Super Friends Moving LLC

Super friends have been terrific. I have dealt with several people on their team over the course of getting an estimate for the move, scheduling the move and then actually having the move done. Every single person that I have worked with has been professional, courteous and very customer friendly. I had made a mistake on the date when we needed to pack and move, setting the date on day later than I needed. I contacted Super Friends by email to let them know that I had a problem and within an hour, on a Sunday a week before the move they rescheduled our move. Tuesday Preston and his crew showed up at our house right on time, we gave them a quick walkthrough of the house and they went to work. They worked very hard and very efficiently and were very conscientious. When they noticed things that we might need in drawers that were being packed they let us know which definitely saved us from ourselves a couple of times. On Wednesday, the same team plus a couple more guys showed up again right on time and worked fast and efficiently getting everything packed into the trucks. The price came in $500 under the low end of their estimate partly because we had done some packing ahead of time, but mostly because they did a great job.

A little late on the review but hese guys were great. The crew chief (Yok) was on top of everything and they even sent more bodies to help as the day wound down to ensure delivery the following day. Anything even remotely damaged was brought to my attention before loading which makes unpacking that much less stressful. Will recommend to anyone looking for professional services. I've had to use professional services before with four moves/three states in the Air Force and Superfriends blows all the others away. I regret not doing more for them during the two day move. Yok, please be sure to thank them all as there were too many to keep all the names straight.

We actually had two moves around the same time. One was a move out of storage from my condo, and the other was moving from our townhouse to our new house. The move out of storage was a little problematic. My things had been in storage from my condo for a little over 4 months. When they were moved out, there were several things on the truck that weren't mine. I also had a TV that was NOT on the truck. The move-in became a series of questions about whether the item they were carrying was actually mine. The crew leader seemed annoyed that I was saying that there were problems with what was in the truck. Still, he made calls to ensure that my TV was found and offered to make a late evening run to pick it up for me. I told him it wasn't necessary that night and that he could send it along with the movers the next weekend. One week after the storage move, we moved from our townhouse to our house. Super Friends did a great job packing us up on one day and moving us on the next. It was a large move from a relatively cramped townhouse in Eastlake to a much larger house in Phinney. During the packing, they moved quickly and completed the job in less time than estimated. They did break one glass, but it wasn't that big of a deal. It was a very thin glass, and I've broken a few of them myself. He also said that he's only broken a couple glasses ever. Since I had a bunch of boxes from my stuff being in storage, they also used my existing boxes to pack, which saved us a bit on materials. On the day of the move, there was one more person helping. They loaded up the truck before taking a late lunch. When they arrived, they took a little more time than esimated, but they got everything in and set up. This crew lead did end up having to run to the warehouse to get my TV from the storage move and brought it back to me the evening after they finished the move. It was a little frustrating to have to deal with the mistakes on the storage move, but they did a great job of making it right.

Superfriends were very professional from the outset. I filled out a form on their website, and scheduled an appointment with an estimator to come out. The estimator looked at everything we needed to have them move, and listened carefully to our needs. The guys who came out on moving day were nice and professional. They did a great job, and were very careful with our furniture, including our piano. This is the first time we've had hardwood floors, and before they brought in the piano, they advised that we get some casters to ensure it wouldn't damage the floor. I was able to run out and do that while they moved in other stuff with my husband, and then they carefully placed the piano. They also took the trouble to make sure they didn't damage our large armoir while negotiating it down a difficult staircase in the old place. They did a great job!

Went great. They had an estimator come over about a month before the move date and provide an estimate. The estimate came in at $3595 - $4175. I had to change the pack and move date to a later date and they were fine with that no issues. They showed up round 9:30am and packed the entire house (including the crawl space which must have been a nightmare) the first day. The next day they showed up around 9:30am and loaded up my entire house into 2 trucks, disassembled the storage beds also. They were out of the old house around 2pm. After a lunch break they showed up at the new house and worked until about 7pm unloading everything and setting up one of the storage beds. Really nice guys. Everyone of them (I think there were 5 of them on move day and 3 on pack day) was really nice. They all seemed to be enjoying themselves and all had pleasant attitudes. Really happy with the whole experience. At the end of the day the cost was $3655 to pack and move my 1516sqft 3 bedroom house. Quite a bargain for the amount of work and the weight off my shoulders of having to pack everything.

These guys were amazing. Preston, Eric, Anthony and Kyle were a great team. They were early, friendly, professional, energetic and just helpful. They came in, surveyed the situation and within minutes my over-sized leather couch was safely in the living room. This was very unlike the moving company we used for the pack and move, who took longer than they said, didn't pack random cabinets of things, broke our floor board and were late every time. I wish we'd gone with Super Friends in the first place. After the couch was in, the guys ran around making sure to shut any door they opened and moved everything back in place. They were the first movers who I felt cared as much about my couch and home as I did.

