They were prompt in response and seemed to do a good job. The ants did not reappear outside. For inside, I sprayed the ants ( they were very small ants) with an enzyme that removes pet odors. They hated that spray and quickly left indoors also. I didn't want any kind of pesticide used inside the house

Unlike Terminex, they responded quickly with a quote. The service was done on schedule and was extremely thorough and professional. I'll use them again.

Very responsive. Very thorough. Fixed a small hole in the mesh on the soffit. Set several traps inside the attic and outside. Came back about 10 days later to see what he caught. The gentleman who came out took his job seriously, "I don't like to NOT catch something!". I was very happy with their services and level of expertise. I would use this company again.

The hand-on guy was prompt, knowledgeable, and worked cleanly, picking up after himself. I was surprised that he had the carpentry skills to replace a crawl space entry.

The technician was prompt, clean, courteous, and helpful. Didn't try to upsell me, and said that since he patched the point of entry into the crawlspace so we shouldn't have any more problems. I will definitely call them if/when we have more issues. Despite the crazy TV commercials!

Tom Jones was nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He found and sealed a potential access point to the crawl space then setup traps to remove mice, coming back a week later to clear them. He suggested an ongoing service that we may eventually sign up for, but we may try to put out some traps ourselves and see how things go.

I ordered this service for my Mom's house and could not be on site at the time of service. The technician called me when he arrived and followed up with his findings. In addition to applying the treatment, he identified a dying bush near the house that would soon attract damaging insects and recommended its removal. My mom said he was very courteous and thorough. And, to-date, the carpenter ants that we had seen around the house have disappeared!

Overall the service was fine. The provider sprayed for bugs inside and out and did a quick rodent inspection in the attic. Nice man and worked pretty quickly. I would recommend you print the offer off of Angie's list and make sure all the activities are completed you purchased. My purchase included a follow up treatment but when the provider returned (without contacting me) my tenants told him they hadn't seen any bugs so he left and did not provide the second spraying. Two weeks later my tenants call back to state they have spiders and carpenter ants in the house. I called Stop Bugging Me to come back out and they told me they had already provided the "follow up" so I would have to pay again. They also stated that they would recommend monthly treatment and attempted to sell me a recurring package. I decided to give them one more chance, I asked for a discount and they quoted me $124.99 to re perform the service. They came back out and sprayed again and was surprised to find out the billed me $149.99 (+tax). Also, I have bought lots of things off Angie's list but was surprised that they asked for my credit card to charge tax before they would come out and provide the initial services I bought.

Great service from the time I made the appointment. Friendly assistance, arrived on time and removed the nests.

I have been very pleased with Stop Bugging Me. The gentleman who services our area is very nice, knowledgeable, and shows up as promised.

Assessed whole area and then sprayed and paid special attention to problem area and informed me of reminder to call if didnt work and that i could call for repeat or additional treatment in a month but cant remember if he said no charge or at a lesser charge. But so far so good.

This is the second time we've used this service. They arrived on time and did the work as expected. They provided some tips for things we can do to help keep our home bug free. They do try to sell you a maintenance plan, but we declined since we only seem to have issues in the spring.

I heard Carpenter Bees chewing away at the wood in my roof on a Sunday night. It sounded like rats crawling in my attic. Called Stop Bugging Me on Monday and they got someone to come out the very next day. I was happy they could expedite this for me, as my house was literally being eaten by bees and I didn't want them coming in through the walls into our home. Kyle came out to my house right on time and asked me to point him to the location of the nest. I showed him two openings where I saw bees entering and leaving and also asked him to take a look from inside the roof space just to ensure he fully cleared out the nest. He got up into the attic but was unable to squeeze over into that corner of the roof to get a closer look. In the end, he sprayed the two openings I showed him with a residual poison that gets tracked into the nest every time a bee enters through that hole. The bee activity increased a little over the next two days, but has died down since. I don't see the bees or hear them anymore, so I'll assume they're gone for now. After reading about carpenter bees and the recommended way to remove them from your home - reaming out galleys and plugging up entrances...I am concerned that these bees will just come back next year or that the eggs they have laid will hatch in 1-3 months leaving me with the same problem again. They appear to be a bit different than the average wasp/hornet nest. The work is guaranteed through the end of the calendar year, however, so I am taken care of for this year. If they come back again, I'll be sure to update this review.

Arrived. Checked the area and identified the nest. Explained what he was going to do and got to work. Gave me great pointers as to what to expect in the future. Also checked the perimeter of the house for any areas of concern. Was all that I expected. Lets hope they don't come back.

My issue was a squirrel in the attic, which they said they couldn't handle, as it was considered "wildlife". They contacted me immediately to let me know, which I definitely appreciated.

They did a very proffesional job. I was very happy.

Excellent. Scott was very pleasant and thorough. There was no hard sell. He removed the dead rat and sprayed a deodorant/ bacteriocide. That was was worth the whole price to me. Since he sealed the exterior entry points, I have had no further activity. Chose not to purchase the recurring service bi-monthly but he wasn't pushy about that. Very polite, professional. Offered free help and suggestions. Would definitely recommend these guys if you want someone polite, professional, ethical, and responsive.

It has only been a week, but so far so good. He was prompt. He was reliable. He did the work. He was very plesant.
