Description of Work: Very prompt and efficient the first visit, but I had a bug problem that was really persistent. He was willing to come back out a "treat" again for no charge, but when that still didn't take care of the problem and I called again, my call was not returned. (this perhaps was the fault of the office personnel) On one scheduled treatment, I was out of town, so my son-in-law came and sat for HOURS waiting for him. No call to say he would be late -- very annoying. I stuck with the company because they were familiar with the bug issue I had, and I had also purchased a year-long preventative spray program.

Description of Work: I had a yellow jacket nest on the ground near my fence. I had been weeding when I suddenly was chased by yellow jackets. One attached itself to my lip and stung me. It hurt for two day. I was too afraid to get rid of these myself, so I consulted Angie's List. Chris, the technician, was able to come to my house sooner than originally scheduled. He was very professional and courteous. He used a chemical that would gradually terminate the yellow jackets lives, instead of using a stronger more dangerous pestiside. He also walked around my house and yard to check for any additional problems.
