The movers were professional and friendly. It was worth the money to have them do the moving for me.

Craig came to look at what I had and give an estimate. He was very friendly and had the estimate to me in email after a few days. The email that contained the quote was a little ambiguous in some areas. There was some back and forth with questions and answers. The responses were fast and helpful. On the day of the move, Josh and his crew called to tell me that they were a little late because they had to find the keys to the truck, but that was not a huge issue for me. They got started packing my stuff. This took longer than the estimate, which was for one hour of packing. On the other hand, they used less packing material than estimated. Once they were loading things into the truck, it went pretty fast. They were very careful with the more fragile pieces (like glass shelves from the entertainment center), and Josh certainly seemed to know how to deal with packing delicate items. Overall, my biggest complaint is that the estimate was for 3 hours (1 for packing, 1 for loading, 1 for moving into storage), but they ended up spending 3 hours at my place. Based on what I saw, I think the problem was with the estimate, not the work. Even so, with the cash discount, the price was very fair.

Outstanding! These guys are great! They were early, prepared, friendly, smart, careful with our stuff and our house, and they deserve a McGiver award for trying to repair a broken leg on our fridge. I was really impressed and have already recommended them to someone. Mike and (Steve ?) were our guys (I hope that I got his name right...He was really great!).

There was some confusion when I first tried to do an online estimate with Super Friends Moving. We called them that night and it was straightened out immediately and they had and estimator out within two days to do the in-home estimate. It was smooth sailing from then on out! This company is by far the best moving company I have ever used! They were professional, courteous, friendly and punctual. On packing day a crew of three showed up on time to start work. They took time with me to review a few things I needed them to know before they got started. All three members worked competently, quickly and continuously to get the job done. They weren't afraid to ask questions if they had any. They worked through their lunch and got done early. On moving day, a crew of five men and two trucks showed up on time. Each day I received a phone call prior to their arrival to let me know when they would be there. They all worked very hard and got the job done in record time. They were very easy to work with and moved items around until we were happy with the arrangement. It could not have gone better! I was so impressed with each and every worker and the crew leader, Steven. I would highly recommend this company and given the chance I will use them again. Oh, and last but not least, the total due was under the lowest estimate we were given and we got a ten percent discount for paying in cash! It's all about customer service as far as I'm concerned and this company has it in spades! Every company should take a cue from Super Friends Moving and how they conduct business!

I was not pleased with the service. They broke one of the glass cases, and they repaired it, but they delivered it to a place when nobody was home, and it was exposed to the weather. They were not good about giving the receipt, or paper work, even though I asked for it multiple times. They moved one truck load of furniture, and I had to coach them to wrap the piano, so they didn't damage the fragile top of the piano.

They offer 10 per cent discount for cash payment, which is very good.

This company is "One of a kind"! Although they were not able to book my move date due to scheduling constraints, the PROFESSIONALISM that was extended to me goes above and beyond customer service! Hint: if you are moving, please call this company in enough time so that they may book your move. They stay busy for a reason.

Excellent. This is the second time we've used Super Friends Moving. Preston and his crew were on time, professional, careful, and courteous. We would hire them again if needed for another move.

Super Friends moving did a great job. We had a 4 BDR home. They arrived on time, with one extra person (I was quoted and charged for 3 people + truck, but they provided 4 movers). They worked diligently and took care of our stuff. Our young kids enjoyed watching them work and "helping" them, and the moving crew was terrific with the kids. We moved into a new construction home and they were careful. We told them no shoes in the new house (it was raining hard and the floors and carpet were brand new!), and they seemed reluctant to agree. That seemed odd. But once they put the cardboard on the new hardwoods and got the system working, they worked quickly. They were also tremendously helpful moving the treadmill and getting it set up. I would highly recommend them.

Honestly, it was the best experience I've had with movers thus far. The crew is young, but very diligent, attentive, polite, and quick! I had nothing damaged and they finished in half the time of the estimate I received before the move. I was quite shocked with how low the price was, as I've paid $1500 before to move my household. Everything was wrapped and protected and my valuables were well taken care of. I've already recommended them to a few folks after my experience, and would continue to do so.

Everything was great, and we couldn't be happier. The movers showed up a few minutes late due to traffic, but communicated with us. When they showed up, they were really peasant. Later we found out they'd worked until midnight the night before to finish up with a client who hadn't finished packing. Despite having a very long work day before us, they were really happy and fun to be around. It definitely took the edge off a stressful day. They didn't balk at our 30 cases of books, which a previous mover had complained about. They had a can-do attitude about everything. The job went very smoothly and they were done within record time. We were offered a 10% cash discount, which brought the price down even further. I gave the guys a nice tip, which they all received with a smile. Each of them came to my car in the pouring rain to shake my hand and thank me. I was really impressed with all three movers, but especially Gabe. This company is a class act, and I'd hire them again.

Packers were scheduled to arrive between 1-2pm Tuesday, but ended up running late. They did communicate to me frequently their status. I think this is to be expected if you have an afternoon appointment with any mover. They packed the entire house in less than 2 hours and did a great job. The movers arrived the next morning as scheduled at 9am and moved everything in around 2 hours. Both teams worked very quickly and were professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

They didn't contact us back and it really screwed us over. We had to find a different company because we never heard from them. We had to change the moving dates after finding a new company. They really made this whole process much harder for us. We called them the day after the estimate and said we chose them. After we confirmed the move date we never heard from them. We both called for about a week and after that we just decided we had to call another company. They did email us back after the fact and Jakub said he was having personal problems, but it was confusing as the whole company seemed to stop. Also to note we confirmed by phone and email the appointment dates.

