+ -1 moreAt the beginning the work went fine. They finished in about a weeks time. The contact Brett is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. He doesn't return calls and he doesn't answer emails. Having warranty work done was a pain too, once again, would schedule, not call back, not return emails etc. We had a couple items repaired under warranty after I practically had to beg them to come back out. I needed a couple of more items repaired under warranty and I never received a response. After two years the pool deck is beginning to fail in multiple areas, just poor workmanship. I would NEVER use these guys again. Go elsewhere if you have a choice.

Description of Work: SunDek waterproofed and resurfaced the front porch of our home just a few months ago. The porch work is already cracking. SunDek was engaged through our general contractor. Although our general contractor paid SunDek out of money we paid to him, both SunDek and our general contractor (JLH Drywall & Remodeling)will not provide us with invoice/warranty documentation for SunDek's work. Our general contractor primarily blames SunDek for this. My wife and I have asked SunDek for a copy of the invoice/warranty via email and over the phone several times (2 phone calls and 5 emails), but have not received any response from SunDek. My wife also tried to visit SunDek's physical office location in hopes of talking to someone, but found it to be closed during what is advertised to be SunDek's normal business hours. Interestingly, SunDek is A+ BBB accredited, and advertises this online. SunDek's national website says, "you stand on it, we stand behind it." We cannot get SunDek to respond to us at all. Our general contractor has blamed SunDek for the delay in providing the SunDek invoicing, but likewise will not respond to us terms of solutions for the cracks in the resurfacing. We filed a complaint against SunDek with the BBB, simply asking for invoicing/warranty information, and for someone to come out and review/fix the cracks. Two notice periods have expired and SunDek did not respond to the BBB complaint in any way. I believe SunDek Seattle is a d/b/a of Northwest Concrete Resurfacing, Inc. I am baffled as to the lack of response from SunDek for what should be, in my opinion, an easy issue to resolve.

+ -1 moreLooks awesome - these guys did a great job. There was one hiccup/confusion on the date they were supposed to come out and do the work, but they contacted us immediately, came the next two days and performed super well. Will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Powerwashed and sealed 150+ sq. feet of Minnesota slate stone in our back yard.

+ 0 moreNo problems at all, the crew was loved buy the elderly ladies who live there and at the completion of the job the crew left a bouquet of flowers and a thank you note for putting up with the repairs. They could not have been nicer.

+ 0 moreThe folks at Sundec were great to work with. They came out promptly to look at the concrete floor and were very knowledgable about acid washing concrete. The whole process is very similar to doing hardwood floors, so they stopped by the house every day for a while to do tne each step. They did a great job masking everything to control the concrete dust and cleaned up afterward. It's amazing how an acid wash can transform a regular grey concrete floor into a floor that looks great.
Description of Work: Apply acid wash stain to existing concrete floor in basement.
