He was punctual and did follow up with me after the job was complete. I checked today to make sure no more ants were living in the walls, and was happy to see them all eliminated.

They were very responsive and helpful. They explained the lifecycle of yellow jackets and explained that the nest would not be reused by the wasps. Even though it was late in the year, because of the mild fall the wasps were still active. They treated the entrance under the flashing and we didn't see any more yellow jackets after the treatment.

I was contacted the very next day after purchasing my deal through Angies List. On my first visit, 2 techs arrived to my house together & later (during the same visit) a man who identified himself as a manager or supervisor also arrived. He said one of the techs was new & he wanted to make sure everything was done properly. I was told the only place they could see that rodents could be getting into the house was around a dryer vent in the basement. They did not have the proper cap with them to secure it, I was told it would be supplied on their next visit. I offered to go to Lowes or Home Depot and purchase it myself, but was told not to because they would supply it as part of the deal. The techs were very careful of my dogs, and placed the traps high enough that my dogs could not be hurt by any. Also, they all wore shoe covers into my house. Also, when the manager heard one of the techs advising me to schedule the next visit for 10 to 12 days later, he said that in a heated space, any caught rodents would start to smell so he advised returning no later than 7 to 10 days. Good enough. I was told the office would be contacting me to set up the next visit since the techs did not schedule. I was contacted by the office & told the first available appointment was nearly 2 weeks out. This wasn't great, because having a dead rodent in a trap for this long would cause an odor problem & really little advantage over using bait & having a dead rodent in the wall. The soonest they could return was 12 days later, perhaps they had a run on the Angies List deal or are a victim of their own success & over booked. As it turns out, I had no reason to fear because not 1 rodent was caught. I asked if the traps were baited & was told they were. There was rodent activity because I saw 1 trap had flipped upside down but nothing was in it. When the tech came out the 2nd time, he did not have the dryer cap with him. He said he thought it had already been done. but apparently there is a communication problem - it does not seem to be noted what needs to be taken care of in the future or who is supposed to be taking care of it. I too thought that the entrance for the rodents should have been sealed off sooner. I called to express my concern over how things were going, and to make sure it was noted I needed a cap for the dryer vent. I was told it would be taken care of and "likely I would get an extra visit" included due to the oversight. A wire mesh screen had been placed on the end of the vent at this 2nd visit, but it was stressed to me that it was a temporary fix & a potential fire hazard as the lint could build up inside the wire screen. Next visit, a tech was scheduled who apparently was more experienced. He found another area that he thought rodents were gaining access, & tells me he sealed it off. He installed the dryer cap. He told me no rodents had been caught in any of the traps. I had asked the other tech who came for the 2nd visit, & he said the same. He told me thought I should get 1 more visit, but encouraged me to purchase a maintenance agreement "because it is always a good thing." I would consider it, but given that so far the service had not caught even 1 rodent I can't imagine buying a service plan for something with zero success. A week later I received an email with an inspection report reiterating no rodents had been caught, and thanking me for hiring their service to help me rid my house of pests. ?????? I called the office the person I spoke to said all I got was 3 visits and I had had them. I believe this was the same lady who previously had said I would likely get another visit due to the problems at the first visit. So basically, the areas of entrance were not closed off until my 3rd & final visit and not 1 rodent caught despite them running over traps and triggering them. Something is not right with this. I doubt the rats in my house are that much smarter than the average rat so is there something wrong with the traps? I never saw any bait placed in any of them. I was told they could not keep coming out to my house for free since they would lose $. They needed to charge me $79 for each visit. I asked if a manager could call me, since I was not happy with how things had gone. I was told "sure, just give us a call tomorrow." No matter how I said please call me or let me speak to a manager - broken record of "just give us a call tomorrow." Because they are busy, and they might not call me. After having this mantra parroted back to me at least 6 times I gave up. This was a very reasonably priced deal, but I am wondering if there is any intention of catching pests until you sign up for the maintenance plan. For me to purchase more visits or a maintenance plan would just be good money thrown after bad, at this point.

Very well, we had used this company before and they gave a very reduced price because a previous worker had missed a place where the rats could enter the crawl space. They took responsibility and fixed the problem.

Came out and sprayed around the exterior of my home. It went really well, and would use them in the future. They were also very professional.

They did a great job and I've hired them to come out quarterly. They were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I bought a big deal for this service. I had used them before in August of last year. I had a couple of people come out and bid on my job. I did not use this company and they never did any work for me. They were fairly responsive.

They were very professional, responsive, and helpful, however I needed to find another Deal to suit my needs.

It was fine. I don't see any bugs. There were no additional charges. They were very helpful. I would recommend them because I thought they were flexible with the time. They weren't obligated to come out when I needed them but they came out anyway.

It went well and they were punctual. They were professional and I'm going to have them come back out in the spring time to spray again before the spiders come out again.

They did not get rid of the rats. Told me I would have to buy a maintenance plan to continue service. They couldn't seem to find where the rats were getting in. I contacted a general contractor to find the point of entry and he found it within 5 minutes.

UPDATE: They came back again this morning to remove another bee's nest under our garage. Same deal, same price, same process (where they sprayed the nest with something and the bees eventually started to die), and same result. While it is obviously never a good surprise to find a bees nest in one's house, we will definitely use them again in the future should we find another nest.

Really well. He listened and then went right to work. I obtained a coupon from Angieslist which provided the first visit and 2 others. We already had 1 visit and he removed the catches and reset the trap. I appreciate the insight and expertise and professionalism that Darrell brought to my home

It didn't fix the issue, since the ants still persisted after the treatment. The deal was just so- so. So yes, I would use them again. But as mentioned, it only worked partially. In the future, I would want a permanent solution to the ant problem and not necessarily what this deal offered.

They were ok. I have a yearly contract with them. They come in every month for a check. The first time when they came they set traps, but they forgot to pick up the traps. There was some confusion. The price was also high for one time service. I got one whole year for that money. Instead of the big deal, I should have gone for the one year program, which they are better at. I would not go in for the big deal again.

I was happy with them. They sprayed around the house outside. They were punctual, courteous and professional. I was attracted to them because of the special they had.

I don't think they did much beyond what my husband could have done himself. They were not terribly helpful about any of it. My husband ended up taking care of the problem himself. They set up traps but they didn't do anything to prevent the problem in the future or give us any guidance about it. They just put up some traps and were like, 'Well, you might have rats.'

Great. He was punctual, friendly, and helpful. Our problem was solved. No mice have come back. None were ever even found in the traps and he left the traps for us since we asked.

Tom was very knowledgable and able to rid my home of mice. Mice were gone following his one visit. He was patient and answered all questions. Follow-up to the house by Tom to confirm mice were no longer a problem. I was very grateful for this service.

It worked out great. There wasn't anything extra, that was just the cost of whatever I paid for the deal.

This company is awesome and especially my service person Kelly! They are professional, knowledgeable, and easily available for questions, advice and return checkups. After my basement was invaded by pesky, large rodents due to many nearby construction sites, I purchased the deal and called Stop Bugging Me. They examined the whole house and discovered the rodents were coming in through the crawl space and also through a gap near the eaves into the attic, which they immediately repaired. Traps were set in the attic and crawl space. The area around the house foundation where the rodents could easily dig through, needed to be replaced. (This was an extra option.). Kelly explained that we could first try the less expensive way (around $300) by digging a trench along the back of the house and setting up a wire barrier which we did. So now we need to wait to see if these pesky critters are outwitted. Next service call will be in another 2 weeks. (FYI the service calls are all included with the cost which is great!.)

The service was good. The person who came to do the service was very professional. We still have issues, but we will use them again.
