We got a crew of 4 and two trucks and it sure went very well. We have moved many times, within CA several times, to two other states recently, and have always used movers; this is the best crew we've ever had. All 4 were strong, hard-working, caring, and very friendly. They asked questions when unclear and the greatest part was, they also made suggestions when needed. They were willing to make everything perfect and even when my husband made a comment "just leave it there, I'll move it in the garage later" one of the 4 moved it for him and we didn't realize it until they left. Great attention to detail and all 4 were very knowledgeable of their work. We moved into a smaller home with difficult stairs; not a peep or complaint from anyone of the crew. They were all very pleasant, made our move enjoyable, easy to talk to and clearly passionate of the work they do. We had terrible weather; strong wind and heavy rain throughout the day. They were very concerned with my carpet, laid out as much padding to keep water out. They were soaked to the bone but they all kept their "cool" and kept going. Anyone using this company will not be sorry. Thanks for a wonderful job on a very stormy, rainy, and windy day.

The team spent 8 hours and took special care protecting the furniture and getting it to its final destination safely.

I have to say that this was the smoothest moving job that I have ever had. We have moved 5 times in the last 20 years. Our new home is 3500 square feet. First, we only paid for 3 guys, but they sent a 4th man for free. They were fast, very careful and professional. They reassembled several items from storage as well as all the items they had to dismantle at the apartment. The entire job took 8 hours. The entire experience was good from beginning to end. I highly recommend them for any moving job you have. Also, if you pay in cash, they took an additional 10% off the final total.

The team from SFM showed up on time and we're friendly, efficient and professional. They moved my apartment contents and storage contents to my new house. There are fantastic! There were very quick and definitely know their stuff. My move was great. Took four hours and they offered so much more than ever requested. Hopefully I won't have to move again soon... But if I did, I'd hire SFM again in a heartbeat.

Items were missing, small, expensive items. We called the office and received no satisfaction. They took no responsibility at all. Do not use this vendor.

The move itself was excellent. The crew called me shortly before scheduled arrival to say they were gassing up the truck and would arrive shortly. They did and the move was executed perfectly. It was a little awkward dealing with the job-setter on the phone. I spoke to him and he said his quote people would send me the estimate. The estimate was quite different from the conversation we had, so I called back. There was a bit of "that's the other department's deal" going on, though he was very friendly, and, I believe, trying his best to be helpful. In the end, the revised quote was correct and reflected what I ended up paying.

From booking a consultation through the website to the in-person consultation to the actual move, I was very impressed with Super Friends Moving. Communication through email was efficient, the estimate was clear and they ended up coming in under the estimated move time. The day of the move, 5 movers showed up and they worked very quickly, yet carefully, moving out our furniture. They were incredibly hard working and friendly -- even offering to help when we were carrying things out to our own car. They took great care to make sure they were putting boxes in the proper rooms and the items were where we wanted them to be. We were very pleased with the professionalism and the friendliness of the movers and would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to family and friends!

Josh and his crew were on time, and worked very quickly. They helped to ensure that our hardwood floors in our condo remained in perfect condition by wrapping all furniture in blankets before moving them, and were able to get the entire move done in just one truck load. Overall they took about 4-5 hours to move the entire house. When over at the new house, they did not just dump everything in the garage, but were very helpful in ensuring each box got to the desired room and often asked questions about where stuff should go. They were incredible to work with and worth every penny.

I have no hesitation recommending these guys for your move! Awesome from beginning to end! Their work was really SUPER, and the price was super reasonable too!

They gave us advice on how to best pack our dishes, clothing etc. We packed our own things, and they helped box up lampshades when we ran out of time. They wrapped and moved things carefully and the there was very little impact on our goods. A few weeks after the move we wanted some heavy furniture moved out to a guest house from an upstairs bedroom and we hired them again to do that move for us. The men were very professional and personable...and were punctual. Really nice people...did a really great job! I highly recommend this company.

Your crew was absolutely fantastic - I can't think if anything I'd say they could do more. Courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. All three were great. By the way, you talked me into a crew of three, and you were spot on.

Super Friends Moving impressed me with their professionalism and high level of customer service beginning with the walk through and estimate all the way to final delivery of my belongings. They worked quickly (but very carefully) to pack all of my belongings. Since most of my stuff was going to be stored for several weeks while I had some work done at my new home, they were careful to label everything accordingly. On the day of the move, they were extremely organized to ensure that the few things I was taking to the new home would be easy to get to. I was extremely impressed with the team work to ensure that my furniture and belongings were not damaged as they loaded the truck. Some of the furniture was extremely heavy and they had to maneuver some narrow stairwells yet, they did not bump into walls, ceilings, or floors. I really appreciated the extra care they took. Final delivery of my belongings occurred yesterday. Again, I was impressed with the high level of professionalism and customer service. In a nutshell, Super Friends Moving is an amazing company with reasonable prices. I will definitely refer friends and family to them as well as hire them in the future!