These guys are great. They showed up on time, got everything moved with a minimum of fuss and unloaded within the time line they'd set up originally. They aren't afraid to put extra people on the job if it's needed. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

These guys moved our household from Enumclaw to Bonney Lake last month and I was so impressed with them that I called them again to move a very large, very heavy, and very glass-fragile china cabinet from a store in Bellevue to our home in Bonney Lake. Once again, their three movers were friendly, polite, and hard working. They removed all the interior glass shelves from the cabinet and wrapped them carefully in padded blankets. They also removed and packed the paper-thin glass from the doors to make sure everything arrived in perfect shape. Which it did. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, the glass from one of the doors broke. They immediately arranged for a glazier to be contacted to have the glass repaired, at Super Friends Moving expense. I've used them twice so far and because of their continued expertise and willingness to go the extra mile, will be my first go-to movers if I need something moved in the future.

Coltin and Kyle from Super Friends Moving were terrific! Polite, friendly and strong young men. They called to tell me they were on their way, and approximate arrival time (which was within a few minutes of our appointment time -- in my experience, that's unusual). I set up the appointment online (on Angies List) with the owner Jakub, who was also very polite and friendly. I needed the couches moved asap, and he gave me 2 options for the following day, the names of the movers and the price. Very reasonable, considering that it involved 3 locations (2 homes and the dump) and one Very Heavy couch! I highly recommend Super Friends, and will definitely use them in my next move!

Everything went smoothly, nothing was damaged, the guys did a great job. I had expected a larger truck (26ft) but they showed up with a smaller one - they did however accommodate a date change from a Monday to a Sunday due to the buyers deciding they wanted to move in sooner, so this may be why they didn't have the larger truck. We had a lot ready to go for them which made the loading go faster, and when it came down to all the loose things in the garage, they did a great job of getting everything packed up and moved. One thing that would have been nice is if they could have placed something on the stairs and floors when bringing in the items from the truck. Would consider using them again if I had to move.

These guys were awesome. They were on time and professional. I have moved over 20 times in my life and these were some of the best. Highly recommended!

I am aware that the "GOOD MOVER" is much like the elusive unicorn--they are much talked about and never seen. Regardless, the level of professionalism from the two movers we had was abysmal. First off, they were slow and leisurely; they carried one box at a time. I have arthritis in my back--the whole reason I hired movers in the first place--and I can move more than one of these boxes at a time. They were texting while on the job. They listened to reggae music on their iPhones the whole time. Moreover, they were wholly unprepared for the act of moving; they wore normal clothes with no moving gear whatsoever. They were just young guys who assumed that showing up was good enough. (It is not.) I had a time crunch, in that they showed up around 2pm, and the Penske location where I was returning the truck closed at 6pm. I assumed that was enough time, but by about 4pm, it was evident that things were not moving fast enough. I asked one of the movers if things would be finished by 5 or 5:30; he said maybe, but that I could help if I wanted things to get done in time. He didn't phrase it politely, or ask; he acted as if it was absurd that I was not helping them move. This, I think, pushed the experience over the edge for me. I hired movers precisely because I did not want to be moving these things myself, because I have a bad back. These movers had no concept of being "on the clock," or that I had paid for their time. I ended up helping for the next hour or more, and we got to the Penske location at around 5:55pm, barely making it in time. When these movers showed up, I told them to pay close attention to what was written on the boxes, i.e., "FRAGILE" or "NOTHING ON TOP." They seemed to understand, and then re-stacked the boxes in whatever order seemed most convenient, ignoring everything that was written on top of them. They were rude, slow, and ended up making me do the work I hired them to do. On top of that, they refuse to talk on the phone, and all scheduling has to be done via email, which is just bizarre. I would not recommend them to anyone.

On both occasions the team was on time, professional, and took excellent care of our belongings (not a single scratch or drop)

The guys were terrific! First, there were three guys for the same cost that other movers quoted for two. I needed the move done within a couple of days. The owner, Jakub, was responsive from the start. The negotiation about cost, location, time, etc. went smoothly and professionally. When the guys were running a bit late, they let me know, and then were right on with the revised time they gave. All three were very friendly, communicative, cared about the quality of their work--and seemed to enjoy what they do! Once the heavy pieces were in, they guys went above and beyond--without my asking, they hooked up some complicated lighting in the entertainment center. I was so appreciative! I give this company my highest recommendation! They did a fantastic job.

From the young man (name forgotten) who viewed our Enumclaw home for an estimate to the 6 young men who unloaded us in Bonney Lake, Super Friends Moving employees were courteous, friendly, hard working, high energy, and efficient. Jakub, the owner, provided us with a well thought-out estimate and worked with us when we had to change moving dates because of circumstances beyond our control. The movers packed up everything carefully and thoroughly and nothing was damaged or broken. The boxes were clearly marked and deposited into the right rooms upon arrival and the movers maintained their energy and cheerfulness throughout the long moving day. Beds were set up for us, carpets laid where indicated, and they lifted the heavy items so that protection pads could be placed under the furniture. After a walk-through to make sure everything was as it should be, Preston the lead sat down and re-estimated the cost of the move. The cost was considerably cheaper than what was originally estimated. And, what really impressed me because of the honesty, he deducted .75 of an hour for each of the 6 workers when they took a lunch break. I would - and will - hire these guys again if we move in the future. They made the whole stressful experience so very, very easy for us.