Fabulous company. We moved in two different stages, three weeks apart. Each time the four member team was unbelievable. The took everything onto their truck, even the odds and ends we didn't know how to wrap etc. They said "no problem, we're here to move your whole house." They came in under the quoted time and price and our move was about 1/3 less in cost than we expected. Because we paid in cash we received a 10% discount. Their estimator came out a week earlier and was great to work with. The movers were very pleasant and worked hard, balking at nothing. Not even any eye-rolling over the really heavy stuff. I am a realtor and will recommend this company to EVERYBODY. The young men couldn't have been more personable or considerate. Everyone worked hard even though they'd been at it all day. We liked them so much and were so grateful that the second time we bought them lunch and dinner. Sorry to see them go as they were truly a bight light on a demanding day. They were so careful with their trucks and didn't run over anything or even scratch the driveway in steep places.

I pick them because of all the great reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. I rapidly got an estimate after I filled out the form on line. The price was reasonable. They arrived on time. They were friendly but also very professional. They loaded the furniture rapidly but also I could tell that they were taking really good care not to scratch it. They are very well equipped with blankets & other supplies to tiedown & protect your belongings during transportation. There was a 30 minutes drive between the 2 locations. They arrived & assessed the best rout to bring everything in. They were calm & inspired a lot of confidence that they knew what they were doing. They made sure they positioned everything exactly where I want it & re-assembled what needed to be assemble. I will surely use them again. I highly recommend them.

They showed up on time, charged us a fair and reasonable price, totally cleaned up after themselves, and were responsive and courteous. They actually seemed happy to help! What a concept!

From the online booking process to the minute the team left, I experienced helpful, kind, competent people, eager to do a great job. Super Friends hires good people to do good (hard) work. The moving team of three, Preston, Kyle and Alex, arrived on time and prepared, despite it being the second job of their day. They asked all the right questions then got to work quickly, quietly and calmly. They negotiated challenging vehicle positioning at both places. When we arrived at my new place they were conscientious about making sure they got the furniture put where I wanted it, not rushing me or ever wasting any time, and were also able to make helpful suggestions. Nothing got scratched, dented, broken, left behind - everything was placed carefully. And, despite three flights of stairs, they got it done 3.25 hours! They made what could have been a challenging and exhausting day, into a happy, relaxing, satisfying one. I would give this team the highest recommendations to any one considering using a moving service. It is the first time I have not taxed my own back and that of my friends and family - and 100% worth every penny.

They were perfectly adequate. They got everything moved in a decent amount of time and it worked out just fine. I wasn't upset with the price so it was okay. They were on time.

They were great. They moved really well, really fast, and never came anywhere near banging the wall or anything. They were very careful while still working real fast. Their price was reasonable, and that was another reason why we went with them. We have recommended them to other people, and we would use them again in the future. They were merging two homes, and they used two cars and combined it all.

We called Super Friends because of the ratings on Angie's List. We filled out the online form for a quote and once it was sent, it was only a matter of hours before Joe wrote us back asking if we wanted in home estimate and providing us with excellent tips on preparing for a move. I had expressed that we needed this move within 3 days and Joe immediately held the date for us while we worked on the quote. The next day Craig, the estimator, came out. He was courteous, friendly, interesting, and efficient. He said we would get our estimate within the next day. Joe had the quote within hours. It was competitive and he also offered excellent protective coverage for our goods which we chose to do. The crew (Jesse, Matt & Chris) were on time and immediately went to work. It was more like friends helping us move with their banter and the way they put us at ease through this difficult and stressful move. They were better than their quote and packed, moved and unpacked well within the quoted time, always aware and asking if they could do more for us to keep us from having to stress about what we still had to do. Would we use Super Friends again? That is an qualified absolute YES. They simply are the best moving company around. We can't thank them enough.

We hired Super Friends in December to help us with a local move. All in all, it went pretty well and we highly recommend them. The exception to everything going smoothly was the surprise snow that appeared on the morning of our move. We were afraid that they would not be able to make it with their large truck, but they did. The four movers arrived on time. They are work horses! They really did an awesome job. Very strong and quick. Nobody was slacking off on the job, which we really appreciated. We fed them lunch and tipped them well. They deserved it! After all, the job took just under 12 hours. The above price of $2150 does not include the tips or food we supplied. A great way to go is to get the sandwich "platter" at Subway on the catering menu for under $40. We just gave the movers the entire platter plus a mini cookie platter. That way they kept their energy up and didn't have to leave for lunch. We also supplied them bottles of water. The only negative I could say would be that there is room for improvement with the estimate. An estimator came out 2 weeks prior to our move. We didn't have things packed up yet, but we did go over what items we would bring and what we would take to storage or hand carry ourselves to the new house. He said we had two options, either go with one large truck (26') and fill it to the top (his recommendation). He said that option takes time to strategically pack the truck. The second option would be to pay for a second truck and fill them both with less stuff, which was a faster option, but more expensive. We chose one truck to keep our expenses down. Also, we had previously read a review on Angie's List from a customer that had used two trucks with a moving company, and it got overwhelming for him because everything was moving so fast and he couldn't make sure things got placed in the right rooms. So many boxes got put in the garage that shouldn't have been placed there. We knew we did not want to deal with this potential issue. The movers arrived with one 26' truck, and ended up filling it to the top. The only bad part was we were only half done with all the stuff we needed to move! So they brought over another truck. They didn't charge us for the second truck since it was their estimate that was off. We really appreciated this. But of course, since we now had two 26' trucks to fill to the top and then unload on the other end, everything took several hours longer to finish. This was not the movers fault, but it would have been nice to be better prepared for this outcome, not only for us, but for the mover's schedules too. Other than that, we were very happy with this company and would definitely use them again. Only next time we will know that for us, we need two 26' trucks. We do highly recommend them, but just make sure that the estimate for what size of truck and how many trucks you need are as close as possible.