Super Friends was easy to schedule with. I used their online form to start the estimate process and received a call back very quickly. They were helpful and friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping us with our move. We scheduled them to pack our house on Thursday and move us the next day. Both days they arrived right on time and were very polite and helpful. They packed everything very well - nothing was lost or broken and no time was wasted wondering what to work on next. They had budgeted for 6 hours and it took only 3 so that day was far cheaper than expected. The following day they moved it all making sure to take extra care of our refinished floors. It was a lot of work but even then they still finished earlier than planned. They offered to move things around the house for us now that we saw it in place as well. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with their work.

Very well. Jacob and his 2-man crew wasted no time. They pulled the truck up, started moving stuff out, popped over to the new place, and moved stuff in. They ran - ran - when they were returning with empty hands. They had the right truck with the right supplies. Lots of padding, which is always good. Very timely. Very personable, too. Jacob and his crew were polite and engaging. Jacob prepared my invoice immediately after the move (I had to remind him about the extra $5 for the mattress cover), and the crew thanked me before they left. The whole thing took a little over two hours. I highly recommend Super Friends Moving LLC.

I found Super Friends Moving through Angie's list . After I requested a quote , Craig came to my apartment and gave me an estimate. He was super nice and answered all my questions. Based on the positive reviews from Angie's list I decided to go with them. Jarret and his crew arrived a little bit late on the move day due to traffic (they charge a flat fee for the drive from their office to your location so you wont be impacted by the delay). They were fast and moved my stuff with utmost care. Wherever additional packing was needed they did it. None of my goods were damaged during the move. Unloading was also done pretty fast and carefully. The move was completed in 2.45 hrs , slightly shorter than the estimate. While moving one of my door and stair rail got small chips. When I mentioned this to Jakub, the manager he send a handyman to fix those. Overall I was really impressed by the service provided by this company and would definitely use them again.

Josh, Matt, and Mike moved us yesterday from two apartments with lots of stairs into an older single family house with very narrow stairs and newly refinished hardwood floors. It was the best moving experience I've ever had. The crew was so professional and conscientious. They knew that protecting the floors was really important to us and they stopped and made sure every piece of furniture had felt pads underfoot before bringing it through the front door. This is actually the first move I've ever had where NOTHING was scuffed, scratched, damaged or broken. I even noticed one of them guarding my bicycle while it was staged next to the truck to make sure it wasn't stolen before it was loaded. They were also just cool guys who were pleasant to be around for the day which is important in moving when you are trusting people with all of your possessions.

The move could not have gone any smoother. The three young men that did the job were very professional and efficient. I believe their names were AJ and Brian, unfortunately I can't remember the other young man's name. They were very conscientious and careful with all the items and the surroundings. They were polite and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would use this moving company again.

He arrived about 1/2 hour late, however to his credit, he did call twice to let me know this, and I told him it was not a big deal, which was true,. However I was promised the estimate the next day, and I have yet to see it five days after his initial visit. Perhaps they didn't want my business.

Very good customer service, professional packing, unpacking, and carrying, extra help was sent without any charge when they realized that they were falling behind due to 2 houses combined into one. Ethical and honest dealing, highly recommended and will definitely utilize their services again.

They did a great job of wrapping everything in plastic so that it didn't arrive inside our new house damp/wet. Through it all, all 3 men kept their senses of humor and extremely positive work ethic. When I added some things to the move literally at the last minute, they cheerfully complied. These 3 shared a lot of laughter and good-natured ribbing. Good vibes all day even when they were drenched by rain. The move took longer than *I* anticipated, but the contact at their office was smarter and had given me an estimate that was dot on, even after I added some items. No unanticipated charges or fees. They offer a 5% discount for cash which I think is fair. The only casualty was one piece of glass in the china cabinet which one of them noticed and brought to my notice. All three of them immediately apologized profusely and set about removing it and promising to have it replaced and returned and installed in a matter of days if possible. As it turns out, it took a couple weeks but I had assured them that I was still renovating and wouldn't be loading the cabinet up with china for several weeks. Excellent communication on their part. Very responsive to emails (which I prefer to phone calls).

Excellent! They are highly professional, prompt, skilled and friendly. I have had other movers in the past and have never had such a good experience moving. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Jakub was very quick with an estimate reply when I filled out the online form on their website. Amazingly, they were even able to schedule us for the very next day! Jarrett and Chris completed our move. I got a 1pm estimate, which had to be pushed back to 2pm - Jarrett called ahead of time to warn us that the last job ran long. No problem! The guys got there and had almost everything out except the dang couch in less than an hour. The couch took a LOT of finesse and brute strength, and took over half an hour to load all on its own, and I totally commend these guys for their perseverance. I know I would have given up and just chopped the darn thing up into pieces and thrown it away! LOL On the condo side, they scouted the area to find the best way to bring the couch, which ended up being going to the end of the block and coming down the walking trail behind the condo. The rest of the stuff, once again, practically flew down the stairs. Not a single scratch or ding to be found anywhere on our stuff. The estimate I was given was very close to my final total, good job. I would recommend Super Friends to anyone for any kind of moving. Professional without being stuffy. SUPER fast. And they really know their stuff!
