Technician and service is great. However, the "F" rating is due to fact that the billing department for this company frustrates me terribly. I purchased the Angie's List coupon for $99.00 for the exterior pest control service (ant/spider treatment). I have to pay Stop Bugging Me the tax on the coupon, so I told the billing Representative to bill the remaining $9.95 tax to my credit card. Instead, I was charged the cost of the FULL SERVICE ($109.49). I caught the charge on my credit statement today, and called the billing department at Stop Bugging Me to have the charge reversed. Billing representative was helpful and I hope she can reverse the charge ASAP as this is so irritating. My frustration lies with the billing department as this is the SECOND time I have been charged either the wrong amount, or without my permission. The first treatment, I was not aware of the remaining payment for the $9.50 in tax for the Angie's List coupon, and apparently the company had kept a credit card of mine on file from a treatment from a prior (non-angie's list coupon) service. They billed the credit card and it was declined due to the credit card being expired. Had I known I needed to pay the tax on the coupon, I would have provided a valid card at the time of service. Who charges someone's card without their knowledge/permission? Ugh.. communication from these folks in the billing department is seriously lacking. Everyone makes mistakes, I get it. Billing mess up once, shame on them. Billing mess up twice, shame on me for continuing to use their service. I'm taking my future business elsewhere as I don't want to have to keep going through this frustration.

They were prompt and thorough. This is the second time we've used them and will be using them again the next time.

Called Friday about concern of Ants. Monday morning took care of problem. Also will do free follow up in 2 weeks for my package deal. Have cats so was really concerned, but just keep them away for 2 hours, until product dries. Safe and no strong smell. Great service, Kyle was very knowledgeable, helpful, with my concerns. Thank you. No one else for me. I have found the service.

They didn't find rats, only birds. Sealed the entrance, set traps for rats that were evident outside. Problem solved.

Having rodents around your home is a very unsettling experience. First my husband saw a big rat in our garage - he says it was a Norwegian rat - How does he know the nationality? But a few days later my daughter saw a whole line of mice (she thinks at least 6 or more) moving rapidly, single file, along a shelf against the side wall. After that, I was really scared to even use the garage, and tried to make a lot of noise before entering and always looking down. We called Stop Bugging Me with the Angie's List special, and even though they were busy at the time, they were out in about 4 days, exactly when promised. The gentleman who came spent at least an hour in total, doing an inspection, then applying some kind of expandable foam and metal fencing cover, similar to chicken wire but more dense, to the obvious open entry point along the roof line where the varmints had entered. He explained they love grass seed and rice also, so the husband was good in having removed that beforehand. I was afraid we would find big rats in the traps, but so far none. He said it was a win, either way. If they already left because food supply was gone, great! And if they were "decapitated", oh well. One more inspection trip is still left. But my anxiety level has already gone way down. Thanks, Stop Bugging Me and Angie's List!

I was pleased. I saw some ants come in since the work was done but I do believe they were only coming in to die. I have not seen any more ants since that day. I did follow up with them via email asking for clarification as I had requested the removal of carpenter ants and the receipt I had received mentioned sugar ants. This very well could be the same treatment however I only want to make sure. I have not yet received a response from them.

I have now used Stop BuggingMe on two house. I used them after trying repeatedly to control ant infestations. Those "self treatment" did nothing but cost me a lot of money and time with no positive outcome. One treatment from Stop Bugging Me solved the immediate problem. Now we use them periodically to control any new outbreaks. They provide timely and cost-effective service. And they solve problems.

They came out for the first of three visits, and so far, they are superb!

They did a very good job and we were pleased with them. I used a discount coupon of Angie’s List for the job. They seemed very professional and were willing to do it for a lower price after making deductions. They were pleasant and nice to work with. It was all very cordial and all that.

It was fine. Communication was great with them and they did their job and were friendly.

Provided traps for rodents and sprayed for carpenter ants. We had the service for approximately 18 months. The service was very punctual in the beginning, but as time went by the service became more and more superficial. They would check the bait traps, but I never saw them spray after the first couple of trips. So in essence I was paying their monthly fee for someone to come out and take a 10 minute walk around my house. Not a good value for the money in my opinion.

Turns out the evidence was of an old rodent problem and we didn't need any more help Also, we did this several months ago, toward the end of summer I think so I may be way off on the price and date - I remember it wasn't raining, and the price was reasonable.

They come every two months and so far we have been very happy with them. We pay $120 every three months.

Overall speaking, I'm statisfied with the results though the 10 min work took me 100 dollars. However, they are really under staffed. I waited 1 month until I got the service...

It went just fine except I still have ants. I'll know more next week after they treat the inside of my house to see if the ants are gone.

Mike Jones came out and did the work. Really nice guy and knew what he was doing. I haven't seen any spiders or ants, or any traces of mice since he was here. Great price for the work and they will be coming back for a free follow up. Will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to friends or family who need their assistance

The representative was very helpful, courteous and professional. I would certainly use them again, which I will this Spring.

The first time they came out last Spring they did a great job, spiders were almost all taken care of and the ones that made their way into the house died shortly after just like they said they would. When they came out in the Fall I don't think the job was as thorough, a lot more spiders came into the house after the treatment and none of them died on their own. They spent a lot more time on the ant hills in the patio area which was fine but they really were not bothering us, none of them were coming in the house anyway. I don't know if it was the same person who came out or not since I was not there when they can the second time. As I am getting ready to think about scheduling for the Spring again I am thinking about maybe using them but maybe using someone else this time.

After the first treatment, there was much activity for the first two day. After which the activity slowed down. Provider came two weeks later for a follow-up treatment, at no charge, for both indoor and outdoor. Very little activity since the treatments. Very happy.

It went fine. After 2 weeks only seeing a couple of ant. However he mentioned that he thought a follow up was included but we haven't heard anything after 2 weeks

It went OK. I should have realized that my ant problem was more severe than an exterior-only treatment would address. I don't fault the provider. I had purchased a big deal.
