These guys are the best. On time, very professional, careful, super fast, friendly, helpful. They came to our home in advance and gave us a quote and that was the price. It was nice going into a move exactly what you were going to pay. The other quotes we received were based on weight and if we went over it would have cost more at the end. I cannot say enough good things about Super Friends Movers. We will use them again in the future. If you live in the northwest you can't do any better. Thank you Super Friends for making our move go so smoothly!

Super Friends Moving was awesom. They were prompt in replying and answering questions and able to give a very competitive bid which I felt better about than some less expensive but questionably (one man crew) movers. They also were willing to give me a flat rate which some of the others wouldn't commit to but kept leaving it open to additional costs. The Super Friends crew was beyond prompt and kept in contact with me through the process and got the job done flawlessly. Highly reccomend.

Preston, Tony and Kyle out of the Tacoma, WA. office moved us with professional know. They placed our belongings where told. They were real gentlemen, skilled and moved quickly. The only suggestion I have is that they wear some type of uniform so they looked more professional, rather than guys helping.. I would definitely recommend these men to others.

Anthony and Mike showed up right on schedule and started right to work. We had many heavy items and our home was two story, 3200 sq ft. They work quick, efficient and friendly. They wrapped all items and covered all items we listed with blankets. They job took 3 extra hours and they never stopped for lunch. They were exceptional at loading the two PODS. We will defiantly use Super Friends for unloading and will request Anthony and Mike. A big Thank You.

The estimator was professional, straight-forward and helpful. The estimate was reasonable. The movers called to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They arrived basically right on time. I walked them through the project and they listened and asked good questions. They were helpful when I had to make a slight change to the order of moving so we could work with another contractor. They were polite and professional throughout.

I was downsizing my parents' home in the Seattle area during December and needed to figure out what furniture to keep, sell, or otherwise dispose of. And I wasn't sure of the time frame because we were going to sell the house and needed to clear things out but I needed to clear things at my house to accommodate more furniture. So things on my end were pretty much in a state of flux. I contacted Super Friends and they were terrific. They informed me that they had trucks going between Seattle and the Portland area often and when I was ready to schedule they could do the work. When the moving day approached they coordinated with my sister on the Seattle end and me on the Portland end, arrived on time to pick up the furniture and delivered it to me the following day. I didn't meet the Seattle crew but the delivery crew on this end was terrific - two very nice, professional gents who called to ask if they could deliver earlier b/c their last job took less time than anticipated, which was fine by me. The furniture was in the same shape as before delivery - no scratches, dents or other damage. This company was a pleasure to work with.

Jakub Raich graciously reimbursed me for the floor lamp. I told him that I paid between $110-120 for the lamp. He sent me a check for $75. The lamp weighs no more than 5 lbs. I then moved items out of storage and that's when I discovered damage to the other items. I have tried to resolve the major damage to the Baker etagere with Jakub. Initially he offered having his repairman fix the etagere. Being that I was moving out of town and my experience with his company had been less than ideal, I declined. I then had an experienced furniture repairman look at the piece. He has been repairing Baker furniture for 30 years. He recommended that the item be replaced. Unlike other pieces of furniture, the value of the piece has appreciated. It now retails for approximately $7700. I checked at Masin's in Bellevue, WA and the Baker furniture salesman here in Dallas. Jakub offered remibursement at $0.60/pound. With the etagere weighing approximately 85 lbs, this would not even cover the cost of delivery. When I told Jakub that he is forcing me to take action being that his offer was unreasonable and unfair, he told me to have my attorney call him. I chose Super Friends based on the fact that they were recommended by Angie's List and had good reviews on YELP. I am more than disappointed.

Truly amazing service. The were professional, FAST, yet careful. Steve, Anthony & Nick were strong, fast and totally cheerful (bantering with each other) throughout the move. They sealed boxes we missed, wrapped our leather sofas in plastic, wrapped glass coffee tables, protected our carpets and house and completed the move faster than anticipated... and came in under bid. There was not so much as a ding on the house or on the things they moved. In a time when good service is becoming extremely rare this experience stands out as completely refreshing. I will recommend them wholeheartedly! They will be my first call the next time we move.

