said they're going to with quotes and information. They were on time. They were fine but they were expensive.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They were VERY professional, polite, and fast. They were very careful to make sure all the furniture was protected when they moved it out, and they even moved our baby grand piano. They also helped us move things to different floors in our own home, even though it was not the stuff they were contracted to move and store. I would HIGHLY recommend Super Friends!!!

We had engaged Super Friends for an in-state relocation move coming up in mid-December, so they were the first people we contacted for help with some pieces we were selling that were way too big for us to deal with. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. Movers Michael and Eric were professional, efficient and diligent (not to mention amazingly strong!). They were courteous and communicative in letting us know in advance when they would be arriving and making sure they were interpreting our requests correctly. They completed the tasks with minimal instruction, extreme care, and great attitudes. After the experience with Michael and Eric we feel we absolutely made the right decision in engaging Super Friends and are actually looking forward to the Big Move this month.

When I ordered the package, I didn't know what I would need - I hadn't moved in over 30 years, but it turned out to be just the right amount and good quality. And they delivered everything to my door!

The quote was crazy high and we went with someone else. Basically I spent $50 to have someone tell they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to move my stuff. I would think twice next time.

It was great. They called to see if they could come a little earlier since their other moving job ended earlier than expected. They arrived at the home where the piano was currently located and moved it to ours. We were originally going to have it moved to the 2nd floor of our home but ideally wanted it on the 1st. When they brought it in the door, they volunteered to move it to the 1st floor to see how it would fit and if it did not, told us they would still bring it upstairs. To our surprise, the piano fit perfectly in the space we wanted it in. The crew of 3 were all very friendly and courteous. They were careful and wrapped the piano in padding prior to moving it. I was happy with their services.

I was moving an aunt from Nevada to Tacoma and decided to use PODS for the transportation service and local movers to load and unload at each end. Super Friends Moving provided two guys at the Tacoma end (Kyle and Alex) and they were awesome. They called to say they could start ahead of schedule, handled all the household furniture and goods with respect and care, and were just great guys to work with. They were happy to move or rearrange as they worked, and took great pains to not scratch or damage anything. They covered each load during times when it was raining. I'd recommend and use these guys again in a heartbeat.

The movers arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call first. They worked fast and efficiently, and worked well together as a team. They shrink-wrapped all the items that needed to be protected and everything arrived in good condition. At the new address they had to go up two long flights of stairs to unload, but they did this seemlessly. They put protectors down on the floors to prevent any scuffing and unloaded everything in record time. I needed help with putting felt protectors under furniture and they patiently assisted me with this. 'The crew was friendly and respectful and they saved me a lot of money by working fast. The actual time it took to move me was much less than we'd estimated, and they adjusted the cost accordingly. I was very pleased with this company and the crew they sent and will be using them the next time I move.

The move went great! The team was very punctual, friendly, respectful, and professional. They treated my furniture with great care. I've dealt with movers in the past who complain and nickel and dime me. None of that from this team. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thanks!

They were prompt, friendly and efficient. They made sure to walk through with us to make sure they got everything. The cost was less than estimated because we packed many things beforehand which they were fine with. They moved everything into the new place and re-assembled much of the furniture.

They came exactly in the middle of time window they specified (8:00AM - 8:30AM). Quickly looked over all the items and asked what to move. It took them 2.5 hours from start to finish - all the items are in designated places at the target address. One truck, three guys. Very professional, polite and quick. They had to disassemble couple of item and reassemble them back at destination since they did not fit into the doors. Awesome service. Price is not the cheapest, but it was worth it. If I'll move again in future they'll be the first I'll try to contract with. Highly recommended.

The movers called ahead to let me know they would be a little late. This didn't bother me because it was out of their control, and I used the extra time to pack more boxes. Plus I was thrilled they were courteous enough to keep me informed. When they arrived it was a band of four guys with a clear leader (a good sign). When I hired them I specified they were to move the big or heavy things I couldn't move by myself, and the already packed items that I didn't want to carry up and down stairs, leaving the numerous little things for me to deal with later. They were happy to do that and made sure to ask me throughout the loading process, what was to go on their truck and what was to be left behind. They all seemed to get along which always helps.

Kyle and his team were bar none, the most professional and reliable moving team we've ever experienced (and we've moved a lot being military members). We recommend them without hesitation; these guys live up to their Super name!

Angelo, Nick and Leo did an excellent job moving our items from a 3 story townhome to a house which sensitive items including rare handmade furniture from Japan. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive while providing us with several innovative solutions for packing our items easier. I want to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to these hardworking men who made moving, which is h***, to be a smooth and efficient task with zero damage incurred to our home and belongings. I am fully satisfied with my move.

From the first inquiry into them, they had a fast response time as well as being very helpful. Great customer service and excellent communication. It was one of the easiest deliveries we have ever had. Our client had purchased a $5000 Custom Solid Black Walnut Slab Table from us, they were from Seattle and we are located in Oregon City, OR. We shipped their crate to a freight company in Seattle where Super Friends picked up the crate, disposed of the packaging material, delivered to our client and assembled the solid wood table-top which was a couple hundred pounds to the base. It was incredible to be able to trust a company on Angie's list like Super Movers with such precious cargo. Our reputation was on the line and our client couldn't have been more pleased with the guys who delivered and set-up her table. Having a White Glove Service option for our out of town clients in an excellent way to provide top-rated service. It is a relief to know I don't have to spend hours finding who we are going to use next time we need a delivery and set-up in Seattle. We look forward to working with Super Friends Movers again.

We had an excellent experience with the Super Friends Moving company. Joe of Super Friends was quickly able to give us as assessment of the move and provide the crew within less than a week of notice. The crew of Ronnie and Roman (with help from Chris on the move out of the old apartment) moved us to a location one hour away. They were quick, efficient, and friendly all of which made for a pleasant moving experience. I highly recommend this company. In the future when we need to move again, I will definitely contact them.
