Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Stop Bugging me has been servicing our home for the past 2 years for exterior pest control. They send an email a few days before the service with a 2 hour window. The technician is usually here within that window of time. We've been satisfied with their work. If you get on their yearly program then even if there's a problem in between service they'll come out free of charge.

We had some rats living in our out building, they were taken care of and haven't come back. It went well. We would use them again.

Very well. Service person was very professional - explained what he was going to do, very careful when working inside the house, completed treatment, advised what to watch for in the future and suggested ways to prevent future infestations.

I liked the thoroughness, how they walked us through exactly what they were doing, what they were looking for and how they treat different things. It was just the service, the thoroughness of it.

What they do on the regular is they replace rodent traps around the house and then they do spider treatments around the premises. They just kind of do it on their own, they don’t really engage with us or walk us through what they are doing or anything. I think they just do it automatically. They show up and do the stuff on their own. They should do the same thing they did the first time, walk us through the process and what they’re doing.

Excellent experience, all the way around - from the initial phone call with questions to the final invoice/receipt. The people on the phone were terrific, and the service technician was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. We greatly appreciated that there were no sales pitches for additional services or annual contract (unlike a national chain that we've used in the past). We also appreciated the Angie's List coupon - thank you.

The technicians were punctual and professional. Once they were done, it was over 5-6 months before I saw another ant or mouse!!

Ants were gone that day. Didn't really need 2nd visit which they charge for as problem was addressed in initial visit.

Great service for a reasonable price. I had a carpenter ant problem and they fixed it.

They were great. They repaired a place where rodents could enter my crawl space and found an area in the attic where birds could enter. They went above and beyond by sealing the space in the attic even though I had only paid for inspection and removal of a dead bird. They also did not push any additional/necessary services. They gave me guidance on how to control the pests on my own as well! I would highly recommend them.

Initially I thought the guy they sent out was good until I learned he sprayed some foam in my attic fan as a possible rat access point. The foam blocked my attic fan blades and burnt out my motor. It's going to cost me $400 to fix. I mentioned this to Shamika from Stop Bugging Me and never got a response. Really disappointed.

Great. Minimal charge for the assessment, said if I needed exterminator service, they said the fee could be applied towards any service.

The initial service we purchased on Angie's List went very well and the results were great, no more ants. However, they talked us into a service agreement which we misunderstood and didn't need.

Arrived on time. Got the work done quickly and efficiently. Work was effective. No spiders inside since work was done.

Good. He place several traps and came back promptly to review. Wasn't able to find source of entry but was able to advise what to do for future control.

From making the initial phone call through the end of service this morning, I can find nothing to complain about. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Stephanie (office) helped me with all of my questions and got me set up quickly. Kyle (tech) was on time and very personable, answering my concerns and educating me about the different wasps we were dealing with. I hope further service isn't necessary, but if it is, I will call them without hesitation. Thank you for a really positive experience!

got rid of them but they cam back and off the shelf product from true value was just as effective

They were terrific. They came twice-once to set trap and once to clean up the dead stuff. They also cleared away tree branches that were the mouse highways. They were super professional and kind and funny in a difficult situation. I give them my highest rating.

The mice came back. I had to hire another firm to figure out how they were getting in.

Good. Different chemicals this time and I think the chemicals worked better last year but these guys are top notch!

Guy did great. Used different chemical this year than what was used last year per my report that I got in the email. Don't know the difference, but, I do notice some ants crawling around outside this year. None to be seen last year, so I think the other chemical was more effective.