The service itself was fine. The overall deal, well, it wasn't a deal at all. We had used Super Friends previously in 2014 for our move into our house and were very satisfied with the service. When we saw this deal offered by them we were really excited thinking that we would be getting a great price. We felt very fooled. We moved a piano up from Oregon by renting our own moving truck. We hired a piano mover in Oregon to put the piano onto the moving truck and it cost $110. When we saw the deal for $50 off of $100 we assumed (our fault) that we would be getting a great deal because of the pricing in Oregon. Unfortunately, the service to move the piano from our driveway in our rented truck to our living room on street level we were quoted $250. When we inquired why and noted the price we paid in Oregon we were rebuffed by standard, unapologetic "liability" excuses. At this point we had already purchased the deal and felt obligated to go with them. We will be sure to look into these "deals" further before purchasing them in the future.

I purchased two hours with two workers (minimum available) and Kyle and Tony were attentive, careful, and pleasant to work with. It took them less than one hour to finish, and were receptive to my finding bits and pieces of things for them to do with the extra time. Excellent communication from both office and workers. I have scheduled them to come back this week to return the furniture, etc.

Super Friends Moving LLC was very punctual, actually arriving ahead of schedule. We were delayed at another appointment and not home to meet them when they arrived and they left thinking they had the wrong house. They returned as soon as we called them and did a superb job of wrapping the piano up for the move and protecting the hardwood floors from damage. Steven Russell and his crew were quick and friendly. Our son said they were very careful with the piano as they delivered it. There too they took special care to avoid damaging walls, floors, doors, etc. The piano arrived in perfect condition so our grandkids can begin to enjoy playing it right away. We are completely pleased with Super Friends Moving LLC and would use them again. In fact we will likely ask them to bid on our upcoming home move!

It went excellent. They did everything they were supposed to. They were very responsive. Nothing fell short, they did what they were supposed to do, so I can't complain. I didn't have any problems.

The service was top notch. They were on time and called when they were on their way. The crew was professional, quick and handled everything with care. I would absolutely use them again.

It went fantastically. They were right on time, and it felt like a small army of big burly dudes walked in, grabbed all our stuff and then walked out the door with it into their truck, then drove to our new home, and carried everything in up even several flights of stairs. Nothing was damaged and they took direction of where to put things very well.

They showed up on time as promised. Completed putting things on the truck by the time promised. They promised our items would stay in the truck over night although they would not arrive at our new home for two days -- which worked for us because we needed to drive to the new house ourselves. We could have arranged for next day delivery had we selected a different pick up and delivery day, but we had some closing issues on our house that prevented us from planning the move as far out as we would have liked. I can't remember how many guys were on the crew -- 4 or 5 I think. We have used movers three times in the past and these guys were the most considerate, polite, competent crew I have every dealt with. A pleasure to deal with. Everything arrived in one piece (also a new experience for me in moving)! A couple of things -- a lampshade and one other item I can't recall -- somehow did not make it off the truck when they unloaded us in Ashland, but they dropped the items off within a week the next time they were in the area. We had no problem finding what we needed when we unpacked because they put all the boxes in the correct rooms with us directing where we wanted them. Our new house is very hard to get into with a truck. Steep drive way off of a steep road. They used a truck small enough to make it up the driveway. Other movers we talked to wanted to pack everything on a huge trailer, then transfer it to a smaller truck for delivery. We did not want to go that route because we felt there was a greater possibility of damaging or losing things in a second transfer. These movers gave us the lowest estimate of the movers we interviewed for the job, and completed it with no extra cost.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. About 3 weeks before our move, an estimator came out from Super Friends to assess the upcoming move. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. When he got back to his office, he inputted his notes into his computer, and it provided an estimate for our move, which me forwarded to me that same day. On the day of the move, the movers arrived 45 minutes late. But, they called ahead to let me know. Once they arrived, they got right to work. They were professional, friendly, and worked very efficiently without being careless. They didn't leave behind a single scuff mark on the furniture or walls. They made sure that the furniture was wrapped adequately, and they put down some temporary carpeting by the door so they wouldn't track dirt into the house. The thing that most impressed me was the way they were able to move the table out of my office. When I moved in (using a different moving company), the movers couldn't figure out a way to make the table fit through the office door. So, they had to take it apart, then put it back together inside the office. The Super Friends guys were able to figure out a way to make the table fit through the door without taking it apart. Nice. It took about 2 hours to get everything from our 3 bedroom house loaded onto their truck. It was pretty packed; I'm glad I gave away a few pieces of furniture before they arrived, otherwise it probably wouldn't have all fit. The final bill ended up being about $400 less than their initial estimate, which was a nice surprise. One of the great things about Super Friends is how quickly and clearly they respond to messages. The owner responded promptly to all my messages, even on the weekend. I would definitely hire Super Friends again.