Super Friends did a fantastic job moving us. The person who came to give the upfront quote was right on in terms of estimating what we would need. On moving day 9 guys and 3 trucks showed up to help us move. They were very efficient and careful with our things. They knew how to properly wrap furniture to avoid damage and tie things down to avoid damage while traveling to the new house. We have recommended them to friends since who have also been very satisfied. Great prices and great service!

We were very happy with the price and the employee who came to give the estimate. But no contract, a promise fore 4 days for the contract but no response. They were very friendly but now that we have 5 days left before we need to move and are forced to pay premium for a last minute interstate move. My best guess is that a better paying job came along and they decided to string us along in the event it fell through. Not cool guys.

This moving company sent a representative within 2-3 days of my request to assess all the items I had to move. Their bid came in at $8500 for moving my goods from a 3500 square foot home to another home 1700 miles away. Superfriends movers were at my house on the day I requested and while I had packed most of my personal goods they packed my pictures, electronic equipment and clothing. They brought additional boxes for lamps and other various items. Three packers were there initially, then another crew of 4 movers came later in the day. They packed two 26 ft. rental trucks and were gone by 6pm in the evening. I met them 5 days later in Grand Junction CO where 3 movers brought all my stuff into the new house. I was very grateful to all of the employees at Super Friends that I worked with. Everyone was respectful, courteous and accommodating. It is my pleasure to give them 5 stars on a job well done!

I called Super Friends Moving and requested a estimate for a very short-notice packing/moving date, from WA to TX. They were prompt in all correspondence and showed up on time to do the estimate. They were friendly and professional. I received a detailed estimate via email very quickly after the walk-through of the house was done. Hiring movers was out of my budget, even though Super Friends had a very reasonable price for their services. (One mover from another company told me he couldn't even touch their price, it was lower than what he could do. In fact, it was lower than any other company I got a response from.) I had called other movers, well-known movers, for estimates and had a horrible time getting anyone to actually show up, or show up on time. Some didn't even bother to submit an estimate after the walk-through. As mentioned above, no other mover could touch Super Friends' price (or professionalism). I would highly recommend Super Friends Moving to anyone who needs a full-service move (or any of the services they have to offer).

What a wonderful experience. Very professional and bent over backwards for us. I hope that we do not have a move in our future but if we do SFM will get my business.

The guys were a few minutes early (nice surprise). They were friendly, fast and conscientious. They took very good care of the furniture and my home. I would certainly use their service again!

This was my 2nd move with them. Gave them a top rating on Yelp after the first one despite my entertainment shelving system having one of its slider strips rubbed off of the unit, making it very difficult to reposition (it's a puzzle piece unit that can be resized by sliding the pieces between each other). Both moves timely and efficient so pricing good, even though they were training one of the guys for the first move. Second move seemed the same. Had asked for bed set to be bagged, but lead guy said to trust him that that was not necessary. My bad, I did trust him. After move done, soon realized they had put 2 large gashes in my box spring; hence, voiding my warranty on it. Since this was the 2nd time they damaged something, this time of monetary significance, I contacted them regarding the issue. This is where you really learn how a company is. Owner immediately went into excuse and blame mode. He actually said how he "knew" his employees were too good to have caused any damage. That I must have a cat that did it (no cat) or did it by storing things under it (no I don't) or that it just hit that point of aging where things start to fall apart (no, was intact before move). Then he was indignant that I would even feel justified in looking for recourse because he said he "gave" me three guys for the price of two. His solution to their damage? - not to hire them again! Gladly. My unfortunate error was not documenting, with photos, the condition of it prior to move, as the visual assessment of my furnishings obviously did not protect me with an owner like this. It's great when a moving company does things well - but when damage happens, you want them to be accountable and this company gets a big F for integrity.

Preston was the lead mover, but all the gentlemen who came and worked on the move were friendly, respectful, professional and responsive to anything I requested. I called on Monday to see if I could have my things moved on Thursday or Friday for my new home. I filled out the estimate form that they have on line, and it is pretty expansive. I was given an estimate and a date of Thursday if I confirmed the information, which I did. They said they would call and let me know when they would arrive the day of--they did. They were there on time, on target and with gusto. I did have a 3rd storage unit that I didn't originally discuss because I thought I would just handle the two that were close to each other first. Since they recommended 3 trucks and 6 people, I thought that sounded good, given they had to move stuff from a 3300 sq. ft. home. We were able to attach the 3rd storage unit while the other 4 were working on the bigger unit. They actually sent 7 people ( the 7th was free) and later as we arrived at the new address they added an 8th person who was also free. We got done in time, on target and no damage to the house or the goods. Couldn't ask for a more clean event, more respectful workers, or a more efficient service.

The crew is very friendly, professional, and strong. They moved things fast and handled heavy items with ease. I have moved more than a dozen times in the past twenty years, Super Friends Moving stands out as one of the better ones especially considering they handle local moves. They are comparable to a few large national companies dedicated to long-distance moving. I would definitely use them again for large moving projects.
