Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Stop Bugging Me Pest Control came out twice to spray the nest, and did not charge us for the second visit. They were very professional and guarantee their work. The wasps are finally gone and I would use them again and recommend their services.

The tech was very nice and on time. Because there were no flies at the time he could not determine the type fly or where they may be coming from. He was very knowledgeable but was not able to provide the service I had paid for (to determine where the flies were coming from). He told me if I was able to catch a fly and put it in a baggie someone could come out and collect it and then determine what type of fly it was. A week later I had two dead flies to give to them. When I called, the receptionist she said there would be a service cost to have someone come out. Really? Why didn't the tech tell me this when he was at my house? And why do I have to pay again when nothing was done at the original appointment? The receptionist said I could take a picture and send it, that was free. But, of course they could not determine from the picture what type of fly it was. I feel this company is only interested in charging you for services whether needed or not. I didn't feel they provided any service to me for the fee I paid. I have no problem paying for good service and Angie's list has not let me down until now. I would not recommend this company. I am sure there are better pest control companies on Angie's List that can do a better job.

It took a couple times to figured out the solution. They check all over but they did’nt crawl into the attic! I had to complain about it. Finally they went into the attic.

Pretty well. We got a six-month service from them. The did not do a super job at extrusion but it may have been something to do with our older home and the job being impossible with a determined rodent. The technicians were competent and polite. I feel like it was a good value for what we paid.

It when well. I am not sure how well they did in terms of rat proofing the house. The did make some changes but I wish they would have been more clear on what needed to be done.

the tech was very professional, knew his stuff, sprayed around my exterior to keep crawlies out, advised me on how to handle pest control vis a vis my pets, and told me that the "wasps" I'd seen were actually a different variety, who were non harmful.

Prompt response, completed work quickly, did a walk-around to assure no other nests were active. Great service.

We used them a few times, they were fine. They sprayed the whole outside of the house and put some bug catching supplies in the house.

The tech was pleasant and stayed about an hour putting out a couple of bait traps, spraying around the outside and "dusting" for spiders. Set time for next visit. Tech was a no show for the second visit which I had altered my work schedule to accommodate. When I called “Stop Bugging Me”, the phone rep unapologetically and very brusquely told me that I was the problem, because I could only set appointments with her. When I asked why the Tech asked me to set the follow up time directly with him, she just said she "didn't know”. Set a new time for 2nd visit with the phone Rep. Tech showed up late, did nothing in the house, and left after 15 minutes with no report on situation or what he did. Will not use again. Waste of money. The company sent me a reminder of the Tech visit that arrived nearly two hours after the Tech already left.

We'll have to see. Hopefully, no more spiders!

It was great. They came out twice. First time they did the exterior and interior of the house. Second time they did the exterior again just to be safe. It was well worth it and informative.

Very well. Found entry. Blocked. Trapped. No return of problem.

The technician (Ron) showed up on time, and pointed out that we had the beginnings of a wasp nest right outside our front door! He took care of that one along with the main colony for the same price. The yellowjackets were still coming and going about 5 days later, so I called back and told them the problem. They were more than happy to come back out and give them another blast. However, activity ceased prior to the return trip, so I cancelled with no hassle. Nice folks to deal with, both on the phone and in person. I hope I don't have reason to call them again soon, but will not hesitate to do so if the need arises.

It was good. They took care of the problem quickly. The people were friendly. It was good. He did exactly what we wanted him to do in a friendly and timely manner. It was great.

Excellent. Dead rats, mission accomplished.

Tim came out and looked everywhere, finding a tiny whole on my roof where rats had been able to chew in between a seam on the roof flashing. He set traps in my attic and gave me some glue traps to put inside my house where I suspected activity. He came back the next week and found dead rats in 6 of the 8 traps he set. He recommended that I purchase one of Stop Bugging Me's bi-montly services in order to insure no rats would return. I enjoyed meeting Tim. He's a nice guy and enjoys making people feel better in their homes. I did purchase the plan. Kyle is my new technician. He was friendly and very helpful on his first visit, setting up a treatment plan to not only protect against the return of rats and mice, but also to take care of a myriad of flying and crawling visitors to my home.

I don't remember the price. The gentleman I worked with went above and beyond the call of duty. So, that was impressive.

They had a guarantee for hornet removal and they did keep their guarantee and followed through. The only disagreement that I had is that they charged a $79 for an inspection fee for another problem.

It was great. They were thorough, cheap, and friendly. Almost seemed too good to be true.
