Excellent work. Peder is prompt himself and concerned if others are not. He gave us an accurate estimate and worked very hard to stay within it. My teenagers were comfortable arriving after school to a houseful of Peder and his crew. I've asked Peder to complete all of the work ever needed on my home.

Peder was great about getting us a bid in just a few days. The bid was detailed, including a proposed calendar, and line items and costs for each part of the project. We were expecting a baby near the completion of the project, and he was very understanding of the need to finish on time and be flexible in case the baby was early. He communicated well with us, keeping us updated on start date as well as any changes while the work was being done. He and his crew , Rogelio and Joe, showed up on time every day, and were great about cleaning up at the end of the day (as much as possible), and at the end of the project. The work was done with great attention to detail, and when the structural damage was discovered, Peder talked us through all possible options and additional costs. He kept us regularly updated on on his progress and finished on time (taking into consideration the extra work due to the structural damage). The deck looks great!