OThey arrived on time, were very gentle in packing up all my office supplies, awards, memorabilia and many pictures. There only 2 pieces of furniture, which they handled gingerly. They were both professional and enjoyable conversationalists. Everything arrived safely, timely and without any breakage I would recommend them highly

Very well, team was punctual, professional, nice and informative. Good communication before, during and after the move and came in under estimate.

They were excellent. The only downside was that I scheduled 3 guys for 2 hours and it only took them 40 min. I was hoping they would refund the difference but they didn't.

They did a good job and the cost came out to be below the estimate.

I chose this firm because they were the movers for my previous move two years ago. The service was as good as I expected. Josh Ermels and his crew arrived on time and worked steadily, even while I had to be gone to have a flat tire repaired. They finished ahead of the estimated time, saving me a couple hundred dollars. They were friendly and helpful, suggesting ways to make the move easier and they responded readily and politely to my requests.

They did a pretty good job of moving everything; one issue I had was with my bed. Although I had discussed having them break down the bed with the estimator, the people that showed up to make the move preferred to try moving it into my new place without breaking it down into smaller pieces. This caused some issues with my new neighbors because the bed ended up stuck in the elevator for a while and also resulted in a somewhat minor ding to the bed. They were also gone for quite a while unexpectedly for lunch and wanted to wrap up quickly as 5:00 approached. That being said, the movers were nice and worked hard while they were onsite. I would consider them again, but would probably discuss more rigid expectations up front.

They were great. The sofa bed weighed a ton and it was a tight fit getting it into the room but the guys handled it like it was nothing and had it out of the tight door and into the truck very quickly.They then followed me to the storage unit to unload the sofa bed. The entire process was so easy and took under an hour. Nice guys and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

However, we never heard back from the company! Not even the courtesy of a call or email to say they could not move us - much less an estimate of cost to move us. Consequently, we went with another company - one recommended by our realtor. UPDATE 12-21-14: This morning I have been in conversation with Jakub, the owner of Super Friends Moving LLC. I wish to amend my review based on that conversation. The company did, in fact, send us a quote on our upcoming move - on Sunday 11-30. It was, unfortunately, relegated to spam on my computer because the email was sent by Super Man. The quote was very thorough and a fair price. We may well have accepted it had we seen it. Like many business people, I receive 100's of spam emails; when I routinely check my spam folder, I ignore emails from sites/people I don't recognize. I suggested to Jakub that he consider changing his email tag-line. I would have opened an email immediately from Super Friends Moving - but, not one form Super Man.

Very professional, competent team. Friendly, hardworking and generally great. We ran into a hitch when our stuff did not all fit in the eight pods we had delivered, but they helped figure out a solution and delivered the extra to my daughters garage. The guys seemed totally trustworthy and professional every step of the way.
